\nComplete bus routes are available around the Site, thus convenient in traffic. The passenger flow mainly flocks to the Site from the Metro Station and No. 656 Commercial Sector on the west. The first and second floors of the building in the Plot are for commercial purposes. The pedestrian traffic flow is considered in spatial planning, the pedestrian line is taken into consideration, focusing on the plaza at the southwest corner of the Site and the main entrance at the south side, with open commercial display space reserved within the Site.<\/p>\n

The overall design continues the design philosophy of the Winter Olympic Games, integrates the paving system, implants the urban art space, extends the exclusive resort-style office experience, creates a unique city texture with delicate design languages, deconstructs its form to build new scenarized space, creates a multi-level spatial experience and fosters quadruplex scenic highlights: Urban Art Display Interface, Light Oxygen Green Valley, Art Gallery, Microclimate Canyon.<\/p>\n

As the first city interface of the Site, the plaza at the entrance undertakes the image presentation of the city interface, and also serves as the interface space to maximize the experience of the Project from a human vision. The roundabout at the entrance traffic circle forms the core presentational sculpture abstractly with ice valley textures, which facilitates to introduce the flow of office workers for maximized commercial values, maximize display values by combining with building fa\u00e7ades, and seamlessly connects with the City.<\/p>\n

As the presentational outreach space for the office and commercial complex, the Site is separated from the city streets by terraces and green plants to form the city interface. Moreover, it introduces natural green landscape integrates and links with the building and the City to fully achieve concept presentation, creating an oasis for city life and natural ideals in the center of the City.<\/p>\n

\u89c4\u907f\u4e24\u680b\u5efa\u7b51\u4e4b\u95f4\u538b\u6291\u3001\u67af\u71e5\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u611f\u53d7\uff0c\u690d\u5165\u8f7b\u6c27\u7597\u6108\u82b1\u56ed\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u611f\u77e5\u5ea6\uff0c\u89c6\u89c9\u4e0a\u6d88\u89e3\u9ad8\u8038\u5efa\u7b51\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u538b\u8feb\u611f\uff0c\u5728\u82b1\u56ed\u4e2d\u4eab\u53d7\u81ea\u7136\u73af\u62b1\u7684\u4e00\u7247\u7eff\u6d32\u3002<\/p>\n

The garden enclosed with greenery is just like a secret realm in the City, bringing unexpected delicacy and surprise against the lamplight. The composite gardens provide inward spatial scenes. Under the corridor, columns are enclosed by afforestation and multi-layer platform seats to eliminate the negative space. It emphasizes on the creation of natural space, breaks up the excessively rigid atmosphere with green plants, provides space in which people are willing to stay, get close to nature and relieve their pressure, and brings people back to a peaceful life.<\/p>\n

\u573a\u5730\u5317\u4fa7\u4e3a\u516c\u4ea4\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u610f\u56fe\u5728\u4e8e\u5c06\u6d88\u6781\u7a7a\u95f4\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u79ef\u6781\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u56f4\u5899\u7cfb\u7edf\u8fdb\u884c\u4ef7\u503c\u8f6c\u5316\u53ca\u8d4b\u80fd\uff0c\u906e\u853d\u516c\u4ea4\u8f66\u7ad9\u7684\u4e0d\u5229\u666f\u89c2\uff0c\u878d\u5165\u7acb\u4f53\u7eff\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5317\u4fa7\u5546\u4e1a\u7684\u5bf9\u666f\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The design intent is to transform negative space into positive space, utilize the fence system for value transformation and empowerment, cover the unfavorable landscape of the bus stop, and integrate into the stereoscopic greening system to form the oppositive scenery space for the commercial sector on the north side.<\/p>\n
