\u9879\u76ee\u542f\u52a8\u4e4b\u521d\uff0c\u57fa\u5730\u73b0\u52d8\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6c5f\u5fc3\u6d32\u5c9b\u7684\u73af\u5883\u66f4\u6df1\u5165\u7684\u7406\u89e3\uff0c\u6c5f\u6e7e\u5883\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u5fc3\u91cc\u6709\u4e86\u521d\u6b65\u7684\u8f6e\u5ed3\u4e0e\u96cf\u5f62\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u8ba2\u4e0b\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u6574\u4f53\u5448\u73b0\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u4e0e\u8c03\u6027\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u8ba9\u6700\u7ec8\u6210\u578b\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u771f\u5b9e\u5448\u73b0\u5c9b\u5c45\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u753b\u9762\u611f\u3002\u6765\u5230\u8fd9\u91cc\uff0c\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u7684\u662f\u6d32\u5c9b\u4e0a\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u6700\u878d\u5165\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u8bbe\u5b9a\u4e0b\uff0c\u56f4\u7ed5\u5728\u6574\u4e2a\u573a\u666f\u5185\u5916\u7684\u552f\u4e00\u5173\u952e\u8bcd\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u771f\u5b9e\u3002<\/p>\n

Platform Design Group Limited<\/strong>:<\/a> At the beginning of the project, the future of Antara was outlined in our minds after the site visit and further understanding of the project site in Jiangxinzhou. We decided on the project goal and the tone of the space to present the real life on the island. Here, you will have an immersive experience of the harmony between humans and nature.<\/p>\n

Based on this idea, we determined the keyword for landscape design is \u201cto be real.\u201d
\nThis project’s biggest challenge is creating a relaxing holiday atmosphere and giving people a sense of belonging without adding many details or luxury items. We want to return to nature and the basics and \u201ckeep it real.\u201d<\/p>\n

By designing a layout that caters to people’s daily lives, considering light, shadow, and texture, we tell a story of the restful life on the island of Antara.<\/p>\n

\u91cd\u65b0\u5b9a\u4e49\u7a00\u7f3a\u7684\u81fb\u85cf Redefine a rare Collection<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u5962\u4f88\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u76f8\u5bf9\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u5728\u62e5\u6324\u5608\u6742\u7684\u90fd\u4f1a\u533a\uff0c\u9759\u8c27\u95f2\u9002\u3001\u5145\u6ee1\u7eff\u610f\u7684\u9662\u5b50\u662f\u5927\u591a\u6570\u90fd\u5e02\u4eba\u5411\u5f80\u5374\u53c8\u96be\u5f97\u7684\u4e00\u65b9\u51c0\u571f\uff1b\u8f66\u6c34\u9a6c\u9f99\uff0c\u8f9b\u52e4\u5f80\u8fd4\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u60ef\u6027\u91cc\uff0c\u8fd1\u8ddd\u79bb\u5c31\u80fd\u5230\u8fbe\u7684\u4f4e\u5bc6\u5ea6\u539f\u91ce\u5c9b\u5c45\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u65e0\u6570\u73b0\u4ee3\u4eba\u6e34\u671b\u7684\u6816\u5c45\u56de\u5f52\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u6700\u7cbe\u534e\u7684\u90fd\u4f1a\u533a\u6bb5\uff0c\u6c81\u6da6\u5230\u6700\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u573a\u666f\uff0c\u5c3d\u4eab\u6700\u5ef6\u5c55\u5f00\u9614\u3001\u4e30\u5bcc\u7ec6\u817b\u7684\u6d32\u5c9b\u751f\u6d3b!<\/p>\n

\u6b63\u5bf9\u5357\u4eacCBD\u7684\u6c5f\u5fc3\u6d32\u4e0a\u5c31\u6709\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u4e2a\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u4ece\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8fc7\u6765\u7ea6\u4e8c\u5341\u5206\u949f\u8f66\u7a0b\u5c31\u80fd\u4eab\u53d7\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u5962\u4f88\uff1b\u5962\u4eab\u7684\u4e0d\u662f\u7269\u8d28\u4e0a\u7684\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u5806\u780c\u7684\u4eea\u5f0f\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5145\u6ee1\u751f\u673a\u7684\u753b\u9762\u3001\u58a3\u5b9e\u8d28\u611f\u7684\u56de\u5f52\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u81ea\u7136\u7c07\u62e5\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002<\/p>\n

\u533a\u4f4d\u4e0a\uff0c\u6c5f\u5fc3\u6d32\u62e5\u6709\u79bb\u5357\u4eac\u5e02\u7cbe\u534e\u533a\u6bb5\u6700\u8fd1\u3001\u6700\u4f18\u8d28\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u57fa\u5e95\u3002\u6838\u5fc3\u90fd\u4f1a\u65c1\u7684\u5c9b\u5c45\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u8d4b\u4e88\u4e86\u6bcf\u6b21\u51fa\u5165\u6d32\u5c9b\u3001\u5f52\u8fd4\u5bb6\u56ed\uff0c\u90fd\u50cf\u662f\u5165\u4f4f\u5ea6\u5047\u9152\u5e97\u822c\u7684\u5fc3\u5883\u8f6c\u6362\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5982\u679c\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5230\u8bbf\u8005\u671f\u5f85\u770b\u5230\u7684\u4eea\u5f0f\u95e8\u5934\u3001\u5de8\u5927\u6c34\u9762\u3001\u5145\u6ee1\u5806\u780c\u611f\u7684\u663e\u8d35\u5143\u7d20\u90fd\u843d\u7a7a\u4e86\uff0c\u8fd9\u9879\u76ee\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u529f\u4e86\u4e00\u534a\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u5448\u73b0\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u6c1b\u56f4\u91cc\u611f\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u89e6\u52a8\uff0c\u60f3\u8981\u751f\u6d3b\u5728\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u753b\u9762\u91cc\uff0c\u8fd9\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u534a\u4e5f\u6210\u529f\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u5c55\u793a\u7684\u4e0d\u662f\u552e\u697c\u5904\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u751f\u6d3b\u5728\u6c5f\u5fc3\u6d32\u5c9b\u4e0a\u7684\u6e34\u671b\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e3a\u4e86\u7e41\u534e\u90fd\u5e02\u6253\u5f00\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u6247\u6843\u82b1\u6e90\u4e4b\u7a97\u3002<\/p>\n

Luxury is a relative concept. In a bustling city, a quiet garden filled with greenery is a luxury for most people. Easy access to a low-density island from the daily commute is another luxury, especially if this island is in the heart of the CBD and offers abundant nature and open views.<\/p>\n

Antara is the place where you can have that luxury. Antara is located on Jiangxinzhou Island, about twenty minutes drive from the CBD of Nanjing. In Antara, \u201cluxury\u201d doesn\u2019t mean excessive and expansive materials or ceremonial spaces. What it offers is a natural setting and a lively place.<\/p>\n

Jiangxinzhou Island is conveniently located near the CBD and has the best natural setting. The island life by the CBD gives the residents a change of scenery during their daily commute, and they will feel like going to a resort every time they go home.<\/p>\n

In Antara, you won\u2019t see the typical ceremonial entrance, grand water feature, and excessive decorations. You will see nature, the lifestyle, and touching moments. If you see this place, resonate with it, and start to picture yourself living here, I will say we have achieved our goal.<\/p>\n

The space we presented is not a sales center but a demonstration of life on the island. It\u2019s to answer your longing for island life and a window facing a utopia from the bustling city.<\/p>\n

\u7a7a\u95f4\u6784\u6210 Layout of the Space<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u6c5f\u6e7e\u5883\u5206\u6210\u5357\u5317\u4e24\u4e2a\u533a\u5757\uff0c\u5728\u5404\u81ea\u6240\u5c5e\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u57fa\u5e95\u4e0a\u5404\u64c5\u80dc\u573a\u3002\u573a\u5730\u7684\u5e03\u7f6e\u79c9\u6301\u81ea\u7136\u7cfb\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u4e0e\u6838\u5fc3\u4ef7\u503c\uff0c\u52a1\u6c42\u5728\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5730\u5757\u5404\u5177\u7279\u8272\u7684\u677f\u5757\uff0c\u63d0\u70bc\u51fa\u6700\u5408\u9002\u7684\u5206\u533a\u5e03\u5c40\u4e0e\u751f\u6d3b\u573a\u666f\uff0c\u76db\u8f7d\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u573a\u666f\u8b58\u522b\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5357\u5730\u5757\u6cbf\u4e1c\u3001\u5317\u4e24\u4fa7\u4e34\u6c34\u4f4d\u7f6e\u662f\u4e00\u671f\u793a\u8303\u533a\u7684\u8303\u56f4\u3002\u4e34\u6cb3\u65e0\u56f4\u754c\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u662f\u6c5f\u5fc3\u6d32\u9879\u76ee\u6700\u5927\u7684\u4eae\u70b9\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4e34\u6c34\u533a\u57df\u76f4\u63a5\u88ab\u8f6c\u6362\u6210\u65e0\u5b9e\u4f53\u56f4\u5899\u7684\u6cbf\u6cb3\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u5927\u533a\u4e1c\u4fa7\u80fd\u591f\u6700\u5927\u5316\u878d\u5165\u6ee8\u6c34\u7684\u573a\u666f\u4e0e\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002<\/p>\n

Antara has two parcels, the south and the north. Each area has its characteristics derived from its natural setting. Antara’s landscape layout is designed with the principles and core value of \u201ckeeping it natural.\u201d Each parcel has the most suitable layout and zoning for daily life while being very recognizable from the others.<\/p>\n

The south parcel contains the Phase One area and the sale center. Phase One is located by the river on the north and east sides. \u201cBorderless\u201d is one of the special traits in Antara. The waterfront applied this design approach and became a riverfront park without boundary walls. So, the east side of the parcel could blend in with the waterfront as much as possible.<\/p>\n

\u6cbf\u6cb3\u4e24\u4fa7\u9664\u4e86\u4fdd\u7559\u73b0\u72b6\u5927\u4e54\uff0c\u4e5f\u900f\u8fc7\u91cd\u65b0\u6574\u7406\u7684\u69ed\u6811\u3001\u6cb3\u6866\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u6cbf\u6cb3\u4e24\u5cb8\u66f4\u9971\u6ee1\u7684\u5b63\u76f8\u8868\u60c5\u3002\u6cbf\u5730\u5757\u4e1c\u5357\u6cb3\u9053\u8fb9\uff0c\u5e7f\u690d\u7684\u6cb3\u6866\u6797\u4e0e\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u5730\u88ab\uff0c\u8ba9\u6f2b\u6b65\u3001\u7a7f\u8d8a\u3001\u6e38\u8d4f\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\u5728\u7cbe\u81f4\u91ce\u8da3\u7684\u573a\u666f\u91cc\u66f4\u52a0\u7684\u95f2\u9002\u653e\u677e\u3002<\/p>\n

Existing trees are retained along both sides of the river. By strategically planting maples and birch trees, we enrich the seasonal look of the riverfront. Birch trees are vastly planted along the east-south side of the parcel to create a more relaxing setting for strolling, meandering, and sightseeing.<\/p>\n

\u5230\u8fbe\u7684\u5e8f\u66f2\uff0c\u662f\u5728\u6811\u6797\u4e0e\u82b1\u56ed\u4e2d\u63a2\u8bbf\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c0f\u7f8e\u672f\u9986\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u5230\u8bbf\u7684\u4eba\u4eec\u80fd\u5e26\u7740\u597d\u5947\u3001\u63a2\u7d22\u7684\u5fc3\u60c5\u5f00\u59cb\u6843\u82b1\u6e90\u4e4b\u65c5\uff0c\u4f53\u9a8c\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e5f\u4ece\u538b\u7f29\u8fdb\u5165\u5230\u5f00\u5c55\uff0c\u8854\u63a5\u81f3\u8c41\u7136\u5f00\u6717\u7684\u6c34\u5cb8\u6866\u6797\u3002\u5357\u5411\u7684\u5149\u7ebf\u7a7f\u8fc7\u4f4e\u5f69\u5ea6\u7684\u9694\u6805\u6620\u62d3\u5728\u4f4e\u8c03\u58a9\u5b9e\u7684\u5899\u4f53\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u8e29\u8e0f\u5728\u5149\u5f71\u4e0a\u7684\u6109\u60a6\u611f\u4e0e\u671f\u5f85\u611f\u3002\u4e3b\u5165\u53e3\u5229\u7528\u4e86\u8def\u9762\u81f3\u6c34\u5cb8\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e09\u7c73\u7684\u9ad8\u5dee\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e34\u6c34\u7eff\u690d\u8471\u90c1\u7684\u56f4\u5408\u611f\uff0c\u5c06\u4f53\u9a8c\u4ece\u8def\u8fb9\u5e26\u5165\u5e7d\u9759\u7684\u5e26\u72b6\u6cbf\u6cb3\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The arrival is the prelude of Phase One. It starts with the entrance to a small art museum inside the forest and the garden.<\/p>\n

We hope the visitors can start their journey in this utopia with a curious and adventurous mind. The spaces they are experiencing will go from a compressed space to an open space and continue the journey to the birch forest at the waterfront. The sunlight will pass through the grill of the screen and cast on the low and monotone wall. Visitors will then step on these dancing lights and shadow with joy and anticipation. There is a three-meter level difference from the main entry to the riverfront. Visitors travel through this level difference from the roadside to the riverfront, a calming space with lush green.<\/p>\n

\u666f\u5899\u5e94\u7528\u4e86\u6cdb\u9752\u8272\u5e26\u7740\u4f18\u96c5\u767d\u8272\u7eb9\u7406\u7684\u6d77\u6d0b\u9752\u77f3\u6750\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e3b\u6750\uff0c\u8ba9\u6f2b\u6e38\u5f52\u5bb6\u51fa\u5165\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\u80fd\u591f\u5c55\u73b0\u7a33\u9759\u4e0d\u51e1\u7684\u6c14\u8d28\u3002<\/p>\n

Instead of using a grand canopy like most entrances of other developments, the entry space in Antara showcases walls with subtle details, such as the granite texture, the cut lines of stone cladding, and the in & out effect created by different cladding thicknesses. Visitors will feel like they arrive at an art gallery hidden at the waterfront.<\/p>\n

The wall cladding uses Verde Marina, a bluish-grey granite with elegant white veins. It complements the going-home experience with a profound and elegant class.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe opening of the corridor is very narrow and could barely fit a person to pass through. Then the path opens to a broad, bright space after several steps.\u201d This is the paragraph from \u201cThe Peach Blossom Spring,\u201d a tale of a fisherman looking for utopia. The arrival in Antara references this tale for a dramatic experience. After reaching the end of the corridor, the visitors will descend over two meters from the street to the riverfront level. They take a turn, walk toward the riverfront, and enter the staircase section with less light passing through. The floor, the wall, and the ceiling apply a minimalist design. Handrails are embedded in niches on the wall and incorporated with lighting to showcase the craftsmanship.<\/p>\n
