Hassell<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aGSK\u603b\u90e8\u4f4d\u4e8e\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5177\u6709\u6218\u7565\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u67a2\u7ebdOne North\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u4f53\u73b0\u8be5\u5065\u5eb7\u533b\u7597\u884c\u4e1a\u516c\u53f8\u7075\u6d3b\u534f\u4f5c\u7684\u529e\u516c\u5b97\u65e8\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u662f\u8ba9\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u529e\u516c\u7a7a\u95f4\u5185\u81ea\u7531\u8d70\u52a8\uff0c\u6fc0\u53d1\u521b\u610f\u548c\u60f3\u6cd5\u2014\u2014\u73af\u7ed5\u4e2d\u592e\u4e2d\u5ead\u7684\u9a6c\u8e44\u5f62\u8d70\u9053\u9f13\u52b1\u4eba\u4eec\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u8f7b\u677e\u5730\u79fb\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n

The aim was to keep people and ideas flowing freely across a high-performing workplace \u2013 encouraged by horseshoe-shaped floors around a central atrium that allow people to move quickly and easily.<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u501f\u9274\u4e86GSK\u4ece\u5176\u5df2\u63a8\u884c\u7684\u5168\u7403\u5316\u201c\u667a\u80fd\u529e\u516c\u201d\u573a\u6240\u4e2d\u6240\u83b7\u53d6\u7684\u77e5\u8bc6\uff0c\u5c06\u4e4b\u8fd0\u7528\u81f3\u672c\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u539f\u5219\u4e2d\uff0c\u5e76\u9884\u6d4b\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7684\u65b0\u578b\u529e\u516c\u6a21\u5f0f\u5c06\u5982\u4f55\u968f\u7740\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u63a8\u79fb\u800c\u6f14\u53d8\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7efc\u5408\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u4ece\u201c\u7531\u5185\u800c\u5916\u201d\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u7740\u624b\u5b9e\u65bd\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u4e0eGSK\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u56e2\u961f\u5171\u540c\u8fdb\u884c\u63a2\u8ba8\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e86\u89e3\u54ea\u4e9b\u8981\u7d20\u80fd\u591f\u6fc0\u52b1\u548c\u5438\u5f15GSK\u7684\u5458\u5de5\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5438\u7eb3\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u521b\u5efa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u7075\u6d3b\u3001\u5f00\u653e\u3001\u5c42\u6b21\u4e30\u5bcc\u4e14\u7740\u773c\u4e8e\u672a\u6765\u7684\u603b\u90e8\u529e\u516c\u56ed\u533a\u3002<\/p>\n

We took what the company learned from its \u200b\u2018Smart Working\u2019 sites globally and applied it to the design principles for GSK Asia House, anticipating how new ways of working in Singapore would evolve over time.<\/p>\n

Our integrated team approached the project from the \u200b\u2018inside out\u2019, running workshops with key groups at GSK to find out what inspires and engages their people. Armed with all those ideas from employees, we created an agile, open and multi-layered campus with a focus on the future.<\/p>\n

\u4e0e\u5386\u53f2\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u8054\u7cfb A NATURAL CONNECTION TO HISTORY<\/strong>
\n\u8be5\u5efa\u7b51\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u5916\u7acb\u9762\u5982\u540c\u4e00\u7247\u7247\u201c\u82b1\u74e3\u201d\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u5c4f\u98ce\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u7d27\u5bc6\u8054\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4f7f\u7528\u8d85\u8fc76\u4e07\u682a\u65b0\u683d\u690d\u7269\u548c\u6811\u6728\u6253\u9020\u7684\u5c42\u53e0\u5f0f\u7a7a\u4e2d\u82b1\u56ed\u65e0\u7f1d\u8fde\u63a5\u4e86GSK\u4e0e\u5176\u6240\u5728\u5730\u7684\u70ed\u5e26\u516c\u56ed\u4ee5\u53ca\u516c\u56ed\u5185\u4e09\u680b\u7ffb\u65b0\u7684\u6b96\u6c11\u65f6\u671f\u9057\u7559\u4e0b\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u3002<\/p>\n

The building\u2019s distinctive fa\u00e7ade appears as a screen of \u200b\u2018petals\u2019 and exemplifies the strong connection to nature.<\/p>\n

The cascading sky gardens seamlessly connect GSK to its tropical parkland site \u2013 with more than 60,000 new plants and trees \u2013 as well as three revived colonial heritage bungalows within the park.<\/p>\n
