Pham Huu Son Architects<\/b><\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u7a7a\u4e2d\u82b1\u56ed\u4f4f\u5b85\u2014\u2014\u57ce\u5e02\u8054\u6392\u522b\u5885\u751f\u6d3b\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u5316<\/p>\n

\u9762\u5bf9\u5f53\u4eca\u8d8a\u5357\u4e0d\u65ad\u6269\u5927\u548c\u7e41\u8363\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u6709\u9650\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5185\u8bbe\u8ba1\u623f\u5c4b\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u5bf9\u5efa\u7b51\u5e08\u6765\u8bf4\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u6781\u5177\u6311\u6218\u6027\u7684\u4efb\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\n

In the face of the expanding and thriving urban developments in Vietnam today, designing houses on limited spaces while meeting diverse functional needs poses a challenging task for architects.<\/p>\n

\u7a7a\u4e2d\u82b1\u56ed\u4f4f\u5b85\uff08SkyGarden House\uff09\u662f\u4f4d\u4e8e\u8d8a\u5357\u4e2d\u90e8\u82bd\u5e84\u5e02\u7684\u8054\u6392\u522b\u5885\uff08\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u5c5e\u4e8e\u70ed\u5e26\u6c14\u5019\uff0c\u5e72\u6e7f\u5b63\u8282\u5206\u660e\uff09\uff0c\u5efa\u5728\u4e00\u5757 100 \u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u4e0d\u89c4\u5219\u571f\u5730\u4e0a\uff0c\u8fd9\u7ed9\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u4e0d\u5c0f\u7684\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n

SkyGarden House, a townhouse in Nha Trang City, located in Central Vietnam (A region characterized by a tropical climate with distinct wet and dry seasons) was constructed on a non-square 100 Sq.m plot of land, this presented a challenge in the design process.<\/p>\n

\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u529f\u80fd\u7a7a\u95f4\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u697c\u7684\u5ba2\u5385\u3001\u53a8\u623f\u548c\u4e00\u95f4\u5367\u5ba4\uff0c\u4e8c\u697c\u7684\u4e24\u95f4\u5367\u5ba4\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4e09\u697c\u7684\u4e3b\u5367\u5ba4\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7a7a\u95f4\u901a\u8fc7\u697c\u68af\u548c\u623f\u5c4b\u4e2d\u95f4\u7684\u5f00\u653e\u7a7a\u95f4\u76f8\u4e92\u8fde\u63a5\u3002<\/p>\n

The main functions of SkyGarden House include the living room, kitchen, and a bedroom on the ground floor, with two additional bedrooms on the second floor, the master bedroom is situated on the third floor. These spaces are interconnected through a staircase and an open void in the middle of the house.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u79cd\u4f4f\u5b85\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u4f18\u70b9\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u80fd\u591f\u4f7f\u5c45\u4f4f\u7a7a\u95f4\u81ea\u7136\u5316\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u901a\u8fc7\u5927\u578b\u73bb\u7483\u9762\u677f\u548c\u697c\u68af\u4e0a\u65b9\u7684\u5929\u7a97\u4ee5\u53ca\u5927\u91cf\u73bb\u7483\u95e8\u5f15\u5165\u81ea\u7136\u5149\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u827a\u672f\u5168\u666f\uff0c\u8fd8\u5927\u5927\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u767d\u5929\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4eba\u5de5\u7167\u660e\u7684\u4f9d\u8d56\u3002\u5728\u964d\u4f4e\u80fd\u8017\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u8fd8\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u5149\u5f71\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u5c06\u5ba4\u5185\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u7d27\u5bc6\u8054\u7cfb\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u4e86\u5355\u8c03\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002<\/p>\n

One of the advantages of this house design is its ability to naturalize the living space. By introducing natural light through large glass panels and a skylight above the staircase, along with numerous glass doors, the design not only creates an artistic panorama but also significantly reduces reliance on artificial lighting during the day. This not only decreases energy consumption but also produces a unique play of light, connecting the interior space intimately with nature and avoiding a monotonous atmosphere.<\/p>\n

\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u548c\u8c10\u4e4b\u5904\u8fd8\u4f53\u73b0\u5728\u5367\u5ba4\u548c\u536b\u751f\u95f4\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u7eff\u5316\u5e03\u7f6e\u4e0a\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7eff\u8272\u690d\u7269\u4e0d\u4ec5\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u6765\u81ea\u5ba4\u5916\u7684\u7070\u5c18\uff0c\u6539\u5584\u4e86\u7a7a\u6c14\u8d28\u91cf\uff0c\u8fd8\u5728\u5ba4\u5185\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u751f\u52a8\u3001\u6e05\u65b0\u7684\u666f\u8272\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u6700\u9ad8\u5c42\u4e3b\u5367\u5ba4\u7684\u5962\u534e\u7a7a\u95f4\u91cc\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u6e05\u51c9\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u5929\u5802\u5c31\u50cf\u4e00\u5e45\u751f\u673a\u52c3\u52c3\u7684\u753b\u5377\uff0c\u4ece\u4efb\u4f55\u89d2\u5ea6\u770b\u90fd\u8ba9\u4eba\u5fc3\u9189\u795e\u8ff7\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u82b1\u56ed\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u72ec\u7279\u7126\u70b9\uff0c\u8fd8\u5c06\u4e3b\u5367\u5ba4\u533a\u57df\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u5c4b\u4e3b\u7cbe\u81f4\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u4f11\u95f2\u5929\u5802\u3002<\/p>\n

Harmonizing with nature is evident in the strategic placement of greenery around bedrooms and sanitary areas, simulating green gardens. This not only reduces dust from the outside, improving air quality, but also forms lively, fresh views from inside.<\/p>\n

In the luxurious space of the highest-floor master bedroom, a cool green paradise unfolds like a vibrant painting, captivating the observer from any angle. This garden not only serves as a unique focal point for the house but transforms the main bedroom area into an exquisite and unique relaxation haven for the homeowners.<\/p>\n
