Hassell<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u897f\u6d8c\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9762\u671d\u4e2d\u56fd\u5357\u6d77\u7684\u6ee8\u6d77\u533a\uff0c\u6709\u7740\u6d77\u6ee9\u548c\u4e30\u5bcc\u591a\u6837\u7684\u70ed\u5e26\u666f\u89c2\uff0c\u88ab\u8a89\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u6700\u7f8e\u7684\u6d77\u666f\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u897f\u6d8c\u4e5f\u662f\u6df1\u5733\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u6df1\u573340\u5e74\u6765\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e86\u897f\u6d8c\u539f\u751f\u6001\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u9000\u5316 \u2013 \u571f\u5730\u8d44\u6e90\u4e25\u91cd\u900f\u652f\uff0c\u5730\u8868\u6c34\u6c61\u67d3\u4e25\u91cd\u3002<\/p>\n

2018\u5e74\u4e2d\u56fd\u5357\u90e8\u906d\u53d7\u4e86\u6709\u53f2\u4ee5\u6765\u6700\u5927\u7684\u53f0\u98ce\u4e4b\u4e00 \u2013 \u5c71\u7af9\u53f0\u98ce\uff0c\u5bf9\u897f\u6d8c\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u6c89\u91cd\u4e00\u51fb\uff0c\u6467\u6bc1\u4e86\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u7684\u6d77\u5cb8\u666f\u89c2\u548c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u5efa\u7b51\u3002\u5229\u7528\u707e\u540e\u91cd\u5efa\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\uff0c\u672c\u5730\u793e\u533a\u4e0e\u653f\u5e9c\u6b63\u5728\u4e3a\u897f\u6d8c\u7684\u672a\u6765\u5bfb\u6c42\u66f4\u5177\u6709\u97e7\u6027\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

Typhoon Mangkhut \u2013 one of the largest to hit Southern China \u2013 also destroyed vast areas of this coastal landscape, along with many buildings. Out of that adversity came an opportunity \u2013 for a\u00a0new beginning and a\u00a0more sustainable future.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5927\u9e4f\u65b0\u533a\u5357\u6fb3\u897f\u6d8c\u57ce\u5e02\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56fd\u9645\u54a8\u8be2\u4e2dHassell\u6700\u7ec8\u6210\u4e3a\u4e09\u5bb6\u83b7\u80dc\u65b9\u6848\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u4e3a\u5411\u6d77\u800c\u751f\u7684\u897f\u6d8c\u786e\u7acb\u4e86\u53d1\u5c55\u613f\u666f\uff0c\u6301\u7eed\u8fdb\u884c\u6e7f\u5730\u548c\u7ea2\u6811\u6797\u7b49\u91cd\u8981\u751f\u6001\u4fdd\u80b2\u533a\u7684\u4fee\u590d\u6574\u6cbb\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u63a8\u8fdb\u672a\u6765\u6d77\u6d0b\u89c2\u5149\u65c5\u6e38\u4e0e\u6d77\u6d0b\u6587\u5316\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u7ed3\u5408\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u897f\u6d8c\u8fdb\u884c\u6709\u8282\u5236\u4e14\u9488\u5bf9\u6027\u7684\u65c5\u6e38\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u4fdd\u6301\u5f53\u5730\u751f\u6001\u654f\u611f\u6027\u53ef\u5bb9\u7eb3\u7684\u6e38\u5ba2\u63a5\u5f85\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u4e3a\u897f\u6d8c\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u52a8\u6001\u4fee\u590d\u548c\u9632\u707e\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e94\u5bf9\u573a\u5730\u6240\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u751f\u6001\u9000\u5316\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u707e\u5bb3\u5a01\u80c1\u3002<\/p>\n

Sustainable, community-driven ecotourism developments are located inland around existing villages \u2013 and away from environmentally sensitive areas. By limiting development and visitor numbers in conservation areas, we can protect local habitat and sensitive ecologies.<\/p>\n

Our plan also includes a\u00a0long-term resilience strategy for actively restoring the area while also mitigating disasters. Our strategy reinforces Xichong\u2019s dynamic self-recovery system linking land, beach and sea \u2013 making the area truly\u00a0\u200b\u2018resilient by nature\u2019 over\u00a0time.<\/p>\n
