It is a network of pedestrian footpaths linking the hilly neighbourhood of Monte Xisto to the banks of the River Le\u00e7a in Matosinhos. The initiative is intended to demonstrate the added value that low-budget projects can bring to more \u2018hidden\u2019, neglected urban spaces in our cities.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u6539\u9020\u5386\u65f6\u4e00\u5e74\uff0c\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6c47\u96c6\u4e86\u7531\u5efa\u7b51\u5e08\u3001\u5f53\u5730\u5efa\u7b51\u5546\u3001\u827a\u672f\u5bb6\u548c\u4f17\u591a\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u591a\u5b66\u79d1\u56e2\u961f\u3002\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u5de5\u7a0b\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u9879\u76ee\u4e3b\u8981\u4fee\u590d\u4e86\u901a\u5f80Rua das Escadinhas\u7684\u53f0\u9636\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u5904\u4e0d\u540c\u5bfb\u5e38\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u8fde\u63a5\u7740Monte Xisto\u897f\u5c71\u5c71\u9876\u4e0e\u5c71\u811a\u3002<\/p>\n

Lasting a year, the process brought together a multidisciplinary team of architects, local builders, artists and an extensive network of partners. In the first phase of the building work, the steps leading to Rua das Escadinhas, an unusual urban device connecting the upper and lower levels of the western hill of Monte Xisto, were rehabilitated.<\/p>\n

\u53f0\u9636\u548c\u6276\u624b\u5728\u6b64\u9636\u6bb5\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u4fee\u590d\uff0c\u516c\u5171\u7684\u6b65\u9053\u548c\u4e0e\u4e4b\u6bd7\u90bb\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u571f\u5730\u4e4b\u95f4\u4ee5\u957f\u6905\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\uff0c\u4f7f\u53f0\u9636\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u4f11\u606f\u7684\u573a\u6240\u3002<\/p>\n

The steps and handrail were repaired and a new boundary between the public steps and the private land adjoining them was created in the form of benches, allowing the stairs to be used as a resting place.<\/p>\n

\u6cbf\u7740\u53f0\u9636\u4e0b\u65b9\u901a\u5f80Le\u00e7a\u6cb3\u7684\u5c0f\u8def\uff0c\u4e00\u5ea7\u53e4\u8001\u7684\u5e9f\u589f\u88ab\u6539\u9020\u6210\u4e00\u5904\u88ab\u81ea\u7136\u73af\u7ed5\u7684\u4f11\u606f\u533a\u3002\u5c0f\u89c4\u6a21\u7684\u5e72\u9884\u63aa\u65bd\u6062\u590d\u4e86\u573a\u5730\u7684\u539f\u59cb\u7279\u5f81\uff0c\u5e76\u5b8c\u5584\u4e86\u591a\u5e74\u6765\u4e0d\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u7ef4\u62a4\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n

Following the path that links the foot of the steps to the River Le\u00e7a, an old ruin was rebuilt and transformed into a seating area surrounded by nature. Small-scale interventions restored the site\u2019s original character, undoing the precarious interventions carried out over the years.<\/p>\n
