AFA\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u6839\u636e\u4ed6\u4eec\u5bf9\u513f\u7ae5\u73a9\u800d\u8fc7\u7a0b\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6765\u521b\u9020\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u57fa\u4e8e\u76f8\u5173\u5fc3\u7406\u5b66\u5bb6\u5206\u6790\u7684\u6e38\u4e50\u573a\u4e0a\u7684\u5178\u578b\u884c\u4e3a\u6a21\u5f0f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u6e38\u4e50\u8bbe\u65bd\u3002 \u9879\u76ee\u573a\u5730\u957f60\u7c73\u3001\u5bbd10\u7c73\u3002AFA\u8bbe\u6cd5\u5c06\u6237\u5916\u533a\u57df\u5206\u6210\u51e0\u4e2a\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3\u5404\u4e0d\u540c\u5e74\u9f84\u6bb5\u4eba\u7fa4\u7684\u5174\u8da3\u548c\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7a7a\u95f4\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u5b64\u7acb\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u76f8\u8f85\u76f8\u6210\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5b69\u5b50\u4eec\u5728\u6e38\u4e50\u573a\u7684\u6bcf\u4e2a\u533a\u57df\u90fd\u80fd\u627e\u5230\u4ed6\u4eec\u611f\u5174\u8da3\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002<\/p>\n

AFA Group<\/strong><\/a>: Landscape bureau AFA designed and built a multipurpose KID’S LAB zone located in the elite residential complex \u00abRenome\u00bb (developer Sminex). The project is based on the idea developed by Wowhaus bureau in 2017.<\/p>\n

KID’S LAB is a standard for play spaces by developer Sminex. It combines a wide variety of activities for all ages with a comfortable place to relax at any time of the year. The project includes an outdoor area and an indoor play lounge on the first floor of the residential building.<\/p>\n

AFA’s main challenge was to adapt a concept rich in details for implementation, preserving play and educational potential and enriching the environment. At the same time, it was important to consider the client\u2019s preferences, including budget for construction. KID’S LAB is an important part of the housing estate infrastructure, and provides a family-friendly space, which enhances the benefits of \u00abRenome\u00bb.<\/p>\n

AFA\u2019s team has created spaces based on their research of children’s playing processes. The inhouse psychologists analyzed typical patterns of behavior in playgrounds and used these findings to design new facilities. The project was implemented on a piece of land only 10 meters wide and 60 meters long. AFA have managed to divide the outdoor area into several sections to meet the interests and needs of different ages in each one. These spaces are not isolated, but follow and complement one another, so children of all ages can find something interesting at any point of the playground.<\/p>\n

A toddlers’ area (for children under three) is in the quietest place o\u0442 the playground, where many play elements for developing fine motor skills and stimulating intellectual growth are set. A tactile panel has different natural pieces which can be touched and examined, and there is a \u00abbusy board\u00bb with locks and components, a car track and so on. Everything is individually designed to appeal to the baby\u2019s curiosity and mind. There are also benches and a small table for parents in the shaded corner, where they can sit with stroller for example, or watch their baby on the playground \u2014 many options are available.<\/p>\n

\u63a5\u4e0b\u6765\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u533a\u57df\u4e3b\u8981\u9762\u5411\u5b66\u9f84\u524d\u513f\u7ae5\u548c\u5e74\u9f84\u8f83\u5927\u7684\u513f\u7ae5\u3002\u6b64\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u4eae\u70b9\u662f\u6709\u4e00\u6761\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u6eaa\u6d41\u548c\u4e0d\u540c\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7684\u620f\u6c34\u533a\uff0c\u6b64\u5916\u6c99\u5751\u548c\u77f3\u677f\u4e5f\u662f\u8be5\u533a\u57df\u7684\u7279\u8272\u7ec4\u6210\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u4e24\u4e2a\u6c34\u6e90\u4e3a\u4e0a\u5c42\u7684\u6258\u76d8\u63d0\u4f9b\u6c34\u6e90\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u4e3a\u6eaa\u6d41\u6ce8\u6c34\u3002<\/p>\n

The next section is oriented more to preschoolers and older children. A water area with a real stream and trays on different levels is a key point in this space. The sandpit to experiment with dry and wet sand and a slate board are also distinctive ones of this part in KID’S LAB. Two water sources in this area supply the upper level trays and fill the stream.<\/p>\n

\u6b64\u533a\u57df\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u88c5\u7f6e\u2014\u2014\u7531AFA\u53d1\u660e\u7684\u5e26\u9f7f\u8f6e\u7684\u53d8\u5f62\u6a21\u578b\u3002\u4e0d\u540c\u5c3a\u5bf8\u548c\u989c\u8272\u7684\u9f7f\u8f6e\u88ab\u78c1\u94c1\u56fa\u5b9a\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u5e76\u9644\u7740\u5728\u91d1\u5c5e\u677f\u4e0a\uff0c\u78c1\u94c1\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u8ba9\u5b69\u5b50\u4eec\u80fd\u591f\u5efa\u9020\u5c5e\u4e8e\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u79fb\u52a8\u88c5\u7f6e\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u4ee5\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7ec4\u5408\u65b9\u5f0f\u548c\u65cb\u8f6c\u901f\u5ea6\u3002\u8be5\u88c5\u7f6e\u6df1\u53d7\u5927\u5bb6\u7684\u559c\u7231\u3002<\/section>\n

A special device here \u2014 a transforming model with gears \u2014 is a unique product which has been invented by AFA. Gear wheels of different sizes and colors are held together and attached to metal panel by the magnets. Because of the magnets, children are able to build their own moving mechanism and can experiment with its length and rotation speed. The device has really been enjoyed by everyone.<\/p>\n

\u6700\u540e\u7684\u6237\u5916\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e3a\u5b66\u751f\u548c\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u79fb\u52a8\u6027\u548c\u98ce\u9669\u53ef\u63a7\u7684\u6311\u6218\u6027\u3002\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e26\u6709\u8bed\u97f3\u7ba1\u9053\u7684\u5854\u697c\u548c\u76f4\u63a5\u901a\u54114.5\u7c73\u957f\u7684\u96a7\u9053\u6ed1\u68af\u662f\u8be5\u533a\u57df\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n

Finally, there is more mobility and an acceptable level of risk in the space for schoolers and teenagers. A tower with a voice pipe and direct access to the 4.5-meter tunnel slide is a key point of the area.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5b83\u65c1\u8fb9\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u6e38\u620f\u5e73\u53f0\u548c\u5e26\u6709\u503e\u659c\u6ed1\u9053\u7684\u6500\u722c\u8bbe\u65bd\u3001\u5e73\u8861\u6865\u4ee5\u53ca\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0b\u964d\u5230\u5730\u9762\u7684\u7ef3\u7d22\u901a\u9053\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u906e\u9633\u68da\u4e0b\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e86\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u4ea4\u8c08\u548c\u653e\u677e\u7684\u957f\u6905\uff0c\u79cb\u5343\u548c\u8e66\u5e8a\u4e5f\u662f\u8be5\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n

Next to it, there is a play platform and climbing complex with inclined slide, staggering bridge for balancing, and a rope track for going down. An optical illusion disk, a bench for talks and relaxation under the canopy, swings and trampoline are also a part of the space.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u513f\u7ae5\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u201d\uff08KID’S LAB\uff09\u6237\u5916\u4e2d\u5fc3\u533a\u57df\u4e5f\u5177\u6709\u591a\u79cd\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u662f\u4e3a\u6240\u6709\u5e74\u9f84\u9636\u6bb5\u4eba\u7fa4\u800c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002\u5929\u68da\u4e0b\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u7528\u4e8e\u5c0f\u578b\u793e\u533a\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u9732\u5929\u5267\u573a\uff0c\u6709\u8212\u9002\u7684\u5ea7\u4f4d\u548c\u7535\u6e90\u63d2\u5ea7\uff0c\u9644\u8fd1\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e92\u52a8\u7684\u53d1\u5149\u4e07\u82b1\u7b52\u3002<\/p>\n

The central zone of the KID’S LAB outdoor section is also multifunctional and designed for all ages. There is an amphitheater for small community events under a canopy, with comfortable seating and access to power outlets. One more Interactive feature is an illuminated kaleidoscope which stands nearby.<\/p>\n

The playground is made of natural materials which are resistant to temperature changes and are suitable for all weather conditions. Plants and flowerbeds in various combinations are set all around, not only for decoration but also to provide opportunities for environment exploring, learning about textures, species and smells. There is an information board with the guidelines on using the playground, and well-designed multilevel lighting.<\/p>\n

A well-equipped indoor space on the first floor of the apartment building is another benefit, allowing children to spend time comfortably even when it’s cold. Residents can visit the playroom in comfortable clothes and shoes without going outdoors. The room is also designed to provide a diversity of physical activity and educational creativity, and the whole space is divided into several zones on different levels.<\/p>\n

There is a ball pit and a climbing cupboard with barriers and slate surface, which leads to the upper level \u2014 playing platform under the ceiling with the net maze for active exercise. Drawing tables and a mobile children’s designer on the first floor make this area a real place of free creativity and development. A projector and a screen with a sound system for movies are also fixed in the playroom and everything works together as intended. Additionally, the space is provided with an information board, WI-FI, a shelf for shoes, hooks for clothes, surveillance and a warm floor to maintain the desired temperature.<\/p>\n
