Because it is not a pure new construction, but a stock renovation, and it is an asset-light management project of China Resources Vientiane Life. Both stock renovation and light assets are hot topics in the current commercial field, which also creates the unique attributes of the foundation of Mixc Project.<\/p>\n The project is located in the golden zone with the most concentrated supporting resources in the city. There are many government and public institutions, commercial buildings, shopping centers, recreational and cultural facilities and high-end residential areas in the surrounding area.
