PPAA<\/b><\/strong><\/a>\uff1aJuan Cano I \u662f\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u57ce\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u4f4f\u5b85\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5176\u8bbe\u8ba1\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e94\u5bf9\u57ce\u5e02\u4eba\u53e3\u589e\u957f\u7684\u8054\u6392\u522b\u5885\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n

PPAA<\/b><\/strong><\/a>\uff1aJuan Cano I is a residential project in Mexico City with a townhouse typology that has been gaining strength within the context of the city to attend to population growth demands.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u79cd\u57ce\u5e02\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u7279\u70b9\u662f\u5730\u5757\u72ed\u7a84\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u6b63\u9762 6 \u7c73\u3001\u957f 30 \u7c73\u7684\u5730\u5757\u4e0a\u6ee1\u8db3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e89\u53d6\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5360\u5730\u9762\u79ef\u8f83\u5c0f\u7684\u5782\u76f4\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u5e76\u5229\u7528\u5176\u4f59\u90e8\u5206\u4ea7\u751f\u7559\u767d\uff0c\u4f7f\u4e24\u4fa7\u7684\u89c6\u7ebf\u901a\u900f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u200b\u6211\u4eec\u51b3\u5b9a\u4fdd\u7559\u5730\u5757\u4e0a\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u6811\u6728\uff0c\u5e76\u4ee5\u6b64\u4f5c\u4e3a\u53c2\u7167\u6765\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5efa\u7b51\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u5bb9\u7eb3\u8be5\u4f4f\u5b85\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u5927\u4f53\u5757\u653e\u7f6e\u5728\u524d\u65b9\u7684\u7a7a\u5730\u4e0a\uff0c\u540e\u65b9\u5219\u5e03\u7f6e\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5168\u5929\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u200b\u5ead\u9662\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4f4f\u5b85\u53ef\u4ee5\u540c\u65f6\u5411\u8857\u9053\u548c\u540e\u9662\u5f00\u653e\uff0c\u5e76\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u6761\u4e1c\u897f\u5411\u7684\u8f74\u7ebf\uff0c\u63a7\u5236\u7740\u666f\u89c2\u3001\u4ea4\u901a\u548c\u5e03\u5c40\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u521b\u9020\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u79c1\u5bc6\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u51b3\u5b9a\u5411\u4e0a\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u53ef\u5c45\u4f4f\u9762\u79ef\u3002<\/p>\n

A characteristic of this urban model is the narrow lots, so to incorporate the requirements in a plot with a 6m front and 30m long, we vied for a vertical building that would occupy a smaller area of the land and take advantage of the rest to generate voids that generates visual transparency from side to side.<\/p>\n

The architecture is guided by the existing trees on the plot we decided to preserve. In front, on a free area, a mass that houses the program was placed, while the backside is a patio with multiple possibilities of use throughout the day. This approach allows opening the house onto the street and the backyard simultaneously, creating an east-west axis that governs the views, circulation, and layout. On the other hand, to provide more privacy, we decided to raise the habitable area.<\/p>\n

The connection between the different floors is given by a block of stairs that allows free continuous circulation. It’s possible to go from the street to the studio on the last level without crossing any other area.<\/p>\n
