Yudao Landscape Design<\/a><\/strong>\uff1aThe project is located on the southside of Bei Tou Reservoir,Wanning City, Hainan Province. It covers an area of about 30,000 square meters and has an elevation of about 47 meters. It is a leisure destination that combines cute pets, campsites, specialty restaurants, markets, and art. It is a series of IP landing after Wan Hua Group upgraded the content of Luxe Island Small Animal Farm in Chengdu.<\/p>\n

This project is located in the hinterland of an island far from the beach, with the reservoir on one side. At the beginning of the project, the key focus was on how to plan differentiated operating content and maximize the advantages of the site.<\/p>\n

\u573a\u5730\u5360\u5730\u7ea63\u4e07\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u5185\u6700\u5927\u9ad8\u5dee13\u7c73\u3002\u4ece\u5e02\u653f\u9053\u8def\u7684\u5f00\u53e3\u6cbf\u8f66\u884c\u9053\u722c\u5347\u81f3\u5761\u9876\uff0c\u80fd\u770b\u5230\u5927\u7247\u6930\u5b50\u6797\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u7ef5\u5ef6\u5230\u8fdc\u65b9\u7684\u5c71\u811a\u4e0b\uff0c\u4eff\u4f5b\u7f6e\u8eab\u539f\u59cb\u5c71\u6797\u3002\u56de\u8fc7\u5934\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u5904\u4e86\u3002\u521d\u59cb\u5230\u8bbf\u7684\u9707\u64bc\u611f\u53d7\uff0c\u4e5f\u5e26\u7ed9\u6211\u4eec\u601d\u8003\uff0c\u60f3\u8981\u5c06\u8fd9\u6837\u201c\u5c71\u7cfb\u201d\u7684\u6d77\u5c9b\u98ce\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u6765\uff0c\u6709\u522b\u4e8e\u6d77\u5cb8\u8fb9\u7684\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u901a\u8fc7\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6fc0\u53d1\u51fa\u66f4\u6df1\u523b\u7684\u573a\u5730\u5370\u8c61\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u7531\u4e8e\u5efa\u9020\u7ecf\u8d39\u7684\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u53c8\u662f\u5c06\u53e6\u4e00\u9053\u96be\u9898\u6446\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u9762\u524d\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u901a\u8fc7\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u624b\u6cd5\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u4e0d\u52a8\u571f\u65b9\uff0c\u56e0\u5faa\u5730\u52bf\uff0c\u8fd8\u8981\u4fdd\u8bc1\u573a\u5730\u7684\u8fde\u8d2f\u6027\u548c\u7a7a\u95f4\u6709\u673a\u878d\u5408\u3002\u4e3a\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u524d\u671f\u505a\u4e86\u5927\u91cf\u7a7a\u95f4\u6a21\u62df\u6765\u89e3\u51b3\u5230\u5730\u5757\u63a5\u9a73\u4e14\u7a7a\u95f4\u4ea4\u878d\u3001\u52a8\u7ebf\u8d2f\u901a\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n

The site covers an area of about 30,000 square meters, with a maximum height difference of 13 meters. From the opening of the municipal road, along the driving lane, you can see large coconut groves stretching to the foot of the distant mountains, as if in a primitive forest. Turning around, you will reach the entrance of the project. The initial impact of the visit also made us think about how to create such a “mountainous” island atmosphere that is different from coastal projects and evoke a deeper impression of the site through design.<\/p>\n

Due to budget constraints, we faced another challenge of how to minimize earthwork and follow the terrain through design techniques while ensuring the coherence and organic integration of the site. To this end, we conducted a large number of spatial simulations in the early stage to solve the problem of site connection, spatial blending, and smooth flow of people.<\/p>\n

At the same time, we incorporated the concept of “relaxation” as a common language of the island into the design. We used a main passage as the connecting axis of the entire site, with various operating formats distributed on both sides of the axis. When visitors wander in various areas, they can explore without retracing their steps, using multiple channels for thoroughfare, and truly enjoy a leisurely visit and exploration within the park.<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9\u7a7a\u95f4\u6a21\u62df\uff0c\u6bcf\u682a\u690d\u7269\u5230\u573a\u540e\u7cbe\u51c6\u5b9a\u4f4d\u683d\u690d\uff0c\u6a21\u7cca\u6389\u201c\u884c\u9053\u6811\u201d\u7684\u611f\u89c9\uff0c\u4f7f\u7a7a\u95f4\u81ea\u7136\u4e14\u4e0d\u751f\u786c\u3002\u4e5f\u6210\u4e3a\u8fdb\u5165\u7267\u573a\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u89c6\u89c9\u6293\u624b\uff0c\u5bf9\u7a7a\u95f4\u6c1b\u56f4\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u5de8\u5927\u3002<\/p>\n

As a ranch with an island mountain theme, coconut trees are indispensable. Due to limited project budget, coconut trees are mainly used to create the atmosphere along the main passage. They also serve as effective shading avenues. Other areas are treated with “blank spaces” through contrast techniques.<\/p>\n

Through precise positioning and planting of each plant after spatial simulation, we blurred the sense of “roadside trees” and made the space natural and soft. This also became the first visual highlight for entering the ranch, greatly contributing to the overall atmosphere of the space.<\/p>\n

In addition to creating a sense of relaxation for visitors, we also expanded the activity radius of small animals from their houses to the entire park. Visitors feel like they have entered the world of small animals, enjoying intimate interactions and full of fun.<\/p>\n

Upon entering the park, each operating format has its own unique spatial characteristics, different ways of play, target customers, and time periods for support. Therefore, we emphasized the entrance space of each area along the visitor’s arrival direction, providing a clear perception of different themed areas.<\/p>\n

The waterfront-themed restaurant seamlessly connects the indoor dining area with the outdoor dining area in a friendly gray space. The waterfront space incorporates plants into the dining area through the opening and closing of the gray space ceiling, while the welcoming bar counter and sofa area use the subtle changes in ground elevation to divide the space.<\/p>\n

The outdoor dining area and the campground area have a significant height difference in the original site. In the intensive elevation difference area, we maximized the creation of usable spaces through slope cutting and releasing stepped platforms. At the same time, we connected the different levels in the most relaxed way, forming a visually layered and operationally smooth space.<\/p>\n
