\u201cTARANG\u201d\u8425\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u6c38\u6052\u7684\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4e86\u4e0d\u540c\u65f6\u4ee3\u4e4b\u95f4\u6709\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u5bf9\u8bdd\u3002\u5176\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5524\u8d77\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u8d85\u8d8a\u5f53\u4e0b\u7684\u8fde\u7eed\u6027\u548c\u8054\u7cfb\u611f\uff0c\u9f13\u52b1\u8de8\u8d8a\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u5bf9\u8bdd\u3002<\/p>\n

Tarang’s design takes into account the specific context of the South West location and incorporates a remarkable construction technique. The design showcases an innovative and thoughtful approach to address the pressing challenge of sustainable construction, creating a built environment that is environmentally friendly, culturally rich, and visually captivating. By employing traditional construction techniques without software or digital tools, Tarang celebrates the artistry of the workers.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u65e8\u5728\u6253\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4ee5\u5bb9\u7eb3\u5efa\u7b51\u5185\u90e8\u53ca\u5468\u8fb9\u7684\u5404\u79cd\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002Tarang \u88ab\u8bbe\u60f3\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u52a8\u6001\u7684\u753b\u5eca\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5b83\u7ecf\u8fc7\u7cbe\u5fc3\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u80fd\u6839\u636e\u9700\u6c42\u65e0\u7f1d\u5730\u9002\u5e94\u548c\u53d1\u5c55\u3002\u5176\u53e6\u4e00\u610f\u56fe\u5728\u4e8e\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u6c89\u6d78\u5f0f\u7684\u5c55\u89c8\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u5c06\u5ba4\u5185\u7a7a\u95f4\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u753b\u5e03\u4ee5\u5c55\u793a\u7279\u8272\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n

The intervention aims to create a versatile space that accommodates various activities, both within and around the building. Tarang was conceptualized as a dynamic gallery space, meticulously designed to adapt and evolve seamlessly. Its purpose is to serve as an immersive exhibition platform where the interiors are transformed into canvases, showcasing the featured products.<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u4e86\u5c3d\u91cf\u51cf\u5c11\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u7684\u78b3\u8db3\u8ff9\uff0c\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4e3b\u8981\u4ece\u5f53\u5730\u91c7\u8d2d\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u91cd\u70b9\u662f\u90a3\u4e9b\u4f4e\u80fd\u8017\u7684\u6750\u6599\u3002\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6750\u6599\u5305\u62ec\u5929\u7136\u77f3\u6750\u3001\u9676\u571f\u7816\uff0c\u5e76\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u65e0\u9700\u94a2\u7b4b\u3001\u6a21\u677f\u6216\u8f85\u52a9\u62f1\u9876\u7ed3\u6784\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u7528\u4e8e\u627f\u53d7\u62f1\u7684\u91cd\u91cf\uff09\u7684\u8de8\u5ea6\u6280\u672f\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u8fd8\u6ce8\u91cd\u5320\u4eba\u7684\u6280\u80fd\u57f9\u8bad\u63d0\u5347\uff0c\u4ee5\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4fc3\u8fdb\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u5efa\u7b51\u5b9e\u8df5\u3002<\/p>\n

In an effort to minimize the carbon footprint of buildings, the project primarily sources materials locally, with a focus on those that have low embodied energy. The key materials utilized include natural stone, terracotta tiles, and a technique that involves spanning without steel and shuttering or ancillary structures that are typically used to bear the weight of an arch during the building process. Additionally, the project places emphasis on upskilling the masons to further promote sustainable building practices.<\/p>\n

\u5efa\u7b51\u7ed3\u6784\u8f7b\u67d4\u8d77\u4f0f\uff0c\u548c\u8c10\u7684\u6ce2\u6d6a\u5f62\u6001\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u4e00\u79cd\u4ee4\u4eba\u56de\u5473\u7684\u9759\u8c27\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\uff0c\u5149\u5f71\u4f4e\u8bed\uff0c\u5fae\u98ce\u541f\u5531\uff0c\u9676\u571f\u5c4b\u9876\u594f\u51fa\u65cb\u5f8b\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c31\u662f\u201cTARANG\u201d\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5370\u5ea6\u6700\u5927\u7684\u9676\u571f\u7816\u74e6\u62f1\u9876\u5efa\u7b51\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u5176\u5f62\u5f0f\u690d\u6839\u4e8e\u4eb2\u751f\u7269\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5176\u62f1\u5f62\u5185\u90e8\u4ee4\u4eba\u719f\u6089\u800c\u500d\u611f\u4eb2\u5207\u3002\u5728\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d8\u6362\u7684\u5149\u7ebf\u548c\u98ce\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u6df1\u9083\u3001\u7b80\u6d01\u800c\u4f18\u96c5\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8d77\u4f0f\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u7ed9\u89c2\u8005\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u591a\u53d8\u7684\u89c6\u89d2\u3002\u6709\u673a\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0e\u9879\u76ee\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u76f8\u77db\u76fe\uff0c\u5176\u95f4\u7684\u7a7a\u9699\u548c\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5149\u4e0e\u5f71\u62c2\u8fc7\u65e0\u89d2\u7684\u5899\u9762\uff0c\u4fcf\u76ae\u5730\u6311\u9017\u7740\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u3002\u5982\u6ce2\u6d6a\u8d77\u4f0f\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u541e\u566c\u7740\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u65e2\u662f\u5899\u58c1\uff0c\u53c8\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u62f1\u9876\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5b83\u8ba9\u4eba\u610f\u8bc6\u5230\uff0c\u6b63\u662f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7a7a\u9699\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u548c\u4e2d\u95f4\u88f8\u9732\u7684\u9676\u571f\u7816\u74e6\u4f7f\u5efa\u7b51\u6d51\u7136\u4e00\u4f53\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u5f15\u5bfc\u6e38\u5ba2\u6cbf\u7740\u873f\u8712\u7684\u5f62\u72b6\u6f2b\u6e38\uff0c\u4e00\u8def\u90fd\u80fd\u95fb\u5230\u5929\u7136\u88f8\u9732\u7684\u9676\u571f\u7816\u74e6\u7684\u6c14\u5473\u3002Tarang \u4f7f\u6211\u4eec\u4e0e\u5927\u81ea\u7136\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\uff0c\u4eff\u4f5b\u5efa\u7b51\u672c\u8eab\u5e76\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4ece\u5730\u9762\u751f\u957f\u51fa\u6765\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n

Gentle upswells. Soft swoops. Harmonic waves that birth an ambience of evocative silence, where the light speaks, the wind sings, and the earthenware roofing produces melody. This is \u201cTARANG\u201d, presently one of the largest terracotta tile arch vault structure in India. Its rising arched interiors are pleasantly intimate and familiar, thanks to its form rooted in a biophilic design approach. The resultant atmosphere, profound and simply elegant, is animated by the changing patterns of light and wind.<\/p>\n

The formed undulations bring a varied Aspect to the viewers eyes. The organic structure contradicts the existing edifice of the project. The light and the shadow from the voids and the in between spaces playfully tease the user, brushing past the cornerless realm of walls. The structure engulfs the space, the undulations become the walls, the walls become the enclosure.<\/p>\n

It makes one realise that it\u2019s the parts of the voids and the exposed terracotta tiles in between that make the edifice as one. It makes one sway along the meandering shape and smell the natural exposed terracotta tiles. It merges us with nature as if the built form didn\u2019t exist but was born from the core of the earth itself.<\/p>\n
