\u4e1c\u539f\u00b7\u4e2d\u592e\u7f8e\u5730\u7684\u793e\u533a\u5546\u4e1a\u539f\u540d\u53eb\u9ad8\u8857\uff0c\u4f4d\u4e8e\u91cd\u5e86\u6e1d\u5317\u533a\u592a\u6e56\u897f\u8def9\u53f7\uff0c\u5efa\u6210\u4e8e2006\u5e74\uff0c\u81f32022\u5e74\u521d\u63d0\u51fa\u5546\u4e1a\u8fdb\u884c\u66f4\u65b0\u5df2\u8d70\u8fc7\u4e8616\u4e2a\u5e74\u5934\u3002<\/p>\n

Located on No.9 Taihu West Road, Yubei District, Chongqing, the commercial zone of the Dowell\u00b7Victoria Park was originally named The High Street when it was first built in 2006. It has walked through sixteen years before the commercial renovation was proposed at the beginning of the year 2022.<\/p>\n

The pavement and facilities were old and shabby after years of use; plants were overgrown; the commercial street was cluttered with trash; disorganized advertising boards and the faded buildings revealed the declining tendency of a run-down area. Even the name \u201cThe High Street\u201d was forgotten by people except some old residents. What\u2019s worse, with the connection with the surrounding commercial areas, it gradually became an old unknown \u201cisland\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u5efa\u7b51\u662f\u65e9\u5e74\u6d41\u884c\u7684\u6b27\u5f0f\u53e4\u5178\u98ce\u60c5\uff0c\u7ea2\u7816\u9ec4\u5899\uff0c\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u5706\u67f1\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u642d\u914d\u98ce\u60c5\u611f\u7684\u84b2\u8475\uff0c\u73b0\u573a\u6709\u7740\u795e\u79d8\u7684\u5f02\u56fd\u98ce\u60c5\u611f\u3002\u56e2\u961f\u5e0c\u671b\u628a\u4e00\u5904\u88ab\u9057\u5fd8\u7684\u8001\u65e7\u5546\u4e1a\u5185\u8857\u6700\u7ec8\u4fee\u7f2e\u6210\u4e86\u5d2d\u65b0\u3001\u653e\u677e\u3001\u7597\u6108\u7684\u7f8e\u597d\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u7f8e\u56fd\u4f5c\u5bb6\u4f5b\u6717\u897f\u65af\u00b7\u970d\u5947\u68ee\u00b7\u4f2f\u5185\u7279\u300a\u79d8\u5bc6\u82b1\u56ed\u300b\u63cf\u8ff0\u7684\u573a\u666f\uff0c\u5728\u4f19\u4f34\u4eec\u7684\u5171\u521b\u4e0b\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u82b1\u56ed\u7115\u53d1\u4e86\u751f\u673a\uff0c\u627e\u5230\u4e86\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u771f\u8c1b\u3002<\/p>\n

Designed in European classical style that was popular in early years, the buildings feature red bricks and yellow walls as well as a large number of cylindrical structures. Complemented by romantic Chinese fan palms, the site is full of mysterious exotic atmosphere. The landscape team hopes to transform an old forgotten garden into a new relaxing and healing garden just like the Secret Garden described by American writer Francis Hodgson Burnett. With the co-creation and join efforts, the garden is finally revitalized and presents the true meaning of life.<\/p>\n

Habitat 9 is a successful renovation of the commercial street of Victoria Park. It features aesthetics of life and the beauty of nature; it is full of imagination, vitality and vigor; it serves as a gathering space to activate the neighborhood; it will allow people to explore more possibilities for life.
