\u6c39\u8fb9\u5efa\u7b51<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u201c\u693f\u201d\u9690\u85cf\u4e8e\u5e7f\u5dde\u4e00\u6761\u540d\u4e3a\u6c38\u80dc\u4e0a\u6c99\u7684\u9053\u8def\u4e0a\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u95f4\u4ee5\u7ecf\u8425\u5496\u5561\u3001\u8461\u8404\u9152\u5427\u3001\u79c1\u53a8\u9910\u5385\u4e3a\u4e3b\u7684\u590d\u5408\u578b\u5e97\u94fa\u3002\u5176\u6240\u5728\u7269\u4e1a\u4e3a\u4e0a\u4e16\u7eaa80\u5e74\u4ee3\u5efa\u6210\u7684\u793a\u8303\u6027\u4f4f\u5b85\u5c0f\u533a\u4e1c\u6e56\u65b0\u6751\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e95\u5c42\u5355\u5143\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8303\u56f4\u5305\u542b40m\u00b2\u7684\u5ba4\u5916\u5ead\u56ed\u4ee5\u53ca80m\u00b2\u7684\u5ba4\u5185\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Atelier Waterside<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aHidden on a road Yongsheng Shangsha in Guangzhou, “Ch\u016bn” is a\u00a0coffee shop\u00a0in the daytime and a bar in the evening. A part of it is also occupied as a closed-door restaurant. The property is a ground-floor unit of a housing estate built in the early 1980s: Donghu New Village. The design scope includes 40 square meters of outdoor garden and 80 square meters of indoor space.<\/p>\n

\u4e00\u4e2a\u8f7b\u76c8\u7684\u9ed1\u8272\u2ed4\u5eca\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e8e\u4e34\u8857\u4e00\u4fa7\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5e97\u94fa\u5f62\u5f0f\u4e0a\u7684\u2ed4\u6237\u3002\u2ed4\u5eca\u7684\u9876\u9762\u5411\u5916\u5ef6\u4f38\uff0c\u5e76\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5411\u4e0b\u7ffb\u6298\uff0c\u88c1\u5207\u8857\u9053\u4e0e\u5ead\u56ed\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u89c6\u7ebf\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u9694\u800c\u4e0d\u65ad\u7684\u666f\u81f4\uff0c\u5e26\u51fa\u66f2\u6298\u7684\u8def\u5f84\u3002\u5165\u53e3\u5904\u6311\u9009\u4e86y\u53c8\u540d\u4e3a\u693f\u7684\u5c71\u8336\u82b1\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8fce\u5ba2\u5c0f\u666f\uff0c\u800c\u5ead\u56ed\u4e2d\u90e8\u5219\u914d\u7f6e\u4e86\u4ee5\u59ff\u6001\u4f18\u7f8e\u7684\u5c0f\u53f6\u7d2b\u8587\u4e3a\u4e3b\u7684\u82b1\u6728\u4e1b\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5f15\u4eba\u5165\u80dc\u7684\u4e3b\u666f\u3002<\/p>\n

A black porch area is set on the side facing a city street as the formal entrance of the cafe. A piece of thin steel extends outwards, defined the top surface of the porch, and is further folded downwards, forming a floating screen, thus cutting the sightline between the street and the garden, ordering a winding entry path. At the entrance, a clump of camellia whose name is associated with the cafe is selected as a small welcome scene, while in the middle of the court garden, a cluster of flowers and trees dominated by graceful crape myrtle is arranged as an attractive central spot.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u4e3a\u63d0\u9ad8\u7a7a\u95f4\u5229\u7528\u7387\u800c\u53d1\u5c55\u51fa\u7684\u590d\u5408\u7ecf\u8425\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u5bf9\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u5f39\u6027\u4f7f\u7528\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4e5f\u6210\u4e3a\u672c\u6848\u8bbe\u8ba1\u601d\u8003\u7684\u8d77\u59cb\u70b9\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u539f\u672c\u82b1\u56ed\u4e0e\u5ba4\u5185\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\u4e0a\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e86\u53cc\u5411\u7684\u5c9b\u5f0f\u5427\u53f0\uff0c\u4e00\u7aef\u4e3a\u5496\u5561\u7684\u5236\u4f5c\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u7aef\u4e3a\u9152\u3002\u800c\u4e00\u6247\u53ef\u79fb\u52a8\u7684\u5899\u4f53\u6210\u4e3a\u8f6c\u5316\u5496\u5561\u9986\u4e0e\u9152\u5427\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5f00\u5173\u3002\u65e2\u4e3a\u5e97\u5bb6\u201c\u65e5\u5496\u591c\u9152\u201d\u7684\u7ecf\u8425\u63d0\u4f9b\u4fbf\u5229\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u540c\u6b65\u5207\u6362\u5ba4\u5185\u5916\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The composite business model developed under the urban high-density pressure of Guangzhou leads to the requirement for the flexible use of space, which becomes a starting point of design thinking in our design. We set up a two-oriented bar island on the former boundary between the outdoor garden and the interior, with a coffee-making area at one end and wine at the other end. A movable Aluminum plate surface wall becomes a spatial switch for converting the cafe and the bar. It not only provides convenience for the store’s “day coffee and night wine” operation but also can simultaneously switch the atmosphere of indoor and outdoor spaces when the business scope changes.<\/p>\n

\u900f\u660e\u73bb\u7483\u5efa\u9020\u7684\u6052\u6e29\u9152\u7a96\u88ab\u653e\u7f6e\u5728\u5ba4\u5185\u7684\u4e2d\u95f4\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u9152\u5427\u533a\u7684\u7126\u70b9\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u9650\u5b9a\u51fa\u76f8\u5bf9\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u5ea7\u533a\u3002\u7aef\u5934\u8bbe\u6709\u534a\u900f\u660e\u6298\u53e0\u7a97\u6247\u56f4\u5408\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u623f\u95f4\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u79c1\u53a8\u7684\u5305\u623f\u3002\u5728\u9700\u8981\u65f6\u5c06\u5176\u7a97\u6247\u6536\u62e2\u65f6\u5c31\u6210\u4e3a\u9152\u5427\u7684\u5ef6\u4f38\u3002<\/p>\n

The temperature-controlled wine cellar made of transparent glass is placed in the middle of the interior, serving as the focus of the bar area and defining separate seating areas. At the end of the interior, there is an independent room enclosed by translucent folding windows, which is the private room of a closed-door restaurant. When there is a need, retracting these sashes is able to change this room into an extension area of the bar.<\/p>\n

The pebble-wash floors starting from the porch, are strewn and floating among the flowers and trees of the court garden, then along the steps, reach the edge of the indoor bar. Meanwhile, a plywood ceiling surface extends from the interior to the outside eave. This interlacing action of construction materials in space aims to blur the boundary between the interior and the garden. The interior green gradient terrazzo floor is separated from the exposed old red brick wall, forming a contrast between the new and the old.<\/p>\n
