\u5efa\u56fd\u95e89\u53f7\u9879\u76ee\u5730\u5904\u5317\u4eac\u5e02\u4e1c\u57ce\u533a\uff0c\u627f\u8f7d\u7740\u6d53\u539a\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u6587\u5316\u5e95\u8574\uff0c\u4e0e\u6545\u5bab\u76f8\u9694\u4ec53.6\u516c\u91cc\u3002\u9879\u76ee\u5728\u6b64\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u6b32\u6253\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u6d53\u836b\u906e\u853d\u7684\u9662\u843d\uff0c\u9694\u7edd\u5c18\u56a3\uff0c\u81ea\u6210\u4e00\u65b9\u5929\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n

HZS<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a”They say I live in a city, but I’m in the middle of a mountain.”<\/p>\n

Jianguomen 9 is located in the Dongcheng District of Beijing, carrying a strong historical and cultural heritage and only 3.6 kilometres away from the Forbidden City. Against this backdrop, the project aims to create a shaded courtyard, isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city, to create a world of its own.<\/p>\n

\u524d\u671f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u4e09\u79cd\u6982\u5ff5\u89e3\u9898\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u7b56\u7565\u4e00\uff1a\u8425\u9020\u6545\u5bab\u65c1\uff0c\u7eaf\u7cb9\u79c1\u5c5e\u6027\u7684\u79c1\u5bb6\u5ead\u9662\uff1b\u7b56\u7565\u4e8c\uff1a\u6253\u9020\u81ea\u7136\u3001\u81ea\u7531\u3001\u81ea\u5982\u7684\u7eff\u6d32\u5ea6\u5047\u4f1a\u6240\uff1b\u7b56\u7565\u4e09\uff1a\u6253\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u827a\u672f\u611f\u7684\u9662\u843d\u3002\u7efc\u5408\u8003\u8651\u5ba2\u7fa4\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u786e\u8ba4\u7b56\u7565\u4e00\u4e3a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u4ee5\u6b64\u6765\u6df1\u5316\u672c\u6848\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7406\u5ff5\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5927\u95e8\u957f\u7ea635\u7c73\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u5b89\u54e5\u62c9\u9ed1\u77f3\u6750\u548c\u7d2b\u94dc\u76f8\u4e92\u4ea4\u7ec7\uff0c\u5f70\u663e\u6df1\u9083\u548c\u5c0a\u8d35\u3002<\/p>\n

The initial design phase adopted three conceptual strategies for problem-solving. Strategy one aimed to create a purely private courtyard with a sense of the Forbidden City nearby. Strategy two focused on establishing a natural, free, and comfortable oasis resort. Strategy three aimed to create an artistic courtyard. Considering the demands of the target audience, strategy one was confirmed as the design direction, and the design concept of the project was further developed based on this strategy.<\/p>\n

The entrance gate stretches approximately 35 meters, combining Angolan black stone and copper intertwining to showcase depth and nobility.<\/p>\n

\u5927\u95e8\u5b9e\u884c\u9884\u7ea6\u8fdb\u5165\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u5185\u90e8\u8bbe\u6709\u4e09\u4e2aVIP\u505c\u8f66\u4f4d\u548c\u9152\u5e97\u63a5\u5f85\u533a\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u95e8\u5934\u91c7\u7528\u7cbe\u5de5\u94dc\u8d28\u7684\u9690\u5f62\u6ed1\u52a8\u95e8\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u517c\u5177\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u4e0e\u5ba1\u7f8e\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

The entrance gate operates under a reservation system and features three VIP parking spaces and a hotel reception area. Additionally, the entrance utilizes a meticulously crafted copper hidden sliding door design, which combines functionality and aesthetics.<\/p>\n

As the gate slowly opens, a small golden sculpture comes into view. Inspired by luxury brands, the sculpture features a black and gold color scheme, creating an exclusive sense of understated luxury for the venue, paying tribute to the haute couture quality of life.<\/p>\n

The light and shadow corridor draw inspiration from traditional Chinese culture and the art of bamboo weaving. The innovative use of materials incorporates purple copper, intertwining metal curtains with the texture of bamboo weaving. The design showcases simplicity and a tactile quality.<\/p>\n

The four seasons bring about four different scenes, with colorful Chinese pistachio trees captivating the eyes and exuding an ultimate sense of tranquility. At the same time, the lower level features scattered shrubs and moss landscaping, creating a free and diverse arrangement that remains vibrant and interesting even in winter.<\/p>\n
