XJ Design<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aCiqikou Ancient Town, known as a hallmark of Chongqing, has acquired a unique charm through the presence of various traces of everyday life. The efficacy of restoration lies in harmoniously blending the old and the new, achieving a balance between people and the environment, and presenting a subtle and natural manifestation of the town’s distinctive allure.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u25bd\u78c1\u5668\u53e3\u4e3b\u8857\u4e0a\u4eba\u6d41\u7199\u6765\u6518\u5f80\uff0c\u5374\u5c11\u6709\u53ef\u4f9b\u6e38\u5ba2\u5c0f\u5750\u7684\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u8def\u8fb9\u65b0\u5e03\u7f6e\u7684\u6728\u5ea7\u6905\u3001\u65e7\u77f3\u7f38\u548c\u7eff\u690d\uff0c\u4eff\u4f5b\u539f\u5148\u5c31\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e\u6b64\u3002The main street of Ciqikou bustles with people, but there are few public spaces for tourists to rest. The newly arranged wooden benches, old stone basins, and green plants on the roadside seem to have existed there from the beginning.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u78c1\u5668\u53e3\u53e4\u9547\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u91cd\u5e86\u5e02\u6c99\u576a\u575d\u533a\u5609\u9675\u6c5f\u7554\uff0c\u4ee5\u5176\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u5730\u7406\u4f4d\u7f6e\u548c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u6587\u5316\u5e95\u8574\u800c\u95fb\u540d\u3002\u8fd9\u91cc\u7d20\u6709\u5df4\u6e1d\u7b2c\u4e00\u53e4\u9547\u4e4b\u79f0\uff0c\u662f\u53e4\u91cd\u5e86\u7684\u5317\u5927\u95e8\uff0c\u65e9\u5728\u660e\u671d\u5c31\u5f62\u6210\u6c34\u9646\u4ea4\u6c47\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u7801\u5934\uff0c\u662f\u8001\u91cd\u5e86\u7684\u7f29\u5f71\u3002\u78c1\u5668\u53e3\u53e4\u9547\u5728\u957f\u4e45\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u4e2d\u4ee5\u81ea\u7136\u548c\u65e0\u5e8f\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u751f\u957f\u5f62\u6210\uff0c\u5c55\u73b0\u7740\u539f\u4f4f\u6c11\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u75d5\u8ff9\u548c\u4eba\u95f4\u70df\u706b\uff0c\u6b63\u662f\u8fd9\u79cd\u7279\u8d28\u8d4b\u4e88\u4e86\u5b83\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u97f5\u5473\u3002<\/p>\n

Ciqikou Ancient Town is situated along the Jialing River in the Shapingba District of Chongqing, China. Renowned for its distinct geographical location and rich cultural heritage.Ciqikou Ancient Town, often referred to as the “First Ancient Town of Ba and Yu,” served as the northern gateway of ancient Chongqing and boasts a history dating back to the Ming Dynasty. With its intersecting waterways and thriving commercial port, it embodies the essence of old Chongqing. Evolving naturally and haphazardly over time, the town vividly portrays the local residents’ way of life and the vibrant atmosphere of human existence, which imbues it with a unique character. This project revolves around the core principles of preserving historical continuity and respecting the perspectives of the original inhabitants. It aims to introduce a series of subtle interventions to minimize adverse impacts on the ancient town and safeguard its exceptional charm for future generations.<\/p>\n

By removing unnecessary design elements, we aim to highlight the clarity of historical traces. Our restoration work encompasses various aspects, including architecture, landscapes, interiors, and logos, and adheres to an integrated approach. Through meticulous restoration and preservation efforts, we seek to organically combine historical elements with modern functionalities, striking a delicate balance between tradition and modernity.<\/p>\n
