\u91cd\u5e86\u4e07\u8c61\u57ce\u4e8c\u671f\uff0c\u4f4d\u4e8e\u91cd\u5e86\u5e02\u4e5d\u9f99\u5761\u533a\u6768\u5bb6\u576a\u5546\u5708\uff0c\u4ee52\u53f7\u7ebf\u548c\u8f68\u9053\u73af\u7ebf\u8c22\u5bb6\u6e7e\u7ad9\u4e3a\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u96c6\u8d2d\u7269\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u5f00\u653e\u8857\u533a\u3001\u9ad8\u7aef\u4f4f\u5b85\u3001\u5199\u5b57\u697c\u4e8e\u4e00\u4f53\u7684TOD\u57ce\u5e02\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\u3002\u4e8c\u671f\u5b9a\u4f4d\u201c\u5148\u950b\u6f6e\u6d41\u201d\uff0c\u8054\u5408\u4e07\u8c61\u57ce\u4e00\u671f\uff0c\u6574\u4f53\u5546\u4e1a\u4f53\u91cf\u8fbe\u523050\u4e07\u33a1\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u76ee\u524d\u56fd\u5185\u6700\u5927\u4f53\u91cf\u7684\u91cd\u5962\u5b9a\u4f4d\u4e07\u8c61\u57ce\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u539f\u5740\u4e3a\u91cd\u5e86\u4e5d\u9f99\u5761\u5efa\u8bbe\u5382\uff08\u524d\u8eab\u4e3a\u6c49\u9633\u5175\u5de5\u5382\uff09\u3002\u89c4\u5212\u5145\u5206\u5c0a\u91cd\u5730\u7406\u7279\u5f81\uff0c\u5c06\u573a\u5730\u5185\u7684\u767e\u5e74\u53e4\u6811\u548c\u9632\u7a7a\u6d1e\u6574\u4f53\u8003\u8651\uff0c\u5728\u4fdd\u62a4\u91cd\u5e86\u5386\u53f2\u9057\u8ff9\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u7528\u73b0\u4ee3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u624b\u6cd5\u91cd\u6784\u5546\u4e1a\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u4f7f\u4e4b\u4e0e\u5386\u53f2\u6587\u8109\u3001\u81ea\u7136\u666f\u89c2\u5b8c\u7f8e\u878d\u5408\u3002<\/p>\n

Located in the Yangjiaping commercial area of Jiulongpo District, Chongqing, MIXC Phase 2 revolves around the Xiejiawan Station, which serves as the core of Line 2 and the orbital line. It aims to create a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) urban complex integrating shopping centers, open streets, high-end residences, and office buildings. Positioned as a “pioneer in fashion and trends,” Phase 2 collaborates with MIXC Phase 1, resulting in a total commercial area of 500,000 square meters, making it the largest luxury-oriented MIXC in China to date.<\/p>\n

The project’s site was originally the Chongqing Jiulongpo Construction Plant (formerly known as the Hanyang Arsenal). The planning process highly respects the geographical features, taking into account the century-old ancient trees and air-raid shelters on the site. While preserving Chongqing’s historical relics, modern design techniques are employed to reconstruct the commercial environment, achieving a seamless integration with the historical context and natural landscapes.<\/p>\n

\u5efa\u7b51\u907f\u8ba9\u5730\u4e0b\u9057\u8ff9\u4ee5\u53ca\u53e4\u6811\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u56f4\u5408\u5f0f\u4e2d\u5ead\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u5efa\u7b51\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4ee5\u53ca\u573a\u5730\u9ad8\u5dee\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6574\u5408\u5ba4\u5916\u7a7a\u95f4\u5f62\u6210\u8d2f\u901a\u4e1c\u897f\u5165\u53e3\u7684\u5546\u8857\u4ee5\u53ca\u5f00\u655e\u5411\u9633\u7684\u5357\u5317\u53f0\u5730\u5e7f\u573a\u5e8f\u5217\uff0c\u5546\u8857\u4e24\u7aef\u59cb\u4e8e\u8f6c\u89d2\u5165\u53e3\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u5c06\u4eba\u6d41\u5f15\u5165\u4e2d\u5ead\u5165\u53e3\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u987a\u52bf\u800c\u4e0a\u62b5\u8fbe\u4e2d\u592e\u53e4\u6811\u5e7f\u573a\u3002\u4e24\u6761\u6d41\u7ebf\u4ea4\u9519\u7eb5\u6a2a\uff0c\u5e26\u6765\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u7acb\u4f53\u7684\u5c71\u57ce\u90fd\u5e02\u5546\u4e1a\u666f\u89c2\u3002<\/p>\n

The architecture avoids disturbing the underground heritage and ancient trees, creating an enclosed courtyard space. Leveraging the building design and the site’s topographical variations, the landscape design integrates outdoor spaces to form a connected east-west commercial street with open and sunny north-south terraced squares. The commercial street begins at the corner entrance plaza, guiding pedestrian traffic into the central courtyard entrance plaza, and naturally ascending to the central ancient tree square. These two flow lines intersect and intertwine, offering diverse spatial functions and experiences, resulting in a three-dimensional mountainous urban commercial landscape.<\/p>\n

\u4ece\u843d\u5ba2\u533a\u5230\u8fbe\uff0c\u6d41\u7ebf\u578b\u7eff\u5c9b\u5c06\u4eba\u4eec\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u4f4d\u7f6e\u548c\u9ad8\u5ea6\u6216\u5e73\u63a5\u6216\u53f0\u9636\u5f0f\u5f15\u5165\u4e2d\u5ead\u5165\u53e3\u5e7f\u573a\u3002\u8dc3\u52a8\u7684\u65f1\u55b7\u6c34\u666f\u914d\u4ee5\u5357\u5317\u4e24\u4fa7\u7684\u53f0\u9636\u53f0\u5730\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u8f7b\u677e\u5230\u8fbe\u7684\u7897\u5f62\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e3a\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u793e\u4ea4\u6d3b\u52a8\u5267\u573a\u3002<\/p>\n

Arriving from the drop-off area, streamlined green islands seamlessly guides people to the central\u00a0 entrance plaza at different locations and heights, either through a level pathway or stepped access. The dynamic dry fountain is complemented by terraced platforms on the north and south sides, creating a relaxed and easily accessible amphitheater-like bowl-shaped square, perfect for potential social gatherings and events.<\/p>\n

\u5de8\u578b\u7684IP\u96d5\u5851\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u51fa\u6f6e\u6d41\u800c\u5bcc\u6709\u827a\u672f\u611f\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u5730\u6807\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u91cd\u5e86\u4e07\u8c61\u57ce\u4e0e\u6cd5\u56fd\u827a\u672f\u5bb6Leo&Steph\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5c06\u6807\u5fd7\u6027IP\u4f5c\u54c1KID\u00a0CUP\u9996\u6b21\u5e26\u5165\u56fd\u5185\u3002<\/p>\n

The gigantic IP sculpture creates a trendy and artistic urban landmark. This collaboration between MIXC in Chongqing and the French artists Leo & Steph introduces the iconic IP artwork “KID CUP” into China for the first time.<\/p>\n

\u4e2d\u5ead\u53f0\u9636\u5e7f\u57df\u8fde\u63a5\u4e0a\u4e0b\u4e24\u4e2a\u529f\u80fd\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u5f62\u5f0f\u4e0a\u4f5c\u4e3a\u53e4\u6811\u5e7f\u573a\u7684\u5411\u4e0b\u503e\u6cc4\u548c\u8513\u5ef6\u5c55\u793a\uff0c\u5728\u63d0\u4f9b\u5feb\u901f\u901a\u884c\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u4f9d\u5c71\u508d\u6c34\u800c\u884c\u7684\u63a2\u7d22\u505c\u7559\u8fb9\u754c\uff0c\u968f\u7740\u5730\u4e0b\u9632\u7a7a\u6d1e\u535a\u7269\u9986\u672a\u6765\u5f00\u4e1a\uff0c\u897f\u4fa7\u7684\u9ad8\u5899\u53f0\u9636\u5728\u7a7a\u95f4\u4ee5\u53ca\u611f\u77e5\u4e0a\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u5728\u5730\u6587\u5316\u573a\u6240\u548c\u5546\u4e1a\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u76f4\u63a5\u8054\u7cfb\u548c\u6587\u5316\u6697\u793a\u3002<\/p>\n

The central courtyard’s broad steps connect the upper and lower plazas, visually serving as an overflow and extension display of the ancient tree square. While providing quick passage, they also create boundaries for exploration and leisure, following the mountainside and waterside. With the future opening of the underground air-raid shelter museum, the elevated wall steps on the western side establish a direct connection and cultural implication between the on-site cultural space and the commercial area in terms of both spatial layout and perception.<\/p>\n

\u6811\u9f84\u76f8\u4eff\u7684\u4e24\u68f5\u767e\u5e74\u9ec4\u845b\u5f97\u4ee5\u5728\u5730\u4fdd\u7559\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u901a\u8fc7\u538b\u7f29\u73af\u5f62\u5e7f\u573a\u4e00\u4fa7\u6210\u6d6e\u6865\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u65b9\u5f0f\u8ba9\u4e2d\u592e\u7684\u5fc3\u578b\u5927\u6811\u7ad9\u7acb\u4e8e\u7acb\u4f53\u8349\u576a\u4e4b\u4e0a\uff0c\u6d6e\u6865\u63a0\u8fc7\u53e6\u4e00\u68f5\u9ec4\u845b\u5e76\u521b\u9020\u8fde\u63a5\u5546\u573a\u4e3b\u8981\u5165\u53e3\u4ee5\u53ca\u4eba\u6d41\u5230\u8fbe\u6276\u68af\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u4f53\u9a8c\u548c\u6377\u5f84\uff0c\u73af\u578b\u5e7f\u573a\u5982\u540c\u6212\u6307\u4e00\u6837\u89c1\u8bc1\u4e24\u68f5\u6811\u7684\u8fc7\u53bb\u73b0\u5728\u548c\u672a\u6765\u3002<\/p>\n

Two century-old Chinese scholar trees of similar age are preserved on-site. The design incorporates a floating bridge concept by compressing one side of the circular plaza, allowing the heart-shaped large tree to stand on a three-dimensional lawn at the center. The floating bridge gracefully passes over the other\u00a0 tree, creating a unique experience and shortcut for visitors, connecting the main entrance of the shopping center with the escalators. The circular plaza, like a ring, witnesses the past, present, and future of these two remarkable trees.<\/p>\n

\u73af\u578b\u5e7f\u573a\u5185\u4fa7\u7684\u6c34\u666f\u73af\u7ed9\u4e2d\u592e\u5927\u8349\u576a\u7684\u8fdb\u5165\u5e26\u6765\u4eea\u5f0f\u611f\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u51e0\u4f55\u5c3a\u5ea6\u548c\u6c34\u6548\u4e5f\u4ece\u89c2\u8d4f\u6f14\u53d8\u6210\u4e3a\u53c2\u4e0e\u548c\u4e92\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n

The water feature surrounding the inner side of the circular plaza not only adds a sense of ceremony to accessing the central large lawn but also transforms the geometric scale and water effects from mere observation into active participation and interaction.<\/p>\n
