TROP:Terrains+Open Space \uff1a<\/a> <\/strong>\u66fc\u8c37\u5982\u4eca\u51e0\u4e4e\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u4ea4\u901a\u62e5\u5835\u60c5\u51b5\u6700\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u8fd9\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u4eba\u76f4\u63a5\u642c\u5230\u57ce\u5e02\u91cc\u5c45\u4f4f\u3002\u56e0\u4e3a\u9ad8\u6602\u7684\u5730\u4ef7\uff0c\u4f20\u7edf\u5f0f\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u4e0e\u82b1\u56ed\u53d8\u5f97\u4e0d\u53ef\u4f01\u53ca\uff0c\u53d6\u800c\u4ee3\u4e4b\u7684\u662f\u5728\u7d27\u51d1\u7684\u571f\u5730\u4e2d\u7acb\u4f53\u5f0f\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u73b0\u72b6\u3002\u5728Sindhorn Residence\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u5145\u5206\u5730\u8003\u8651\u5e76\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u6709\u9650\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e2d\u7684\u5c0f\u6c14\u5019\uff0c\u4e3a\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u826f\u597d\u8212\u9002\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u6761\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n

TROP:Terrains+Open Space \uff1a<\/a> <\/strong>Recently, Bangkok has one of the most traffic jams in the World. As a result, more and more people have moved in to live in the city instead. Because of land prices, traditional house and garden are unaffordable, replaced by Vertical living which has a lot more density in compact sites. For Sindhorn Residence, the design team had to work with such a limited space and tried their best to create a microclimate, in order to provide a comfortable living space for the residents.<\/p>\n

\nProject Narrative\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sindhorn Residence\u662f\u4f4d\u4e8e\u66fc\u8c37\u6838\u5fc3\u8179\u5730\u533a\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u867d\u7136\u5730\u5904\u7eff\u5316\u8302\u5bc6\u7684\u8377\u5170\u5927\u4f7f\u9986\u5bf9\u9762\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u672c\u8eab\u5374\u5f88\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u53ea\u6709A B\u4e24\u680b\u5854\u697c\uff0c\u518d\u52a0\u4e0a\u6d88\u9632\u4e0a\u7684\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u9879\u76ee\u56e2\u961f\u9700\u8981\u826f\u597d\u5730\u5229\u7528\u5269\u4f59\u4e0d\u591a\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u8425\u9020\u7eff\u5316\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n

Sindhorn Residence is a condominium right in the middle of Bangkok’s prime area. The property was located just across Netherlands Embassy which occupied a lot of green areas. However the site itself was not very big for 2 buildings, Tower Aand B. With fire lane regulation, the design team had to work with a small leftover space for greenery.<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u4e86\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u5e94\u5bf9\u66fc\u8c37\u57ce\u5e02\u5e38\u51fa\u73b0\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4e24\u680b\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u5927\u5802\u90fd\u91c7\u53d6\u4e86\u62ac\u9ad8\u4e24\u7c73\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u843d\u5ba2\u533a\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4e24\u680b\u5efa\u7b51\u4e4b\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

Both buildings\u2019 lobbies were first raised up 2m from main access to avoid the city’s recent flood problems, with Main drop off located in the middle of the Towers.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u6761\u6709\u906e\u836b\u7684\u8d70\u5eca\u662f\u843d\u5ba2\u533a\u4e0e\u5854\u697cB\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6b65\u884c\u8fde\u5eca\u3002\u65c1\u4fa7\u53f0\u5730\u5f0f\u79cd\u690d\u5411\u5185\u56f4\u5408\uff0c\u4e3a\u7a7f\u8fc7\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u8005\u5f62\u6210\u7eff\u610f\u76ce\u7136\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u9ad8\u5927\u7684\u4e54\u6728\u4e0e\u704c\u6728\u642d\u914d\uff0c\u4e3a\u7a7a\u95f4\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u906e\u836b\uff0c\u4e5f\u4f7f\u5f97\u5c0f\u533a\u5185\u90e8\u73af\u5883\u4e0d\u53d7\u66fc\u8c37\u6076\u52a3\u7684\u9ad8\u6e29\u5929\u6c14\u6240\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n

The covered passage connected the Main Drop off with garden space in front of Tower B. Stepped planters was designed to enclosed the experience of the residents walking through this tunnel-like space. A series of tall trees and shrubs were planted to provide more shades, adding protecting layers against Bangkok’s infamous temperature.<\/p>\n

\u5b9e\u9645\u7684\u7eff\u5730\u5904\u4e8e\u573a\u5730\u539f\u6709\u7684\u6807\u9ad8\uff0c\u4ece\u5927\u5802\u770b\u8fc7\u53bb\u50cf\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0b\u6c89\u82b1\u56ed\u3002\u5b83\u7565\u5fae\u9ad8\u4e8e\u8def\u9762\u6807\u9ad8\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u907f\u514d\u4e86\u571f\u65b9\u56de\u586b\u548c\u6321\u571f\u5899\u7684\u8bbe\u7f6e\u3002\u8fd9\u91cc\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u6811\u90fd\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u679c\u6811\u6797\uff0c\u7528\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u7eff\u690d\u5c42\u6b21\u906e\u6321\u9633\u5149\u70ed\u91cf\uff0c\u4e3a\u5c45\u6c11\u521b\u9020\u51fa\u66f4\u6021\u4eba\u7684\u5c0f\u6c14\u5019\u3002\u955c\u9762\u6c34\u6c60\u4e2d\u7684\u6c34\u6ea2\u6d41\u5230\u4f4e\u4e00\u4e9b\u7684\u6536\u6c34\u69fd\uff0c\u843d\u6c34\u65f6\u53d1\u51fa\u7684\u767d\u566a\u97f3\u8ba9\u6574\u4e2a\u82b1\u56ed\u7a7a\u95f4\u5145\u6ee1\u751f\u6c14\u3002<\/p>\n

The actual green area was kept at original level, appearing like sunken gardenspace from the Lobby. It was built slightly above street’s level, to avoid filling and retaining wall. Here an orchard of tall trees were proposed to provide green layers to filter sunlight heat, creating microclimate effect forthe residents. Water from Reflecting Pond overflowed to the lower gutter, creating white noises to animate the garden space.<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u4e86\u5728\u89c6\u89c9\u4e0a\u6269\u5927\u82b1\u56ed\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u5c06\u90e8\u5206\u6d88\u9632\u8f66\u9053\u8bbe\u7f6e\u5728\u5927\u5802\u524d\u3002\u786c\u8d28\u666f\u89c2\u7565\u5fae\u6c89\u964d\uff0c\u7528\u6d45\u6c34\u6df9\u6ca1\uff0c\u4f7f\u4e4b\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u955c\u9762\u6c34\u6c60\uff0c\u8fd9\u5728\u89c6\u89c9\u4e0a\u53cc\u500d\u6269\u5927\u4e86\u5927\u5802\u524d\u9762\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

In order to visually maximize garden space, the design team camouflaged part of the fire lane in front of Tower B’s Lobby. Hardscape surface was slightly dropped and filled with shallow water. Appeared as Reflecting Pond, it visually doubled the view of the green space right in front of the lobby.<\/p>\n

\u4e24\u680b\u4f4f\u5b85\u5854\u697c\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u8054\u6865\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e3b\u8981\u4e3a\u6cf3\u6c60\u548c\u5065\u8eab\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u4e3a\u4f4f\u6237\u63d0\u4f9b\u65f6\u5c1a\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u5468\u8fb9\u7eff\u610f\u76ce\u7136\u7684\u4f7f\u9986\u533a\uff0c\u8eab\u5904\u6865\u4e0a\u7684\u65e0\u8fb9\u754c\u6cf3\u6c60\u548c\u77ad\u671b\u5e73\u53f0\u73af\u89c6\uff0c\u72b9\u5982\u57ce\u5e02\u4ece\u8302\u5bc6\u7684\u6df1\u6797\u4e2d\u751f\u957f\u5f62\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n

The facility bridge connects the two residential towers with nice shared swimming pool and fitness center to help users with modern and healthy lifestyle. The Infinity pool and viewing platform on the bridge are surrounded by greenery embassies, which has an amazing paroramic view with modern city growing from a lush forest.<\/p>\n
