Horizon & Atomesphere Landscape<\/strong><\/a>: Xichuan, formerly known as “Xigan Canal”, has a total length of 31 kilometers. It is a farmland irrigation channel that starts from the Yellow River’s south bank and flows into Zhengzhou Mushan Wetland Park. From the urban dimension, Xichuan is a demonstration section of water system transformation in Zhongmu County, providing directions for regional water system transformation. Meanwhile, it runs through the western half of the Utopia Community. For the future 20,000 permanent residents, Xichuan implies the sound of vibrant frogs and birds, the natural beauty spread in four seasons, and the daily epitome of water-friendly and energetic life.<\/p>\n

The design and implementation of Xichuan are inseparable from the planning of the Utopia community. This community covers an area of 4 square kilometers, and since 2013, it has gradually transformed from dilapidated farmland into a small town integrating life, education, and medical care together, with beautiful natural ecology and rich community life. The Xichuan, Dongchuan, and Central Park Greenland commercial complexes are connected in series via three two-kilometer roads. The roads are built with LID low-impact raindrop gardens and biological corridors, interlaced with blue and green belts which formed the Utopia community’s comprehensive ecosystem and public space system. Xichuan and Dongchuan are rebuilt from the irrigation canals and flood drainage ditches that flow through this place. The Central Park, with an area of 88,000 square meters, is a central green lung built after the sinking of the national highway, connecting the east and west hinterlands into a whole. A mixed commercial and residential space was under planning and construction here, providing residents and visitors with daily necessities and urban destinations.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u4e0a\u6e38\u704c\u6e89\u6e20\u4e0d\u65ad\u7684\u6c61\u6c34\u6cc4\u6d2a\u538b\u529b\u4e0b\uff0c\u897f\u5ddd\u4e0d\u4ec5\u9762\u4e34\u73af\u5883\u6539\u9020\u4e0e\u751f\u6001\u4fee\u590d\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u8bfe\u9898\uff0c\u66f4\u8981\u6c42\u8fd9\u79cd\u4fee\u590d\u5177\u5907\u81ea\u7136\u6c38\u7eed\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\uff0c\u6ee1\u8db3\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4e0a\u7684\u53ef\u884c\u6027\uff1b<\/p>\n

\u5728\u6709\u9650\u8179\u5730\u5185\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5e73\u8861\u751f\u6001\u4e0e\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u4f7f\u897f\u5ddd\u5bf9\u793e\u533a\u5c45\u6c11\uff08\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u4e24\u4fa7\u793e\u533a\u5c45\u6c11\uff09\uff0c\u5177\u5907\u53ef\u8fbe\u6027\u3001\u4fbf\u5229\u6027\u3001\u63d0\u4f9b\u6ee8\u6c34\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e0e\u751f\u6d3b\u5546\u4e1a\uff0c\u4e5f\u9700\u4e88\u4ee5\u5468\u5168\u8003\u8651\uff0c\u7ed9\u51fa\u591a\u89d2\u5ea6\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n

Under the pressure of continuous sewage and flood discharge from upstream irrigation canals, Xichuan not only faces major issues of environmental transformation and ecological restoration but also requires such restoration to have natural and sustainable energy and meet economic feasibility;<\/p>\n

In the limited hinterland, we need to fully consider and give multi-angle solutions on how to balance the relationship between ecology and life, so that Xichuan can provide community residents (especially those on both sides) with accessibility and convenience for waterfront activities and life commerce.<\/p>\n

\u4ece\u5b8f\u89c2\u89c6\u89d2\u51fa\u53d1\uff0c\u897f\u5ddd\u7684\u6c38\u7eed\u6027\u751f\u6001\u6539\u5584\u4ee5\u84dd\u7eff\u4ea4\u7ec7\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e3a\u76ee\u6807\u3002\u5728\u5168\u5c40\u5f00\u53d1\u7684\u6709\u5229\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0e\u5f00\u53d1\u4e1a\u8005\u7684\u5927\u529b\u652f\u6301\u4e0b\uff0c\u897f\u5ddd\u6709\u673a\u4f1a\u4ee5\u524d\u77bb\u6027\u7684\u601d\u7ef4\uff0c\u8003\u8651\u516c\u56ed\u7684\u6301\u7eed\u7ecf\u8425\u4e0e\u7ef4\u62a4\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u4fdd\u7559\u897f\u5ddd\u81ea\u7136\u8212\u9002\u7684\u6c14\u6c1b\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u66f4\u5177\u9b45\u529b\uff0c\u4e0e\u751f\u6d3b\u4f53\u9a8c\u4e1a\u6001\u6df1\u5ea6\u878d\u5408\u7684\u3010\u6cb3\u6ee8\u5ea6\u5047\u3011\u573a\u666f\uff0c\u8ba9\u897f\u5ddd\u516c\u56ed\u517c\u5177\u7efc\u5408\u6027\u793e\u533a\u670d\u52a1\u5c5e\u6027\uff0c\u501f\u6b64\u63d0\u5347\u533a\u57df\u4ef7\u503c\uff0c\u521b\u5efa\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u5faa\u73af\u3002<\/p>\n

From a macroscopic view, the sustainable ecological improvement of Xichuan aims at the overall ecological system intertwined with blue and green belts. With the favorable conditions for overall development and the strong support of developers, Xichuan has the opportunity to consider the continuous operation and maintenance of the park with a forward-looking mind. We will preserve the natural and comfortable atmosphere of Xichuan, and create a more attractive \u3010Riverside Vacation\u3011 scene that is deeply integrated with life experience business, to make Xichuan Park a comprehensive community service attribute, thereby enhancing regional value and creating a healthy business cycle.<\/p>\n

\u81ea\u7136\u6c38\u7eed\u7684\u751f\u6001\u73af\u5883 NATURAL\u00a0& SUSTAINABLE ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u85c9\u7531\u5bf9\u539f\u751f\u6c34\u8d28\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u9488\u5bf9\u6c61\u67d3\u6e90\u5236\u5b9a\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u51c0\u5316\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u5bf9\u4e0a\u6d41\u6c34\u6e90\u8fdb\u884c\u963b\u9694\u3001\u9759\u7f6e\u3001\u8fc7\u6ee4\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u6539\u53d8\u6e20\u9053\u5f62\u6001\u548c\u786c\u8d28\u57fa\u5e95\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u591a\u5b54\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u7528\u873f\u8712\u59ff\u6001\u51cf\u7f13\u6d41\u901f\u3002\u6700\u7ec8\uff0c\u897f\u5ddd\u6d41\u57df\u9762\u79ef\u6269\u5c55\u5230\u539f\u672c\u76845\u500d\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u5168\u6d41\u57df\u79cd\u690d\u6c34\u4e0b\u68ee\u6797\uff0c\u95f4\u9699\u6027\u5e03\u7f6e\u751f\u6001\u8df3\u5c9b\uff0c\u4e3a\u6c34\u6d41\u81ea\u51c0\u521b\u9020\u6761\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n

Based on the analysis of primary water quality, we designed sustainable purification measures directed at pollution sources. Firstly, the upstream water source is blocked, allowed to stand, and filtered. At the same time, the shape of the channel and the hard base are changed, and porous materials are used to slow down the flow rate with a meandering posture. Ultimately, the Xichuan River Basin area expanded to more than five times its original size. Underwater forests were planted throughout the watershed, and ecological islands were arranged intermittently to create conditions for the self-purification of the water.<\/p>\n
