\u90bb\u8fd1\u4e09\u4e9a\u6d77\u6e7e\u7684\u6d77\u68e0\u6cb3\uff0c\u66fe\u56e0\u4eba\u53e3\u5feb\u901f\u805a\u96c6\u53d1\u5c55\u906d\u53d7\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u8fd1\u6765\u7531\u5730\u4ea7\u5f00\u53d1\u5546\u63a5\u624b\u6574\u6cbb\u6cb3\u9053\u5168\u57df\u751f\u6001\uff0c\u529b\u56fe\u6062\u590d\u5929\u7136\u666f\u89c2\uff0c\u6cbb\u7406\u5de5\u7a0b\u5305\u62ec\u91cd\u65b0\u601d\u8003\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0e\u73af\u5883\u5982\u4f55\u8fbe\u6210\u548c\u8c10\uff0c\u5ef6\u7eed\u751f\u6001\u4e0e\u90fd\u5e02\u53d1\u5c55\u5171\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n

Waterfrom Design<\/a><\/strong>\uff1aThe Haitang River, near Sanya Bay, had previously suffered from pollution due to rapid population growth and development. Recently, real estate developers have taken over the comprehensive ecological restoration of the river, aiming to restore the natural landscape. The restoration project involves rethinking how buildings and the environment can harmonize, striving to maintain a symbiotic relationship between ecology and urban development.<\/p>\n

\u9690\uff0c\u8d34\u9644\u5730\u5f62\u7684\u900f\u8584\u8f6e\u5ed3 Translucent outlines that adhere to the topography<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u672c\u6848\u4e3a\u5448\u73b0\u6d77\u68e0\u6cb3\u6574\u6cbb\u8ba1\u753b\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u57fa\u5730\u6bd4\u90bb\u6cb3\u9053\uff0c\u56e0\u5806\u79ef\u548c\u51b2\u5237\u81ea\u7136\u5f62\u6210\u873f\u8712\u53ca\u503e\u659c\u7684\u5730\u8c8c\uff0c\u586b\u5e73\u6cb3\u5cb8\u51f9\u51f8\u6216\u67b6\u9ad8\u57fa\u5730\u3001\u6574\u5e73\u540e\u518d\u9020\u5efa\u7269\u770b\u4f3c\u5c55\u73b0\u79e9\u5e8f\u6548\u7387\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u4f46\u6c34\u76f8\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u3001\u666f\u89c2\u4e09\u65b9\u8ba8\u8bba\u540e\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u5b9c\u538b\u4f4e\u5efa\u7b51\u5b9e\u4f53\u548c\u5fc3\u7406\u59ff\u6001\uff0c\u4ee5\u66f4\u878d\u5165\u5927\u5730\u7684\u601d\u7ef4\u8854\u63a5\u6587\u660e\u4e0e\u751f\u6001\u3002<\/p>\n

This project serves as the architectural centerpiece for the revitalization plan of the Haitang River. Adjacent to the waterway, the site’s natural terrain has meandering and sloping features formed by sedimentation and erosion. The initial strategy involved either leveling the undulating riverbanks or raising the base, aiming to reconstruct the buildings to seemingly showcase an orderly and efficient layout. After thorough discussions among the Waterfrom design, architecture, and landscape teams, it was collectively agreed that it would be more appropriate to lower both the physical and psychological presence of the buildings, allowing for a more harmonious connection between civilization and ecology, thus aligning with a mindset that integrates with the earth.<\/p>\n

\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u4e00\u6539\u968f\u673a\u80fd\u53e0\u780c\u800c\u50f5\u786c\u9ad8\u8038\u7684\u5b9e\u4f53\uff0c\u6539\u4ee5\u6d41\u7545\u4f4e\u4f0f\u3001\u73bb\u7483\u73af\u7ed5\u7684\u8584\u900f\u91cf\u4f53\u8f7b\u89e6\u6cb3\u5cb8\uff0c\u7ef4\u6301\u6c34\u57df\u666f\u89c2\u3002\u7531\u4e3b\u9053\u8def\u5c94\u51fa\u3001\u873f\u8712\u9760\u8fd1\u5efa\u7269\u7684\u5761\u9053\u5982\u652f\u6d41\uff0c\u51e0\u5ea7\u571f\u4e18\u548c\u7f13\u9694\u5f00\u5916\u4fa7\u8def\u9762\u7684\u89c6\u7ebf\uff0c\u8f7b\u76c8\u5e26\u66f2\u5ea6\u7684\u5c4b\u9876\u50cf\u7eb8\u5f20\u98d8\u843d\u9759\u6b47\uff0c\u9876\u90e8\u4e00\u5904\u5982\u6d77\u68e0\u8f6e\u5ed3\u7684\u5f00\u53e3\uff0c\u66f4\u6d88\u878d\u5efa\u7b51\u963b\u65ad\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u5b9e\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

Therefore, the architecture departs from the rigid and towering structures formed by functional stacking. Instead, it embraces a sleek, low-profile design with transparent, glass-encased volumes gently touching the riverbanks to preserve the waterscape. The pathways branching from the main road wind like tributaries, approaching the buildings, while several mounds and gentle undulations discreetly separate the outer view from the road. The lightly curved roofs, resembling paper gently settling, hover with a sense of grace. At the apex, an opening reminiscent of the contours of a hibiscus flower further dissolves the tangible barrier between the architecture and the landscape, allowing for an uninterrupted view.<\/p>\n

\u57fa\u5730\u5e7f\u573a\u53ca\u9986\u5185\u52a8\u7ebf\u7686\u6816\u606f\u4e8e\u4e0b\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u53c8\u6316\u6398\u4e0b\u6c89\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u4f7f\u6574\u4f53\u5b9b\u5982\u5d4c\u4e8e\u6cb3\u5cb8\u7684\u96d5\u5851\uff0c\u4f9d\u9644\u7740\u5730\u666f\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u6e29\u67d4\u4ecb\u5165\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\uff0c\u65e0\u55a7\u65e0\u6518\uff0c\u5b89\u9759\u8c26\u548c\u3002<\/p>\n

The plaza and internal circulation paths of the site are nestled below ground level, with certain areas excavated to create sunken spaces. This design creates an overall effect resembling a sculpture nestled into the riverbanks, harmonizing with the landscape. The approach reflects a gentle integration with nature, offering a tranquil, serene environment, free from clamor or bustle.<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u5ef6\u7eed\u5185\u5916\u901a\u900f\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u5370\u8c61\uff0c\u5ba4\u5185\u7a81\u7834\u5b9e\u5899\u548c\u697c\u677f\u5212\u5206\u533a\u57df\u697c\u9ad8\u7684\u4f20\u7edf\uff0c\u91cf\u4f53\u5185\u90e8\u4ec53\u7c73\u9ad8\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u56e0\u9876\u4e0a\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u5c4b\u9876\u800c\u611f\u89c9\u7a7a\u95f4\u5411\u56db\u5468\u5ef6\u5c55\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u60f3\u50cf\u5404\u7c7b\u673a\u80fd\u662f\u67d4\u8f6f\u53ef\u6298\u53e0\u6216\u644a\u653e\uff0c\u518d\u4ee5\u5761\u9053\u56de\u7ed5\u4e32\u8fde\u9ad8\u4f4e\u5404\u533a\uff0c\u4f7f\u697c\u9762\u66f4\u4f3c\u987a\u5e94\u5730\u5f62\u8fde\u8d2f\u8d77\u4f0f\u800c\u975e\u65ad\u88c2\u7684\u5e73\u9762\u7ec4\u5408\u3002\u5982\u6b64\u6a21\u7cca\u6c34\u5e73\u57fa\u51c6\u9762\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u7a97\u5916\u5730\u666f\u5ef6\u4f38\u7684\u666f\u6df1\uff0c\u4f7f\u7a7a\u95f4\u5448\u73b0\u4e00\u79cd\u6f02\u6d6e\u3001\u65e0\u5e8f\u7684\u6d41\u52a8\u72b6\u6001\uff0c\u547c\u5e94\u6cb3\u6c34\u5954\u6d41\u7684\u52a8\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

In order to sustain the transparent visual impression inside and outside, the interior breaks away from the traditional delineation of spaces by solid walls and floor divisions. <\/span> Within the three-meter-high space, the extensive roof creates an illusion of space expanding outwards. <\/span> A winding ramp connects areas of different elevations, making the floor feel more like a continuous undulating surface in harmony with the terrain, rather than a disjointed, flat composition. This method, blurring the horizontal reference plane, along with the depth of the landscape outside the windows, presents a space that embodies a floating, unordered, and flowing state, echoing the dynamic motion of a flowing river.<\/span><\/p>\n

In instances where significant horizontal differences require the use of stairs, the overall curved surface is maintained by a form cut downward. <\/span> Varied levels naturally stagger parts of the facade, complemented by retaining walls lower than the outdoor settling blocks. <\/span> Without introducing rigid partitions, this approach dynamically creates variations in light and scale along the circulation paths. <\/span> In contrast to the open-plan and glass curtain wall transparency, it better accommodates exhibition areas that require privacy or controlled lighting.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u6574\u4f53\u4ee5\u5c11\u91cf\u4f46\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u63a5\u7eed\u6210\u62bd\u8c61\u7a7a\u95f4\u96d5\u5851\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5165\u53e3\u63a5\u5f85\u67dc\u53f0\u5229\u7528\u4e00\u6bb5\u5761\u9053\u5c3d\u5934\u7684\u5f27\u7ebf\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u6210\u4e24\u9053\u66f2\u9762\u4ea4\u53e0\u5982\u6c34\u4e2d\u5fae\u5c0f\u6f29\u6da1\uff0c\u5708\u56f4\u5de5\u4f5c\u8303\u56f4\u540c\u65f6\u878d\u5165\u80cc\u666f\u3002\u4e5f\u64b7\u53d6\u6d41\u6c34\u53ca\u6cb3\u7554\u571f\u5730\u67d4\u8f6f\u6709\u673a\u8f6e\u5ed3\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5f31\u5316\u65b9\u5411\u6027\u7684\u957f\u6905\uff0c\u5728\u5f00\u653e\u573a\u57df\u5c94\u5206\u51fa\u52a8\u7ebf\u6d41\u5411\uff0c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7ebf\u6761\u5728\u7a7a\u95f4\u91cc\u7ffb\u817e\u7684\u5c42\u6b21\u3002<\/p>\n

The overall design connects a few necessary elements to form an abstract spatial sculpture. <\/span> For instance, the reception desk at the entrance utilizes a curved form at the end of a ramp, extending into two overlapping curved surfaces resembling tiny eddies in water, enclosing the workspace while blending into the background. <\/span> Inspired by the soft, organic contours of flowing water and riverbank land, the design incorporates benches that de-emphasize directional lines, guiding the flow of movement in open spaces, enriching the spatial dynamics with a variety of lines and forms.<\/span><\/p>\n

For us, the interior pathways act as a sculptor’s knife, traversing the earth’s surface and soil. <\/span> The movement within resembles the meandering flow of a river, whether through cuts or slow accumulations. <\/span> The varying layers symbolize the quiet and ceaseless passage of time. <\/span> The texture of rammed earth can portray the lines of mutual evolution between rivers and land, displaying a gentle randomness.<\/span><\/p>\n
