\u7070\u7a7a\u95f4\u5efa\u7b51\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5c71\u4e1c\u8499\u5c71\u65c5\u6e38\u533a\u767e\u82b1\u5cea\u5185\u6cbf\u8857\u7684\u4e00\u5904\u6c11\u5c45\u4f4f\u5b85\u3002\u539f\u6709\u573a\u5730\u7531\u4e24\u6237\u5355\u8fdb\u4f20\u7edf\u6c11\u5c45\u9662\u843d\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u6237\u4fbf\u662f\u5f53\u5730\u8001\u6751\u957f\u7684\u5bb6\u3002\u4e1a\u4e3b\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u539f\u6709\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u5efa\u7b51\u8fb9\u754c\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u65b0\u5efa\u4e00\u4e2a\u6c11\u5bbf\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e3a\u8001\u6751\u957f\u4fdd\u7559\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

Grey space Architects <\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe project is located in a residential house along the street in Baihuayu, a tourist area in Mengshan, Shandong Province. The original site consists of two single-entry traditional residential compounds, one of which is the home of the local village head. The owner wanted to build a new guest house within the boundaries of the original residential building, while preserving a separate living space for the village head.<\/p>\n

\u539f\u59cb\u573a\u5730\u5185\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u88ab\u7855\u5927\u7684\u677f\u6817\u6811\u7fa4\u5305\u88f9\u7740\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u57fa\u5730\u5185\u6781\u5177\u7279\u8272\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u666f\u89c2\u3002\u524d\u9662\u5219\u662f\u8001\u6751\u957f\u642d\u5efa\u7684\u6728\u8d28\u6811\u5c4b\uff0c\u7b80\u6613\u5374\u9887\u6709\u8da3\u5473\uff0c\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u827a\u672f\u5b66\u751f\u5e38\u5e38\u4f1a\u5728\u6b64\u8fdb\u884c\u5199\u751f\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u6574\u4e2a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e5f\u6b63\u662f\u57fa\u4e8e\u5bf9\u73b0\u72b6\u6817\u6811\u6797\u666f\u8c61\u7684\u4fdd\u7559\uff0c\u81ea\u53d1\u800c\u8d28\u6734\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u573a\u666f\u7684\u518d\u73b0\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6c11\u5c45\u7a7a\u95f4\u7c7b\u578b\u5b66\u5f62\u5236\u6f14\u5316\u4e09\u4e2a\u7ef4\u5ea6\u7684\u601d\u8003\u3002<\/p>\n

The original site are wrapped by a cluster of large chestnut trees, which has brought a very characteristic natural landscape to the base. In the front yard, there is a wooden tree house built by the village head, which is simple but interesting, many art students often meet here and conduct life-sketching activities. The whole design is therefore considered from three perspectives: preservation of the current chestnut grove, reproduction of the spontaneous and simple living scene, and evolution of the spatial typology of the residential space.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u524d\u9662\u7684\u4e09\u89d2\u5730\u5e26\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u666f\u89c2\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u7684\u677f\u6817\u6811\u90fd\u88ab\u5b8c\u597d\u5730\u4fdd\u5b58\u4e86\u4e0b\u6765\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u8001\u6751\u957f\u7684\u6811\u5c4b\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4fee\u7f2e\u4e0e\u66f4\u65b0\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u573a\u5730\u539f\u59cb\u8bb0\u5fc6\u7684\u7559\u5b58\u3002<\/p>\n

The design preserves the triangular area of the front yard as the entrance landscape area of the project. Meanwhile, all the chestnut trees are well-preserved. We repaired and renewed the village head’s tree house as a retention of the site memory.<\/p>\n

The irregular triangular courtyard has been raised so that the roof terrace at the top of the entrance building is more closely related to the trees. At the same time, three separate terrace areas are created within the site, adding to the richness of the landscape and outdoor scenes.<\/p>\n

\u5165\u53e3\u7684\u957f\u6761\u5f62\u4f53\u91cf\u5ef6\u7eed\u4e86\u539f\u59cb\u573a\u5730\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u8fb9\u754c\uff0c\u9694\u79bb\u5f00\u4e86\u524d\u9662\u4e0e\u540e\u90e8\u7684\u5ba2\u623f\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u5b83\u627f\u8f7d\u4e86\u6574\u4e2a\u6c11\u5bbf\u7684\u63a5\u5f85\u3001\u4f11\u61a9\u4e0e\u65e9\u9910\u5385\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u72ec\u7acb\u8fd0\u8425\u7684\u4e66\u5c4b\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u5b83\u4ee5\u4e00\u4e2a\u66f4\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u59ff\u6001\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u4f9d\u7136\u4e3a\u827a\u672f\u5199\u751f\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u548c\u8def\u8fc7\u7684\u6e38\u5ba2\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u4e2a\u9a7b\u7559\u7684\u573a\u6240\u3002<\/p>\n

The elongated volume at the entry extends the architectural boundaries of the original site, separating the front yard from the guest spaces at the back. It carries the functions of reception, lounge and breakfast area for the entire guest house, and also serves as an independently operated bookstore. We hope that it exists in a more open manner, and still provides a place for art students and passing tourists to stay.<\/p>\n

\u4e66\u5c4b\u7684\u7acb\u9762\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u5728\u5730\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u5e9f\u5f03\u6750\u6599-\u523a\u69d0\u679d\u5e72\u30024\u5e74\u524d\u6211\u4eec\u5076\u9047\u4e86\u5f53\u5730\u6751\u6c11\u5728\u8def\u8fb9\u5806\u653e\u4fee\u526a\u4e0b\u6765\u7684\u523a\u69d0\u6811\u591a\u4f59\u6811\u6748\uff0c\u8fd9\u53ef\u4ee5\u7b97\u662f\u5728\u6700\u521d\u8c03\u7814\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u610f\u5916\u53d1\u73b0\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e0c\u671b\u4e66\u5c4b\u7684\u7acb\u9762\u53ef\u4ee5\u968f\u65f6\u95f4\u548c\u5149\u7ebf\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u800c\u4ea7\u751f\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5728\u573a\u5730\u4e2d\u4fdd\u6301\u7740\u4f4e\u8c03\u7684\u59ff\u6001\uff0c\u4e0e\u5468\u8fb9\u7684\u6811\u6728\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u878d\u5408\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u3002<\/p>\n

The facade of the bookstore is made of locally sourced natural waste material, Robinia pseudoacacia branches. The idea came from an unexpected discovery during our first research four years ago, we accidentally came across local villagers and discovered these pruned robinia pseudoacacia branches which were piling up by the roadside. The design hopes that the facade of the bookstore will change with time and light, while maintaining a low profile within the site and integrating better with the surrounding trees.<\/p>\n

\u5185\u90e8\u9662\u843d\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u4f20\u7edf\u6c11\u5c45\u7684\u56f4\u5408\u5f62\u5236\u3002\u540e\u90e8\u5ba2\u623f\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e3a\u4e24\u5c42\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u4f53\u91cf\uff0c\u5e95\u5c42\u548c\u4e66\u5c4b\u73af\u7ed5\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e26\u6d45\u6c34\u6c60\u7684\u4e0b\u6c89\u5f0f\u5185\u9662\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4e00\u5c42\u5ba2\u623f\u9760\u8fd1\u6c34\u6c60\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u901a\u8fc7\u89d2\u7a97\u4e0e\u4e0b\u6c89\u5ead\u9662\u5f62\u6210\u4e92\u52a8\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n

The inner courtyard retains the enclosed form of traditional residential house. The guest room space at the back is a two-story volume, with the ground floor and the bookstore encircling a sunken inner courtyard with a shallow pool. At the same time, parts of the first-floor guest rooms that near the pool are able to interacts with the sunken courtyard through corner windows.<\/p>\n

From the perspective of the art sketching cultural and future operation strategy of the project site, we placed eleven art themes as the starting point for creating special atmosphere of the indoor space. The choice of colors and art installations creates a certain interest and theme between the indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as the architectural form.<\/p>\n
