Delving into the local cultural context, community experience and dwelling spaces of Huizhou, Informal Design activated a community space in this second-tire city by breaking away from conventional commercial design. Combined with an innovative property sales center, NOWSEE is conceived as a platform for experiencing future community life.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 160px;\"><span style=\"padding-left: 160px;\">With the intention to redefine the commercial value of community space, Informal Design delivered integrated solutions for site selection, branding, architectural 160px;\">\u5c98\u5728NOWSEE\uff0c\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u793e\u533a\u5546\u4e1a\u7a7a\u95f4\u7531\u6b64\u5b55\u80b2\u800c\u51fa\uff0c\u4f4d\u4e8e\u60e0\u5dde\u534e\u6da6\u00b7\u66e6\u6c5f\u6da6\u5e9c\u9500\u552e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e00\u4fa7\u3002\u9879\u76ee\u5efa\u6210\u540e\uff0c\u5b83\u65e2\u517c\u987e\u90e8\u5206\u8425\u9500\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u804c\u8d23\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c06\u957f\u671f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u793e\u533a\u5546\u4e1a\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7ec4\u6210\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 160px;\">This gave birth to NOWSEE, a brand new community-based commercial space. Located beside the sales center of Park View Mansion &#8211; a residential community developed by CR Land in Huizhou City, NOWSEE assumes some functions of the property sales center, and is an important commercial destination in the community in long term.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 160px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">\u25bd\u96f6\u552e\u7a7a\u95f4 Retail 160px;\">\u5c98\u5728\u88ab\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e3a\u91c7\u96c6\u591a\u5143\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u793e\u4ea4\u578b\u96f6\u552e\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5728\u90fd\u5e02\u7684\u94a2\u7b4b\u68ee\u6797\u91cc\uff0c\u6253\u7834\u4e60\u4ee5\u4e3a\u5e38\u7684\u300c\u751f\u6d3b\u5708\u300d\uff0c\u8d70\u8fdb\u5c98\u5728\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u5728\u65e5\u590d\u4e00\u65e5\u7684\u5fd9\u788c\u91cc\uff0c\u5f00\u59cb\u5411\u5916\u63a2\u7d22\uff0c\u5411\u5185\u4e30\u76c8\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 160px;\">NOWSEE is defined as a social and retail space that captures diverse lifestyles and breaks the familiar \u201clife circles\u201d in the urban concrete jungle.
