CCDI\u535d\u667a\u5ba4\u5185\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/a><\/strong>\uff1a\u91ce\u6709\u9662\u6c11\u5bbf\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5c71\u4e1c\u7701\u6cf0\u5b89\u5e02\u9053\u6717\u9547\u516b\u697c\u6751\uff0c\u662f\u6cf0\u5c71\u4e5d\u5973\u5cf0\u4e61\u6751\u5ea6\u5047\u533a\u4e00\u671f\u9879\u76ee\uff0c2020\u5e74\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5c71\u4e61\u96c6\u56e2\u201c667\u201d\uff08\u516d\u8fdb\u6751\u3001\u516d\u80fd\u3001\u4e03\u53d8\uff09\u4e61\u6751\u632f\u5174\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u63a2\u7d22\u5b9e\u8df5\u5f00\u542f\u5efa\u8bbe\u5e76\u6295\u5165\u8fd0\u8425\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u800c\u540e\u7531\u4e8e\u4ea7\u54c1\u529f\u80fd\u3001\u4e1a\u6001\u5f62\u5f0f\u5355\u4e00\u7b49\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u7ecf\u8425\u6210\u679c\u4e00\u76f4\u90fd\u4e0d\u592a\u7406\u60f3\u30022022\u5e74\u4e1a\u4e3b\u65b9\u627e\u5230\u6211\u4eec\u671f\u671b\u6539\u53d8\u73b0\u72b6\u3002<\/p>\n

CCDI Beijing Interior Design Center<\/a><\/strong>\uff1aLocated in Balou Village, Daolang Town, Tai’an City, Shandong Province, Wildyard B&B is the first phase project of Mount Taishan Jiunvfeng Rural Resort. In 2020, it was launched and put into operation as an exploration and practice of the “667” (six villages, six abilities and seven changes) rural revitalization model of Shanxiang Corporation. However, due to the single product function and format, the business performance has always been unsatisfactory. In 2022, the owner approached us and expected to change the current situation.<\/p>\n

\u7531\u4e8e\u4ece\u521d\u6b21\u5efa\u8bbe\u5b8c\u6210\u5230\u4e8c\u6b21\u6539\u9020\u95f4\u9694\u65f6\u95f4\u5f88\u77ed\uff0c\u4e1a\u4e3b\u65b9\u4e0d\u613f\u518d\u6709\u8f83\u5927\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u548c\u7cbe\u529b\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u4e14\u671f\u671b\u8bbe\u8ba1\u80fd\u591f\u6700\u5927\u5316\u7f29\u77ed\u5de5\u671f\u4ee5\u51cf\u5c0f\u6c11\u5bbf\u505c\u6b62\u8fd0\u8425\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u4e8e\u662f\u672c\u6b21\u6539\u9020\u7684\u521d\u8877\uff0c\u5373\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u5728\u8f83\u77ed\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u5185\u3001\u901a\u8fc7\u8f83\u4e3a\u8f7b\u4fbf\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u589e\u52a0\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8fd0\u8425\u573a\u666f\uff0c\u4f18\u5316\u7a7a\u95f4\u529f\u80fd\u5e76\u63d0\u9ad8\u6574\u4f53\u7684\u5ba4\u5185\u8c03\u6027\uff0c\u534f\u52a9\u8fd0\u8425\u56e2\u961f\u4e00\u8d77\u5b8c\u6210\u4e00\u573a\u4e61\u6751\u201c\u5fae\u521b\u624b\u672f\u201d\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u5bf9\u6c11\u5bbf\u573a\u5730\u7684\u4e8c\u6b21\u6fc0\u6d3b\u3002<\/p>\n

Due to the short interval between the completion of the initial construction and the second renovation, the owner is unwilling to invest significant funds and energy, and hopes that this renovation can maximize the shortening of the construction period to reduce the impact of the closure of homestays. So the original intention of this renovation is to add more operational scenarios in a relatively short period of time, optimize spatial functions, and improve overall indoor harmony through a more lightweight approach, to assist the operation team in completing a rural “minimally invasive surgery” and achieve secondary activation of homestays.<\/p>\n

\u91ce\u6709\u9662\u539f\u59cb\u573a\u5730\u5185\u5171\u6709\u5341\u4e2a\u9662\u5b50\uff0c\u53e6\u914d\u5957\u6709\u5496\u5561\u5385\u3001\u56fe\u4e66\u9986\u548c\u516c\u5171\u9910\u5385\uff0c\u5c5e\u4e8e\u6574\u6751\u578b\u6c11\u5bbf\u805a\u843d\u3002\u6c11\u5bbf\u5efa\u7b51\u4f9d\u5c71\u5c31\u52bf\uff0c\u878d\u5165\u6751\u843d\u4e0e\u5468\u56f4\u81ea\u7136\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u6574\u4f53\u6761\u4ef6\u8f83\u597d\u3002\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u4e3a\u4f55\u4ecd\u4e0d\u80fd\u7559\u4f4f\u4eba\uff1f\u7ecf\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u73b0\u72b6\u95ee\u9898\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n

There are a total of ten courtyards in the original site of Wildyard, along with coffee shops, libraries, and public restaurants, which belong to the entire village type homestay settlement. The homestay building is situated on the mountain and integrated into the village and surrounding natural environment, with overall good conditions. Why can’t such conditions still retain people? After analysis, the current problems are as follows:<\/p>\n

1. The product has a single function and few entertainment and parent-child facilities;
\n2. The overall form of the courtyard has been weakened, making it less distinctive than surrounding products;
\n3. The decoration of the guest rooms is cumbersome and lacks an attractive ceremonial venue;
\n4. The warehouse is far away from the guest room area, making it difficult to lay grass and transport materials.<\/p>\n

\u57fa\u4e8e\u4ee5\u4e0a\u73b0\u72b6\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u52a0\u4ee5\u6211\u4eec\u539f\u6709\u6c11\u5bbf\u8fd0\u8425\u5b9e\u8df5\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\u603b\u7ed3\u3001\u53ca\u5bf9\u5c71\u4e1c\u6c11\u5bbf\u5e02\u573a\u5ba2\u7fa4\u7684\u8c03\u7814\u8ba4\u77e5\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u9488\u5bf9\u9879\u76ee\u6240\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4ece\u4e0d\u540c\u7ef4\u5ea6\u4e0a\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u7cfb\u5217\u5fae\u8c03\uff1a<\/p>\n

\n3. \u5316\u7e41\u4e3a\u7b80\uff0c\u5bf9\u9152\u5427\u3001\u4e61\u6751\u4ff1\u4e50\u90e8\u7b49\u8fdb\u884c\u5ba4\u5185\u6539\u9020\u5347\u7ea7\u3002<\/p>\n

Based on the above analysis of the current situation, combined with our previous experience in operating homestays and our research and understanding of the customer base in the Shandong homestay market, we have designed a series of fine adjustments from different dimensions to address the problems existing in the project:<\/p>\n

1. Enrich public area products by adding entertainment spaces such as children’s parks, outdoor tent camps, and country music clubs;
\n2. Strengthen the atmosphere of the courtyard, emphasizing the aggregation of content, setting up kitchen spaces, and increasing the number of guest rooms in each courtyard;
\n3. Simplify complexity and upgrade the interior of bars, country clubs, etc.<\/p>\n

\u5229\u7528\u5efa\u7b51\u7279\u70b9\u91cd\u65b0\u8425\u9020\u5ba4\u5185\u683c\u5c40\u53ca\u6c1b\u56f4 Recreate indoor layout and atmosphere by utilizing architectural features<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u91ce\u6709\u9152\u539f\u59cb\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e2d\uff0c\u5427\u53f0\u5835\u4f4f\u4e86\u5165\u53e3\u672c\u6765\u5e94\u8be5\u5f00\u655e\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u800c\u7a7a\u95f4\u5185\u7684\u5927\u53f0\u9636\u533a\u57df\u51e0\u4e4e\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u95f2\u7f6e\u7684\u7070\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u6ca1\u4eba\u5c31\u5750\uff1b\u73b0\u573a\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u6761\u4ef6\u672a\u80fd\u88ab\u5f88\u597d\u7684\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5c4b\u9762\u7684\u5706\u5f62\u5929\u82b1\uff0c\u5e73\u9762\u5e03\u5c40\u7f3a\u5c11\u4e0e\u4e4b\u7684\u4e92\u52a8\u5173\u7cfb\uff1b\u5929\u82b1\u88c5\u9970\u706f\u5177\u3001\u5899\u9762\u88c5\u9970\u8fc7\u591a\u8fc7\u788e\uff0c\u89c6\u89c9\u4e0d\u805a\u7126\uff0c\u7834\u574f\u4e86\u539f\u6709\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7f8e\u611f\uff1b\u6574\u4f53\u8272\u8c03\u504f\u51b7\uff0c\u7f3a\u5c11\u5c5e\u4e8e\u9152\u5427\u6e29\u6696\u5e7d\u6697\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

In the primitive space of Wild bar, the bar counter blocked the supposed open entrance, and the large step area within the space almost became an idle gray space, with almost no one sitting; The building conditions on site have not been well utilized, especially the circular ceiling on the roof, which lacks interactive relationships with the plane layout; Excessive and fragmented ceiling and wall decoration, visually unfocused and damaging the original architectural aesthetic; The overall color tone is cooler, lacking a warm and dark atmosphere that belongs to the bar.<\/p>\n

In the new renovation plan, we have set up the bar in the original step area, emphasizing the integrity of the space. The plane is set with an arc shape, corresponding to the ceiling relationship, making the space more ceremonial.<\/p>\n

The glass ceiling in the space is decorated with irregular perforated aluminum panels, which not only solves the impact of strong light on space comfort, but also cleverly utilizes the relationship between light and shadow. Through the mapping of natural light on sunny days, a visual aesthetic is presented.<\/p>\n

Try to choose dark colors for soft furnishings to highlight the original spatial feel of the building. The gray coffee color of the leather sofa, the original wood color of the tables and chairs, and the gray floor tiles complement each other. The light plain and dark green armchairs are embellished with a natural color scheme, creating a comfortable coffee shop\/bar atmosphere.<\/p>\n

The minimally invasive renovation of this project began in July 2022 and was completed and reopened for business on September 1st, lasting a total of 2 months. During this brief construction period, various design and construction projects such as guest room renovation, public area renovation, and new campsite construction will be completed in a cross over manner. The design will preserve the rustic atmosphere and create a more attractive atmosphere and scene space at an extremely low cost – Wild bar, Wild club, Wild campsite, and wild with wildyard – to form a lifestyle of dialogue between rural culture and the countryside.<\/p>\n

As of now, the project has successfully attracted the attention of a large number of bloggers in related industries such as tourism and homestays with its new functional appearance, as well as on-site store visits and check-in. We look forward to the integration of professional operation and design of homestays in the future. With new scene spaces, Yeyou Hospital can continue to attract more local and Jinan customer groups to visit and experience, truly injecting vitality into the countryside.<\/p>\n
