GM LANDSCAPE<\/strong><\/a>: As the first project of Dahua in Guangzhou, Ziyue Mansion will be developed in tandem with the surrounding old villages in the future. We comprehensively plan the connection between the site and the city from the perspective of large-block development. Through the overall consideration of the design and the combination of natural environment, we excavate and enhance the value and characteristics of the site. While integrating the cluster site, we connect various functional groups to build a multi-sharing complex natural community.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5e7f\u5dde\u756a\u79ba\u8001\u57ce\u533a\uff0c\u6bd7\u90bb\u83b2\u6e56\u6d8c\uff0c\u5357\u4e34\u81ea\u7136\u5761\u9053\uff0c\u897f\u5357\u9065\u671b\u5927\u592b\u5c71\u68ee\u6797\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u662f\u5e02\u6865\u91cd\u70b9\u6253\u9020\u7684\u201c\u4e00\u6cb3\u4e24\u5cb8\u201d\u4ee5\u53ca\u65e7\u6539\u91cd\u70b9\u533a\u57df\u3002<\/p>\n

The project is located in the old city of Panyu, Guangzhou, adjacent to Lianhu Chung, near the natural ramp to the south, and looking at the Dashan Forest Park to the southwest. It is the “Two Sides of the One River” and the key area of the old renovation built by the City Bridge.<\/p>\n

Tracing the history of Panyu and reconstructing the humanistic feelings of the city. Based on the natural resources of the site, the project takes it as the eternal ideal of the residential area and enables the whole community to fall into the mountains and fields, creating a dream land where “going out into the mountains and forests, pushing the window to see the oasis”.<\/p>\n

After the kick off, we had a clear outline and idea of Dahua Ziyue Mansion: it should not only have the free tension of landscape and fields, but also have the sense of community identity built together. Based on this, we extract linear language and flowing space framework as the elements of landscape shaping, with limited space to create boundless shared life, the urban secret environment of mountains and rivers is established.<\/p>\n

The building is arranged around the central green space, allowing the entire community to achieve a sense of balanced comfort while maximizing the community landscape space. By reshaping the mountains, wild areas and forests, Ziyue Mansion integrates the natural background with the community function, improves the ecological quality of the environment and releases the eternal charm of nature, which is not only the demand of humanity, but also the awakening of nature.<\/p>\n

Listening to the voice of nature on the veins of landscape and field, we sort out the homing line, create a shared site to gather popular vitality, build a community space and harmonious habitat where you can see through Windows and coexist with people, and superposition the path of residents’ activities and the function of serving the community on this basis.<\/p>\n

“Fishing Valley” is the romance and poetry of the children’s activity area endowed by the designer, which is full of novelty, joy and friends. The design integrates “fish, water, stream and beach” into the design of “Fishing Valley”, which aims to let children release the beauty of the site infinitely, have fun, explore the secret of fishing Valley and enjoy the mysterious paradise.<\/p>\n

By kneading the natural base and the shared place, we combine the vitality of the community here and form a new cultural vitality center by connecting the functional Spaces such as the landscape gallery pavilion, children’s playground, water playing device and nursing area. Soft space boundary, so that people and landscape integration, extend the vitality of landscape space and community vitality.<\/p>\n

Dahua Ziyue Mansion guides residents to build an ideal place for leisure activities and social interaction, stimulates community activity, participation, attraction and sense of identity, provides residents with a shared theater and art luxury, and ultimately enhances the value of the entire area.<\/p>\n
