Just as the so-called ” rise near the water and build on the ountain”, for the Chongqing people who were moistened by the two rivers, what really penetrated into the city’s texture and imprinted in the mind is the unique waterfront area: south binjiang road.<\/p>\n

Seeing or not seeing<\/p>\n

As for design, the first question we face is what attitude the new space construction should take into the original landform. Unlike the usual practice of ” destroying or rebuilding”, we hope to create a landscape image that integrates the overall trend of the landscape with the mountain, and to create a hiding place from seeing the building to not seeing the building. Therefore, the new spatial forms are planned according to the mountain trend, and their contour lines blend with the original mountain shape.<\/p>\n

See the mountains<\/p>\n

Along the contours of space, we gently lifted the building to absorb the dynamic and undulating scenery of the nearby mountains. We put metal sculpture in white space, pure white with noble temperament, while natural stone veneer, pure with texture changes. This dynamic axis, which can watch the river scenery, enables people to continuously feel diversified scenery in the space sequence, and to feel various dramatic changes and not feel bored while wandering and living inside. The idea of a streamlined sinking ramp is not only a simple expression of respect for nature from a height. We hope that through this sinking way, people can walk along the wall of the building and around the courtyard of the building to reach the entrance of the building. this section of road provides enough time and space for emotional conversion of newcomers. And this has the same effect as walking in a mountain forest.<\/p>\n

The intention of “mountain” is also reflected in the application of irregular stone blocks. The solid stone blocks at the entrance and the feature wall of waterscape are organically arranged stone blocks, while the partition of the empty floor is a lighter and more clever ” virtual” stone block. the interspersed use of stone blocks runs through the whole building, making many changes to the original building space.<\/p>\n

\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u9700\u8981\u8003\u8651\u5982\u4f55\u5c06\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u8c03\u6027\u4fdd\u7559\u5347\u534e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5c06\u524d\u573a\u5b8c\u5168\u653e\u7a7a\uff0c\u5c06\u5efa\u7b51\u8f7b\u8f7b\u6258\u8d77\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u6700\u597d\u7684\u5c55\u793a\u3002\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u6c34\u666f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u5012\u5f71\uff0c\u6c34\u4e2d\u70b9\u7f00\u4e54\u6728\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u8f85\u666f\u3002\u4e0a\u4e0b\u7a7a\u95f4\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e32\u8054\u7684\u6574\u4f53\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u4e86\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u8da3\u5473\u6027\u548c\u827a\u672f\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

At the same time, the design needs to consider how to preserve and sublimate the tonality of the building. We believe that it is the best display to completely empty the front court and gently lift the building. A large area of waterscape is the reflection of the building, while trees adorn the water are the auxiliary scenery of the building. The upper and lower spaces form a whole in series, which enhances the interest and artistry of the space.<\/p>\n

Let the design start from the beginning, \u00a0take care of the steps ahead calmly, and blend in the natural blanking at the foot of the mountain. In order to realize this strategy, we use long shots to create a dynamic scene without interruption: a pure forest, completely covering the current sunken green space and reshaping the order of green space; A continuous clue of white stone material, such as unfolding long rolls of plain color, gently guiding the conversion of space, and lightly sweeping through inflexible underground passages; A path of ups and downs leads people from the city, hides on the lawn, enters the parking courtyard, passes through the channel with curved screens, and reaches the mirror surface where the line of sight gradually rises with tact and without obstruction.<\/p>\n
