Workshop, Design + Construction<\/a><\/strong>\uff1aCasa Lorena \u4f4d\u4e8e\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u6885\u91cc\u8fbe\u5386\u53f2\u60a0\u4e45\u7684\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u662f 20 \u4e16\u7eaa\u521d\u4e00\u680b\u623f\u5b50\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u8fd9\u680b\u623f\u5b50\u51e0\u7ecf\u62c6\u5206\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u7acb\u9762\u5bbd\u5ea6\u53ea\u6709 4.5 \u7c73\uff0c\u662f\u539f\u6765\u7684\u56db\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n

Workshop, Design + Construction<\/a><\/strong>\uff1aThe Casa Lorena is located in M\u00e9rida historic downtown in Mexico and is part of what was once a house from the beginning of the 20th century, the property has been divided several times until reaching its current dimensions with only 4.5 meters front, a quarter of its original size.<\/p>\n

\u623f\u5c4b\u4e0e\u8857\u9053\u548c\u4eba\u884c\u9053\u4e4b\u95f4\u6709\u4e00\u5c0f\u5757\u7a7a\u5730\uff0c\u7531\u6b64\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c0f\u7684\u901a\u9053\uff0c\u8fd9\u5728\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5e76\u4e0d\u5e38\u89c1\u3002<\/p>\n

The house has a small inset with respect to the street and the walkway, something not common to find in the center of the city, and which creates a small access area.<\/p>\n

\u7a7f\u8fc7\u8272\u8c03\u67d4\u548c\u7684\u5916\u5899\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8fdb\u5165\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c0f\u5ba2\u5385\uff0c\u5ba2\u5385\u7684\u5929\u82b1\u677f\u8d85\u8fc7 5 \u7c73\u9ad8\uff0c\u4ecd\u7136\u4fdd\u7559\u7740 henequ\u00e9n \u65f6\u671f\u4ece\u6cd5\u56fd\u8fd0\u6765\u7684 Decauville \u6a2a\u6881\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6a2a\u6881\u548c\u6728\u6881\u90fd\u662f\u5f53\u65f6\u5efa\u7b51\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n

Crossing the fa\u00e7ade in pastel tones, we access a small living room, with ceilings over 5 meters high and which still preserves its Decauville beams brought from France in the henequ\u00e9n (sisal) era, and which were part of the construction system of that period, together with the wooden beams.<\/p>\n

\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u62f1\u95e8\u9080\u8bf7\u4eba\u4eec\u7ee7\u7eed\u524d\u884c\u6765\u5230\u53a8\u623f\uff0c\u53a8\u623f\u4e2d\uff0c\u767d\u8272\u7684\u77f3\u82f1\u4e2d\u592e\u5c9b\u548c\u84dd\u8272\u7684\u9762\u7816\uff0c\u4e0e\u5ba2\u5385\u91cc\u6a2a\u6881\u7684\u989c\u8272\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\u3002<\/p>\n

A large arch invites you to continue the journey towards the kitchen, which has a white quartz central island and pasta tiles coverings in blue tones, integrating the colors of the beams in the living room.<\/p>\n

\u9732\u53f0\u901a\u8fc7\u56fa\u5b9a\u5728\u65e7\u6728\u6846\u4e0a\u7684\u94a2\u5316\u73bb\u7483\u95e8\u4e0e\u53a8\u623f\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\uff0c\u65e2\u80fd\u770b\u5230\u82b1\u56ed\u7684\u666f\u8272\uff0c\u53c8\u80fd\u8ba9\u81ea\u7136\u5149\u900f\u8fc7\u73bb\u7483\u95e8\u3002\u5c4b\u9876\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6728\u5236\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u91cd\u590d\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u539f\u5740\u4e0a\u7684\u9a6c\u8d5b\u7c98\u571f\u7816\u3002\u5899\u58c1\u4e0a\u539f\u6709\u7684\u9970\u9762\u5168\u90e8\u88ab\u62c6\u9664\uff0c\u53ea\u7559\u4e0b\u88f8\u9732\u7684\u77f3\u5757\uff0c\u4e0e\u610f\u5927\u5229\u9762\u7816\u5730\u677f\u7684\u84dd\u8272\u548c\u7c98\u571f\u7684\u7ea2\u8272\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u7f8e\u4e3d\u7684\u5bf9\u6bd4\u3002<\/p>\n

The terrace is integrated into the kitchen through tempered glass doors anchored to the old wooden frames, generating views of the gardens and allowing natural light to pass through them. The roof is a wooden structure that reuses the Marseille clay tiles that were on the property in that same place. On the walls, it was decided to remove all the finishing, leaving the stones exposed, creating a beautiful contrast with the blue color of the pasta tile floors and the red of the clay.<\/p>\n

The private area of the house has two bedrooms, one on the ground floor which is accessed through a wooden deck and has a small ventilation cube that communicates with the bathroom, creating a feeling of spaciousness.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u4e2a\u533a\u57df\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u73b0\u4ee3\u800c\u5145\u6ee1\u6d3b\u529b\uff0c\u7531\u4e00\u7ec4\u9ad8\u5ea6\u4e0d\u540c\u3001\u529f\u80fd\u5404\u5f02\u7684\u7acb\u65b9\u4f53\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u9970\u9762\u4e3a\u84dd\u8272\uff0c\u56db\u5468\u73af\u7ed5\u7740\u70ed\u5e26\u690d\u7269\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c0f\u6c34\u6c60\u4e0e\u767d\u8272\u6c34\u6ce5\u697c\u68af\u548c\u901a\u5f80\u7b2c\u4e8c\u95f4\u5367\u5ba4\u7684\u60ac\u6302\u5f0f\u82b1\u76c6\u6c47\u805a\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u95f4\u5367\u5ba4\u4e0e\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c42\u7684\u5367\u5ba4\u5177\u6709\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5e03\u5c40\u3002<\/p>\n

This area has a modern and dynamic volume that is presented with a set of cubes at different heights and with different functions, has chukum finishes with blue tints, and is surrounded by tropical vegetation where a small pool converges with the stairs of white cement and the hanging planters that lead to the second bedroom, which has the same spatiality as the one on the first level.<\/p>\n
