MASTROMINAS ARCHITECTURE<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u201c\u8fd9\u5ea7\u623f\u5b50\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7406\u5ff5\u5f88\u7b80\u5355\u3002\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u677f\u4e0e\u8d77\u4f0f\u7684\u5730\u9762\u5bf9\u8bdd\uff0c\u5e76\u6d88\u5931\u5728\u5176\u4e2d\u3002\u5b83\u6f5c\u5165\u5730\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e3a\u5176\u4e0b\u65b9\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

Technology and nature, contradiction and coexistence. The influence of nature covers the slab with natural vegetation, absorbing it, including it. From above, only a subtle trace is visible.Underneath the slab, in linear arrangement across the view, are interior and outdoor spaces, with undefined boundaries. \u8be5\u4f4f\u5b85\u4ee5\u5176\u7b80\u7ea6\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u98ce\u683c\u4e3a\u7279\u8272\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u5730\u5757\u5f62\u6001\u9661\u5ced\uff0c\u4f4f\u5b85\u90e8\u5206\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5730\u4e0b\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u4ece\u5730\u9762\u5230\u5929\u82b1\u677f\u7684\u73bb\u7483\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u7ebf\u6027\u6392\u5e03\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u53ef\u4ee5\u6b23\u8d4f\u5230\u65e0\u9650\u7684\u7f8e\u666f\u3002\u5ba4\u5185\u7a7a\u95f4\u671d\u5411\u4e00\u4e2a\u8fde\u7eed\u5e73\u884c\u7684\u6709\u9876\u9732\u53f0\u5ef6\u4f38\uff0c\u5ba4\u5185\u4e0e\u5ba4\u5916\u4e4b\u95f4\u6ca1\u6709\u660e\u786e\u7684\u754c\u9650\uff0c\u7ed9\u4eba\u4e00\u79cd\u8fde\u7eed\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

The residence is characterized by its minimalistic architecture and it is partially underground due to the steep morphology of the plot. The spaces in linear arrangement benefit of the unlimited view, thanks to the floor to ceiling glazing frames. The interior spaces extend towards a continuous parallel covered terrace developed and the undistinctive limits between outdoor and indoor provide a sense of continuity.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0e\u5e73\u884c\u4e8e\u623f\u5c4b\u548c\u9732\u53f0\u5e03\u7f6e\u7684\u65e0\u8fb9\u7ebf\u6027\u6cf3\u6c60\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\uff0c\u5438\u5f15\u4e86\u4eba\u4eec\u7684\u76ee\u5149\u3002\u5728\u897f\u4fa7\uff0c\u6cf3\u6c60\u7684\u8fb9\u7f18\u4e00\u76f4\u5230\u4e86\u5e26\u5ba4\u5916\u58c1\u7089\u7684\u5185\u7f6e\u8d77\u5c45\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u4f18\u96c5\u7684\u77f3\u677f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5efa\u7b51\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u7279\u8272\uff0c\u4ece\u6574\u4f53\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u6c34\u5e73\u4f38\u51fa\uff0c\u5728\u897f\u4fa7\u8fb9\u7f18\u7559\u51fa\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f9b\u4e00\u68f5\u5927\u6811\u81ea\u7531\u751f\u957f\uff0c\u94fa\u6d12\u9634\u51c9\u3002<\/p>\n

The design is integrated with the infinity linear pool in parallel arrangement to the house and the terrace, which captures the attention. On the west side, the pool withdraws giving its place to a built-in living space with an outdoor fireplace. The elegant slab, an element that strongly characterizes the building, protrudes horizontally from the background and is trimmed at its west edge allowing a big tree canopy to grow freely.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c42\uff0c\u5165\u53e3\u5927\u5385\u3001\u8d77\u5c45\u5ba4\u3001\u53a8\u623f\u3001\u7528\u9910\u533a\u548c\u4e24\u95f4\u5367\u5ba4\u5747\u6cbf\u666f\u89c2\u5e03\u7f6e\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u4e3b\u8f74\u7ebf\u4e0a\u6709\u4e00\u9053\u5782\u76f4\u7684\u77f3\u5899\uff0c\u5c06\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u548c\u79c1\u4eba\u7a7a\u95f4\u5206\u9694\u5f00\u6765\u3002\u4e3b\u5367\u5ba4\u548c\u4e00\u95f4\u6b21\u5367\u5ba4\u90e8\u5206\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5730\u4e0b\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e3a\u623f\u95f4\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u9694\u70ed\u6548\u679c\u3002\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u901a\u98ce\u548c\u91c7\u5149\u901a\u8fc7\u6cbf\u914d\u7535\u5927\u5385\u5ef6\u4f38\u7684\u7ebf\u6027\u690d\u7269\u4e2d\u5ead\u63d0\u4f9b\u3002<\/p>\n

On the first level, the entrance hall, the living area the kitchen, the dining area and two bedrooms are developed along the view. A vertical stone wall to the main axis of the building, separates the public from the private spaces. The master and a secondary bedroom are partially underground which provides extra insulation all year round. Ventilation and illumination are provided through a linear planted atrium which expands along the distribution hall.<\/p>\n

\u7531\u4e8e\u5730\u52bf\u9661\u5ced\uff0c\u5728\u4e8c\u5c42\u4e0b\u65b9\u53e6\u6709\u4e24\u95f4\u5367\u5ba4\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u5f80\u4e00\u4e2a\u89c2\u666f\u9732\u53f0\u3002\u670d\u52a1\u548c\u50a8\u85cf\u7a7a\u95f4\u4ee5\u53ca\u5065\u8eab\u623f\u548c\u5e26\u5761\u9053\u7684\u5ba4\u5185\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u90fd\u4f4d\u4e8e\u8fd9\u4e00\u5c42\u3002\u5065\u8eab\u623f\u7684\u4e00\u4fa7\u662f\u4ece\u4e00\u5c42\u5ef6\u4f38\u51fa\u6765\u7684\u4e2d\u5ead\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u4fa7\u5219\u662f\u8fc7\u6ee4\u81ea\u7136\u5149\u7684\u6cf3\u6c60\u900f\u660e\u5899\u3002<\/p>\n

On the second level, under the first, the two additional bedrooms, have access to a terrace with view due to the steep plot. The service and storage spaces as well as the gym and the interior parking lots with access ramp, are on this level. The gym is lit on one side by the atrium that extends from the first level and on the other side by the transparent wall of the pool which filters the natural light.<\/p>\n

The steep landscape is elaborated with a series of drystone walls which form planting areas, in the traditional way, planted with olive and fig trees. \u00a0Other mediterranean plants, citruses, pines and prickly pear cactuses are planted around. The building fully integrates to the environment which seems to extend over the green roof with local herbs such as thyme.<\/p>\n
