GM LANDSCAPE<\/strong><\/a>: The project is located in the Meilan International Airport Economic Radiation Zone on the east coast of Haikou City. It enjoys excellent transportation conditions, being in close proximity to the coast, just 1km away, and abundant in natural resources. Phase One of Coast Garden utilizes a modern and minimalist design language. Based on the characteristics of high-rise, mid-high-rise, and stacked villas, it delineates a variety of spatial experiences, including functional community areas, garden social spaces under the trees, and private garden alleyways. The integration of different clusters into a diverse and vibrant neighborhood creates a distinctive central landscape area, fostering a comfortable and natural living environment.<\/p>\n

\u5fae\u98ce\u5e26\u7740\u6d77\u7684\u6ce2\u5149\u4e0e\u5473\u9053\uff0c\u5c06\u6d77\u6e7e\u98ce\u60c5\u5e26\u81f3\u793e\u533a\u3002\u4eea\u5f0f\u6c34\u666f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6d77\u7684\u7f29\u5f71\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u5165\u53e3\u666f\u5899\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u5f52\u5bb6\u662d\u793a\u6027\u53ca\u81ea\u7136\u8212\u9002\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u611f\u53d7\u3002<\/p>\n

Based on the spatial layout of the mid-high-rise buildings, landscaped large courts are set up between the houses to create exclusive activity Spaces for the residents to meet the daily rest and neighborhood communication. The elegant art sculpture makes the atrium landscape style transition from the star harbor to the sun, and the mood of the residents also completes the transformation from lazy relaxation to natural vitality. The soft landscape of plants is used to shape the space level and feel the natural beauty of the sea breeze.<\/p>\n

The light oxygen gallery floating on the mirror-like water feature creates a holiday experience, extracts layers of ocean wave elements to create mirror-like overlapping water features, which are inset with landscape stings and shaped planting pools, enriching the interest and level of the entire space and building a romantic and comfortable island life.Natural primary color rattan seats are placed in the corridor frame, with light soft clothing, and a relatively independent viewing and negotiation area is constructed. The shadow of the tree dances on the porch, the afternoon sun, two or three friends escape the complexity of the city, heal the mood with nature, and look for the relaxation and freedom.<\/p>\n

The quiet and luxurious entrance space of the villa area creates a sense of ritual while creating a natural and relaxed holiday atmosphere. The delicate and low-key door head is hidden in the green plants to form a rich level of enclosed space, combined with the modern minimalist ritual water feature, reflecting the quiet and elegant sense of hidden luxury.<\/p>\n

The central pocket space continues the concept of seawater entering the bay. The wavy grass terrace and green plant space wrap the sunken bar, and combine the mirrored water feature of the same language to create an open and comfortable atmosphere and build a rest space under the forest.<\/p>\n

On the other side, the characteristic low wall is combined with the soft landscape decoration of coastal leisure style to create the scene of holiday theme.
