Jacobsen Arquitetura<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aUb\u00e1\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5723\u4fdd\u7f57\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e25\u683c\u610f\u4e49\u4e0a\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u533a\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u73af\u5883\u4f18\u7f8e\uff0c\u6797\u6728\u7e41\u8302\u3002\u5b83\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u4e2a\u7531\u4e03\u680b\u5355\u5143\u697c\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u516c\u5bd3\uff1a\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u4e94\u4e2a\u5355\u5143\u6709343\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u5efa\u7b51\u9644\u5e26200\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u53e6\u4e24\u4e2a\u5355\u5143\u4e3a500\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u9644\u5e26300\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e00\u4e2a\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\uff0c\u5065\u8eab\u623f\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u793e\u4f1a\u5171\u4eab\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

Jacobsen Arquitetura<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aUb\u00e1 is situated in a strictly residential, abundantly wooded area in S\u00e3o Paulo. It comprises a condominium of seven houses: five units with 343 m\u00b2 and 200 m\u00b2 of garden, and two units with 500 m\u00b2 and 300 m\u00b2 of garden, as well as a swimming pool, workout gym and other social coexistence spaces.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u5c06\u4e03\u680b\u5355\u5143\u5efa\u7b51\u89c6\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u6574\u4f53\uff0c\u5728\u89c6\u89c9\u4e0a\u4e0d\u5e72\u6270\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u73af\u5883\u3002\u867d\u7136\u6bcf\u680b\u623f\u5b50\u90fd\u6709\u56db\u5c42\uff0c\u4f46\u4ece\u4e34\u8857\u9762\u770b\uff0c\u5176\u4e0e\u5f53\u5730\u5efa\u7b51\u4fdd\u6301\u4e86\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u9ad8\u5ea6\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u7acb\u9762\u91c7\u7528\u7b80\u6d01\u7684\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u505a\u5230\u4e86\u4e0d\u4ece\u89c6\u89c9\u4e0a\u5f71\u54cd\u793e\u533a\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

The project’s concept adopted a single volume for the seven units that did not interfere visually with the environs. Although each house has four floors, it was possible to maintain the horizontality of the project as viewed from the street, maintaining the local identity image. Few materials were used for the fa\u00e7ade, bolstering the proposal of not visually impacting the neighborhood.<\/p>\n

\u573a\u5730\u4e0a\u4fdd\u7559\u7684\u4f17\u591a\u6811\u6728\u4e3a\u9879\u76ee\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u68ee\u6797\u822c\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002\u4ece\u516c\u5bd3\u7684\u4e3b\u5165\u53e3\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u7a7f\u8fc7\u5927\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5230\u8fbe\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5355\u5143\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u5165\u53e3\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u6bcf\u680b\u4f4f\u5b85\u76f8\u9694\u5f88\u8fd1\uff0c\u4f46\u82b1\u56ed\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u4e3a\u6bcf\u680b\u4f4f\u5b85\u90fd\u6ce8\u5165\u4e86\u9690\u79c1\u548c\u72ec\u7acb\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

Many of the existing trees on the plot were preserved to create a woodsy atmosphere for the project. From the condominium’s main portal, one traverses the large garden until arriving at each unit’s own entrance. Despite the close proximity of the houses, the garden imbues each residence with privacy and independence.<\/p>\n

The residence develops around a central garden, creating spatial dynamics between floors, as well as introducing natural light and ventilation into the ambiences. The social areas are concentrated on the ground floor, linked to another garden in the back of the lot. On the second floor: three to four bedrooms are arranged around a central void, while the roofs of the houses are designed as a gourmet terrace with solarium and pool, likewise bordered by shrubbery.<\/p>\n
