Bi House Nha Trang \u4f4d\u4e8e\u82bd\u5e84\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4ee5\u5357\u7ea6 5 \u516c\u91cc\u5904\uff0c\u5730\u5904\u4eba\u53e3\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u52a0\u3001\u53d1\u5c55\u8fc5\u901f\u7684\u90ca\u533a\uff0c\u5bc6\u96c6\u7684\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u5efa\u7b51\u6b63\u5728\u8695\u98df\u690d\u88ab\u548c\u81ea\u7136\u7eff\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n

Built on an area of 80m2, Bi House does return as much the natural green space by vertical green patches weaving and rearranging throughout the building. This helps create a natural shield against heat, noise and dust as well as give the house a different appearance from the outside.<\/p>\n

Bi House \u4f4d\u4e8e\u9876\u5c42\u7684\u4e3b\u5367\u5ba4\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u690d\u8349\u5c4b\u9876\uff0c\u4ee5\u62b5\u5fa1\u9ad8\u6e29\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e0b\u5348\u5438\u6536\u70ed\u91cf\u6700\u591a\u7684\u4e2d\u95f4\u5c42\u7684\u4e24\u95f4\u5367\u5ba4\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u521b\u5efa\u4e86\u4e00\u6761\u6df1\u6c9f\uff0c\u5c06\u4e24\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u5206\u9694\u5f00\uff0c\u4ece\u5e95\u5c42\u5ef6\u4f38\u5230\u9732\u53f0\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u901a\u98ce\u7a7a\u95f4\u548c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u9053\u5899\uff0c\u4ee5\u906e\u6321\u548c\u51cf\u5c11\u4ece\u5ba4\u5916\u76f4\u63a5\u8fdb\u5165\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u70ed\u8f90\u5c04\u3002\u5728\u6c34\u5e73\u65b9\u5411\u4e0a\uff0c\u623f\u5b50\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u697c\u68af\u533a\u57df\u524d\u540e\u6709\u4e24\u4e2a\u901a\u98ce\u7f1d\u9699\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u7a7a\u6c14\u6d41\u901a\u5e76\u5e2e\u52a9\u6574\u5ea7\u623f\u5b50\u6563\u53d1\u70ed\u91cf\u3002\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u623f\u5c4b\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u82b1\u56ed\u8fd8\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u53e6\u4e00\u79cd\u81ea\u7136\u51c9\u723d\u7684\u7a7a\u6c14\u3002<\/p>\n

Constantly attacked by the heat of center Vietnam, natural ventilation is the priority for sustainable energy architecture in the area. To achieve this, multiple solutions had been implemented.<\/p>\n

Bi House\u2019s master bedroom on the top floor is protected from the heat by a grassed roof. For the two bedrooms on the middle floor where absorb the most heat in the afternoon, we create a deep trench separating the two spaces, extending from the ground floor to the terrace to create a ventilation space and a second wall to shield and reduce heat radiation from the outside directly into the building. Horizontally, there are two ventilation gaps located behind and above the staircase area between the house to help air flow and radiate heat for the whole house. On top of that, green gardens surrounding the house also provide another boost of natural cool air.<\/p>\n

Besides heat control, lighting is also well thought. Throughout the spaces, glass panes are flexibly used in many different positions to bring natural light into the building as well as minimize power consumption.<\/p>\n
