Yijing Landscaping<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe ancient city of Fuzhou has a long cultural lineage, rivers flowing into the sea, and interdependent development of mountains and water. The city’s cultural relics and buildings are the roots and soul of Banyan City. Over the years, Fuzhou has continued to improve the protection system of the famous city and explored a cultural heritage “to find out, to preserve and to use up” a characteristic way, and in this case, the site of Republic of Tea Harbor No.1 is the former Fuzhou No.1 Tea Factory “Chunji Tea Company”. \u5171\u548c\u8336\u6e2f\u4e00\u53f7\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4ed3\u5c71\u6865\u5357\u73af\u5c9b\uff0c\u70df\u53f0\u5c71\u4e0b\u3001\u6cdb\u8239\u6d66\u6559\u5802\u65c1\uff0c\u5468\u8fb9\u7d27\u90bb\u5357\u6c5f\u6ee8\u3001\u95fd\u6c5f\u5927\u6865\u3001\u5730\u94c11\u53f7\u7ebf\u4e0a\u85e4\u7ad9\uff0c\u4ea4\u901a\u4fbf\u5229\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u798f\u5dde\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u6c11\u56fd\u5efa\u7b51\u9057\u8ff9\uff0c\u5171\u548c\u8336\u6e2f\u4e00\u53f7\u627f\u8f7d\u7740\u60a0\u4e45\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u6587\u8109\uff0c\u81f3\u4eca\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u539f\u798f\u5dde\u7b2c\u4e00\u8336\u5382\u201c\u6625\u8bb0\u8336\u884c\u201d\u7684\u8877\u60a6\u697c\u3001\u540c\u6cf0\u697c\u3001\u5171\u88d5\u697c\u7b497\u680b\u5efa\u7b51\u3002\u5b83\u66fe\u662f\u6c11\u56fd\u65f6\u671f\u798f\u5dde\u6d77\u4e0a\u4e1d\u7ef8\u4e4b\u8def\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6e90\u5934\u6e2f\u53e3\u548c\u95fd\u8336\u5916\u8d38\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u96c6\u6563\u5730\uff0c\u4e5f\u66fe\u5c45\u4f4f\u8fc7\u5b59\u4e2d\u5c71\u7b49\u540c\u76df\u4f1a\u521b\u59cb\u9769\u547d\u5bb6\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u8db3\u8ff9\u89c1\u8bc1\u4e86\u798f\u5dde\u7684\u9769\u547d\u5386\u53f2\u3002<\/p>\n

\u672c\u6b21\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4ee5\u5f53\u4ee3\u7684\u8868\u8fbe\u65b9\u5f0f\u5411\u4f20\u7edf\u81f4\u656c\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u878d\u65e7\u4fee\u65b0\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u96c6\u57ce\u5e02\u6587\u5316\u535a\u7269\u9986\u3001\u57ce\u5e02\u8bb0\u5fc6\u6587\u5316\u516c\u56ed\u3001\u4e0b\u6c89\u5e7f\u573a\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\u7684\u6c11\u56fd\u6587\u521b\u591a\u91cd\u529f\u80fd\u590d\u5408\u578b\u5546\u4e1a\u5efa\u7b51\u96c6\u7fa4\u3002<\/p>\n

One Republican Tea Harbor is located at the southern traffic circle of the Kurama Bridge, under Yantai Mountain and next to the Panfunpo Church. The surrounding area is close to Nanjiangbin, Minjiang Bridge and Shangteng Station of Metro Line 1, with convenient transportation. As the only Republican architectural relic in Fuzhou, the Republican Tea Harbor No. 1 carries a long historical lineage, and has preserved seven buildings, such as ZiYue Building, TongTai Building and GongYu Building of the former Fuzhou No. 1 Tea Factory “ChunJi Tea Company”. It used to be an important source port of the Maritime Silk Road in Fuzhou during the Republic of China and a trading and distribution center for the foreign trade of Min tea, and it also housed Sun Yat-sen and other founding revolutionaries of the League of Leaguers. Their footprints bear witness to the revolutionary history of Fuzhou.<\/p>\n

The landscape design pays homage to the tradition with contemporary expression, and creates a multi-functional composite commercial building cluster of Republic of China culture and creativity integrating urban culture museum, urban memory culture park and sunken plaza by melting the old and repairing the new.<\/p>\n

\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u4e2a\u80fd\u5728\u5386\u53f2\u957f\u6cb3\u4e2d\u4fdd\u7559\u4e0b\u6765\u7684\u4f5c\u54c1\u5fc5\u7136\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u7ecf\u5386\u4e86\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u6253\u78e8\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u6253\u78e8\u628a\u5efa\u7b51\u3001\u73af\u5883\u548c\u4eba\u6587\u878d\u5408\u4e86\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u4e09\u8005\u9010\u6e10\u878d\u5408\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u4f7f\u5efa\u7b51\u548c\u573a\u5730\u5145\u6ee1\u6545\u4e8b\u6027\u3001\u5145\u6ee1\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e0e\u548c\u8c10\u3002\u521d\u6b21\u8d70\u8bbf\u573a\u5730\uff0c\u5171\u548c\u8336\u6e2f\u4e00\u53f7\u73b0\u7559\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u5c31\u7ed9\u4e88\u4e86\u6781\u5927\u9707\u64bc\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u5185\u6c11\u56fd\u5efa\u7b51\u7fa4\u843d\u5df2\u7136\u7834\u8d25\uff0c\u5899\u9762\u6591\u9a73\uff0c\u533a\u57df\u5185\u6742\u8349\u4e1b\u751f\uff0c\u8857\u9053\u7a7a\u95f4\u6392\u6c34\u4e0d\u7545\uff0c\u8bbe\u5907\u9010\u6e10\u8001\u5316\uff0c\u5728\u5468\u906d\u57ce\u5e02\u5316\u8fdb\u7a0b\u7684\u6620\u886c\u4e0b\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u8fd9\u4e2a\u573a\u6240\u5982\u540c\u798f\u5dde\u57ce\u4e00\u5757\u7a81\u5140\u7684\u5370\u8bb0\uff0c\u6025\u9700\u8fdb\u884c\u4e00\u573a\u7115\u53d1\u65b0\u751f\u7684\u6539\u9020\u3002<\/p>\n

Any work that can be preserved in the long river of history will inevitably need to undergo the polishing of time, and this polishing integrates the architecture, environment and humanities, and the process of gradual integration of the three makes the building and the site full of storytelling, full of temperature and harmony. On the first visit to the site, the existing buildings of the Republic of China Chagang No. 1 gave a great shock. The site has a cluster of dilapidated Republic of China buildings, with mottled walls, overgrown weeds in the area, poor drainage in the street space, and gradually aging equipment, which, in the context of the surrounding urbanization process, makes the site as a piece of Fuzhou City a sudden mark in urgent need of a revitalizing renovation.<\/p>\n

” Republic” originated from the year when Mr. Sun Yat-sen disembarked from the customs pier at Pan Shuang Pu, along the road in front of the Chun Kee Tea House, towards the “Guangdong Association Hall” short path branded with the memory of the times, named “Republic” road. The name “Republican Road” was given to it. With the design concept of “Republic – Symbiosis”, this project aims to create a cultural park that carries history – based on the historical neighborhood of “Xinping Chunji Tea House” as a point of delivery and protection. The design concept of “Republic – Symbiosis” is to create a cultural garden that carries history – based on the historical neighborhood of “Xinping Chunji Tea House”, a cultural garden, a living garden based on the historical legacy of the site, and an innovative garden that is a collision and fusion of historical buildings and traditional culture. The overall design aims to enhance the visitors’ experience and activate the overall landscape of the park by enhancing the cultural connotation of the site and reconstructing the value of the site.<\/p>\n

After visiting the site for many times, we have systematically sorted out and analyzed the current space, and through the analysis and research, we have refined the optimal design guidelines, which in general retain the most original topography of the Republic of Tea Harbor No. 1, respect the historical texture of the site, adopt the most simple and orderly lines to portray the site, and further optimize and improve the paving, fences, pipelines, and facilities, etc. of the site. The iconic round-arched entrance gates are designed on both the north and west sides of the park to open up the park space and make it appear open; the urban open green space full of life atmosphere is designed in the center area, which combines with the commercial themed atmosphere of the site to appropriately satisfy the basic needs of the visitors to meet and make friends.<\/p>\n

Republic of Tea Port No. 1 entrance sign arch after many discussions, and finally selected the old Russian brick factory, which has a symbolic significance of the era of the mark of the “round arches” of this architectural form, the material used in the selection of vintage bricks, the use of traditional bricks in the form of arched coupons to generate a new wall texture, so as to create both the era of the mark of modernity and full of sense of the – arch form of the entrance to the scene as a visitor to enter the park boundaries of the first landmark building.<\/p>\n

Into the arch relief cultural landscape wall is the park’s second sign of attractions, based on the site to carry the revolutionary allegory, we designed a narrative picture of the relief landscape wall, the material selection of cast bronze, to create lifelike storytelling sculpture scenes, highlighting the Republic of Tea Harbor, a strong historical and cultural heritage, to show the heroic culture of the city of Fuzhou, military culture and patriotic love for the family’s humanistic spirit.<\/p>\n

The core design of the whole park is the sunshine lawn in the central area, which follows the pattern of the site and adopts minimalist lines to draw, not only to meet the 70% target of urban public green space, but also to give open multifunctional activity space, in addition, the design incorporates recreational platforms of varying lengths and varying heights, which demonstrates the openness of the space, and meets the needs of people who pursue nature, aspire to nature, and get close to nature in the urbanization of their lives.<\/p>\n
