LandLAB_ \uff1a<\/a><\/strong>LandLAB_\u6b63\u5728\u4e3a1\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u96c5\u82b3\u6cb3\u5730\u533a\u9879\u76ee – \u57fa\u7763\u57ce\u91cd\u5efa\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u7b7e\u540d\u9879\u76ee\u63d0\u4f9b\u57ce\u5e02\u8bbe\u8ba1\u9886\u5bfc\u529b\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u901a\u8fc7\u5c06\u57ce\u5e02\u8fb9\u7f18\u6cb3\u9053\u91cd\u65b0\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e3a\u8fde\u7eed2\u516c\u91cc\u7684\u884c\u4eba\u4f18\u5148\uff0c\u5728\u6cb3\u6d41\u516c\u56ed\u8d70\u5eca\u5185\u7684\u201c\u5171\u7528\u201d\u957f\u5eca\uff0c\u4e3a\u57fa\u7763\u57ce\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u5f62\u6001\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8f6c\u53d8\u3002<\/p>\n

LandLAB_ \uff1a<\/a><\/strong>LandLAB_ are providing urban design leadership for the $100m Avon River Precinct project – the signature project for the Christchurch rebuild. This project delivers transformational change to Christchurch\u2019s urban morphology by re-defining its city edge river front as a continuous 2km pedestrian priority, ‘shared use’ promenade within a river park corridor.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u52a0\u5f3a\u4e86\u5bf9\u6c34\u666f\u7684\u4eb2\u8fd1\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u6cb3\u6d41\uff08\u6d41\u4f53\uff09\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u548c\u751f\u6001\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\uff08\u7f51\u683c\uff09\u8fdb\u884c\u5bf9\u8bdd\u3002\u65b0\u7684\u6563\u6b65\u5c42\u548c\u57ce\u5e02\u8fb9\u7f18\u7684\u52a0\u539a\u4e3a\u50ac\u5316\u65b0\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u548c\u5360\u9886\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u673a\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n

The project enhances access to the water and brings the spirit and ecology of the river (fluid) into a dialogue with the city (grid). The new promenade layers and thickens the edge of the city to catalyse new opportunities for access and occupation.<\/p>\n

\nLandLAB\u5df2\u9886\u5bfcTerraces\u6cb3\u8fb9\u533a\u57df\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u8be5\u533a\u57df\u5c06\u725b\u6d25\u53f0\u4ece\u4f20\u7edf\u8857\u9053\u6539\u9020\u4e3a\u5171\u4eab\u4f7f\u7528\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u4f18\u5148\u8003\u8651\u884c\u4eba\u901a\u9053\uff0c\u804c\u4e1a\u548c\u65b0\u7535\u8f66\u7ebf\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n

LandLAB have led the design for the Terraces river edge precinct which transforms Oxford Terrace from a conventional street into a shared use zone prioritising pedestrian access, occupation and a new tram circuit.<\/p>\n

\u68af\u7530\u6cb3\u8fb9\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u5e86\u795d\u57ce\u5e02\u4e0e\u6cb3\u6d41\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5e76\u4fc3\u6210\u4e0e\u96c5\u82b3 – \u5965\u5854\u5361\u7f57\u7684\u65b0\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002
\n\u88ab\u5217\u5165\u9057\u4ea7\u540d\u5f55\u7684\u7eaa\u5ff5\u6865\u548c\u6bd7\u90bb\u7684\u7eaa\u5ff5\u516c\u56ed\u7ecf\u8fc7\u7ffb\u65b0\u548c\u4fee\u590d\uff0c\u4ee5\u5efa\u7acb\u4e00\u4e2a\u6709\u51dd\u805a\u529b\u7684\u6cb3\u6d41\u8fb9\u7f18\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n

Terraced river edge structures celebrate the interaction of city and river and enable new engagements with the Avon – Otakaro.
\nThe heritage listed Bridge of Remembrance and adjacent Park of Remembrance are refurbished and reworked to establish a cohesive rivers edge destination.<\/p>\n
