DARP<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8eEl Retiro<\/span>\u5e02\uff08\u5b89\u8482\u5965\u57fa\u4e9a\u7701\uff09<\/span>\u7684\u4e00\u5757\u5761\u5730\u5e95\u90e8\u7684\u5e73\u5766\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u56db\u5468\u690d\u88ab\u73af\u7ed5\uff0c\u9876\u90e8\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u7247\u5c0f\u68ee\u6797\u3002\u5b83\u88ab\u8bbe\u60f3\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u57fa\u4e8e\u72ec\u7279\u7ed3\u6784\u5355\u4f53\u6240\u6f14\u53d8\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u89e3\u51b3\u623f\u5c4b\u7684\u6240\u6709\u7a7a\u95f4\u548c\u5173\u7cfb\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n

DARP<\/strong><\/a>: The project is located in the Municipality of El Retiro (Antioquia), on a flat area at the bottom of a sloping lot, surrounded by vegetation and a small forest at the top. It is conceived as a spatial system that, based on a single extruded section, is capable of addressing all the spatial and relational needs of the house. The entire program is developed from this simple idea.<\/p>\n

\u4e09\u4e2a\u7eb5\u5411\u7684\u4f53\u91cf\u6309\u7167\u5730\u5f62\u5448\u6c34\u5e73\u6392\u5e03\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u4f4d\u79fb\u548c\u7559\u767d\u7684\u5e03\u5c40\u65b9\u5f0f\u6765\u8854\u63a5\u623f\u5b50\u548c\u5b83\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The program is divided into these three volumes: a social and service area, a bedroom area, and a central pavilion that acts as an articulator between the other two. Access is through this last volume, a “void” composed of the foyer, the inner courtyard, and the study \u2013 spaces without walls, only delimited by glass walls that allow for the continuity of the landscape.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u5efa\u7b51\u5e03\u5c40\u91cd\u65b0\u8be0\u91ca\u4e86\u5f53\u5730\u6b96\u6c11\u5efa\u7b51\u4e2d\u5e26\u5929\u4e95\u7684\u4f20\u7edf\u5efa\u7b51\u7ed3\u6784\u3002\u5929\u4e95\u7531\u4e00\u4e2a\u957f\u6ee1\u6c34\u751f\u690d\u7269\u548c\u672c\u5730\u690d\u88ab\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u5176\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u5448\u73b0\u51fa\u89c6\u89c9\u4e0a\u7684\u8fde\u7eed\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u80fd\u6539\u5584\u623f\u5c4b\u7684\u7167\u660e\u548c\u901a\u98ce\u6761\u4ef6\u3002\u7b2c\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u7a7a\u95f4\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u95e8\u5385\u8fdb\u5165\uff0c\u5176\u6240\u5904\u5730\u5f62\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5904\u4e8e\u6700\u4f4e\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u6574\u4f53\u5e95\u7ebf\u9010\u6e10\u5728\u793e\u4ea4\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u533a\u8fbe\u5230\u6700\u9ad8\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u4e2d\u671d\u5411\u9732\u53f0\u548c\u5916\u90e8\u82b1\u56ed\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5b8c\u5168\u88ab\u73bb\u7483\u5c01\u95ed\u8d77\u6765\u3002<\/p>\n

The functional scheme of the house rescues and reinterprets the structure of the traditional patio house from Antioquian colonization architecture. The patio consists of a garden of aquatic plants and native vegetation that acts as the heart of the system, allowing for visual connections (transparency) and improving the lighting and ventilation conditions of the house. The first pavilion is reached through the foyer, descending parallel to the topography, gaining height in the social and service areas. These glass-enclosed spaces fully open towards the covered terrace and the exterior garden.<\/p>\n

\u5367\u5ba4\u548c\u66f4\u79c1\u5bc6\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6700\u540e\u4e00\u4e2a\u7ed3\u6784\u4e2d\uff0c\u9694\u7edd\u4e86\u5468\u8fb9\u9053\u8def\u7684\u566a\u97f3\uff0c\u4e0e\u5c71\u8109\u548c\u68ee\u6797\u76f4\u63a5\u76f8\u8fde\u3002\u5367\u5ba4\u901a\u8fc7\u4e00\u4e2a\u79cd\u690d\u690d\u7269\u7684\u957f\u6761\u5f62\u9732\u53f0\u5411\u5916\u5ef6\u4f38\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e09\u4e2a\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u533a\u57df\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u957f\u7acb\u9762\u671d\u5357\u5317\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u77ed\u7acb\u9762\u671d\u4e1c\u897f\u65b9\u5411\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u897f\u4fa7\u7684\u9732\u53f0\u5e26\u6709\u9876\u68da\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u5185\u90e8\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u5ef6\u4f38\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u906e\u9633\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u623f\u5c4b\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5411\u666f\u89c2\u6761\u4ef6\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u533a\u57df\u5f00\u653e\u3002<\/p>\n

The bedrooms and more intimate spaces of the house are located in the last pavilion, sheltered from the noise of the perimeter road and in direct relation to the mountain and the forest. The bedrooms extend towards the outside through an elongated terrace with vegetation, creating three distinct areas. The house opens its long facades in a north-south direction and its short facades in an east-west direction (East and West). As a strategy, covered terraces are used on the western end, not only as extensions of the interior spaces but also as a mechanism for solar protection, allowing the higher-ranking spaces of the house to open towards the area with better landscape conditions on the property.<\/p>\n

\u6784\u6210\u4e09\u4e2a\u5efa\u7b51\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u7816\u77f3\u5899\u5177\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u539a\u5ea6\uff0c\u5e76\u6709\u51f9\u9677\u548c\u51f8\u51fa\u7684\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u53ef\u8c03\u8282\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u80fd\u901a\u8fc7\u5149\u5f71\u4ea7\u751f\u7eb9\u7406\u611f\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u91c7\u7528\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u5982\u88f8\u9732\u7684\u7816\u3001\u6728\u5934\u3001\u73bb\u7483\u548c\u91d1\u5c5e\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u4f7f\u7528\u5bff\u547d\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u5b83\u4eec\u6765\u4fc3\u8fdb\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u4e30\u5bcc\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

In terms of materials, the project is rigorous and starts from the modulation of the brick piece (10x15x30) to establish a single spatial module of 1.8m in length and 6m in the short direction. This rationalizes the use of all construction elements, optimizing resources and avoiding waste in the construction process. The house proposes different ways of relating to the surroundings, with brick weaves acting as filters that screen the landscape and contribute to defining the character of each space.<\/p>\n

The masonry walls that form each of the three pavilions are defined with thickness and a system of recesses and projections that emphasize the structural modulation and provide textures through light and shadow. Simple materials such as exposed brick, wood, glass, and metal are proposed, ensuring durability over time and contributing to spatial richness through their.<\/p>\n
