As one of the top luxury residences in Nanjing, Nanjing Courtyard is located in the south of the old city, adjacent to the Qinhuai River, and has been a prosperous area of Jinling City since ancient times. Although named Nanjing Courtyard, it actually does not have a courtyard. As a villa project in the southern historical and cultural protection area, the overall building density is high, and the building height is limited, resulting in a two-story underground and two-story above ground building structure in Nanjing Courtyard. And the courtyard has also become the only outdoor space in Nanjing courtyard.<\/p>\n

\u5f97\u76ca\u4e8e\u9879\u76ee\u603b\u63a7\u65b9\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u6539\u9020\uff0c\u4f7f\u9879\u76ee\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u56db\u5904\u666f\u89c2\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4e00\u662f\u8d1f\u4e8c\u5c42\u7684\u91c7\u5149\u5929\u4e95\uff1b\u4e8c\u662f\u8d1f\u4e00\u5c42\u4e3b\u5ead\u9662\uff1b\u4e09\u662f\u4e00\u697c\u95e8\u5385\u5165\u6237\uff1b\u56db\u662f\u4e8c\u5c42\u4e3b\u5367\u7684\u9732\u53f0\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6700\u7ec8\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u539f\u672c\u6ca1\u6709\u9662\u5b50\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u624d\u6709\u4e86\u53d1\u6325\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u5149\u4e0e\u666f\u7684\u6709\u9650\u81ea\u7531\u3002<\/p>\n

Thanks to the architectural renovation by the project’s controlling party, the project has gained four landscape spaces, including a lighting courtyard on the negative second floor; The second is the main courtyard on the negative first floor; The third is the entrance hall on the first floor; The fourth is the terrace of the second floor master bedroom.<\/p>\n

In the end, in this project that originally did not have a yard, the landscape had space for expression, achieving limited freedom of light and scenery.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u5386\u65f6\u4e24\u5e74\u624d\u6700\u7ec8\u4ea4\u4ed8\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7ec8\u4e8e\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5728\u4ece\u4e1a\u751f\u6daf\u4e2d\u6700\u5c0f\u5c3a\u5ea6\u7684\u79c1\u5bb6\u5ead\u9662\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u62ff\u5230\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u521b\u4e1a\u4ee5\u6765\u6700\u6709\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u4e00\u5ea7\u5956\u676f\uff0c\u4e00\u5ea7\u7531\u4e1a\u4e3b\u4eb2\u81ea\u9881\u53d1\u7684\u5956\u676f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u5206\u4e3a\u56db\u5c42\uff0c\u5730\u4e0b\u4e8c\u5c42\u4e3b\u8981\u4f5c\u4e3a\u516c\u533a\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u5730\u9762\u4e8c\u5c42\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e1a\u4e3b\u7684\u8d77\u5c45\u548c\u513f\u7ae5\u623f\u53ca\u513f\u7ae5\u6d3b\u52a8\u7a7a\u95f4\u89c4\u5212\u3002<\/p>\n

The project took two years to finally deliver, and we have finally completed the smallest scale private courtyard project in our career. We have received the most meaningful trophy since our entrepreneurship, a trophy personally presented by the owner.<\/p>\n

The project is divided into four floors. The underground second floor is mainly used as a public area and functional space, while the ground second floor is used for the planning of the owner’s living space, children’s room, and children’s activity space.<\/p>\n

Negative second floor: This floor mainly consists of the garage, entrance hall, and some laundry room equipment rooms. There is a courtyard garden in the foyer, which is the first view into the house. To meet the lighting function of the courtyard, we hope to create a touch of greenery here. A warm and cozy place makes the home warm. We hope that the owner can see this warm and warm first sight after returning home.<\/p>\n

The noon sunlight can fall from the courtyard, and the warm evening lights will also illuminate the space. The light colored lychee surface and natural granite continue from the interior to the courtyard. The borderless design breaks the inherent interface relationship of the space, giving plants a pure background color, making the light warmer and the plants greener. Surrounded by rocks, plants form a natural growth pattern, with moss as the ground cover and shade tolerant ferns and sunflowers as the middle and upper floors, transforming the original courtyard into a warm and green display window.<\/p>\n

\u8d1f\u4e00\u5c42\u4f5c\u4e3a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u516c\u533a\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u5ba2\u5385\u3001\u9910\u5385\u3001\u53a8\u623f\u3001\u5065\u8eab\u623f\u56f4\u7ed520\u33a1\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5929\u4e95\u5ead\u9662\u5c55\u5f00\u3002\u5929\u4e95\u4e2d\u8bbe\u7f6e\u7684\u901a\u5f80\u4e00\u5c42\u697c\u68af\u6253\u7834\u4e86\u623f\u5b50\u539f\u6709\u7ed3\u6784\u53ca\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u9879\u76ee\u6539\u9020\u4e2d\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n

The basement serves as the public area for the project, with the living room, dining room, kitchen, and gym surrounding a 20 square meter central courtyard. The staircase set up in the courtyard leading to the first floor has broken the original structure and method of the house, and is also the most important part of the project renovation.<\/p>\n

From the perspective of the restaurant, the main courtyard landscape has three levels. The foreground features stone moss and mountain azaleas, while the middle view features flowing sculpture stones. The landscape wall blends with the background wall, and the stairs are hidden behind the wall.<\/p>\n

As the main courtyard of the project, we will open up the boundaries of the indoor and outdoor spaces, and large glass windows will blend and permeate the landscape and interior.<\/p>\n

\u6d41\u6c34\u88c5\u7f6e\u662f\u7531\u4e00\u5757\u6574\u77f3\u52a0\u5de5\u800c\u6210\uff0c\u7075\u611f\u6765\u81ea\u91ce\u53e3\u52c7\u7684\u96d5\u5851\u4f5c\u54c1\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6839\u636e\u7a7a\u95f4\u5f62\u6001\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8c03\u6574\u3002\u96d5\u5851\u77f3\u8ba9\u7a7a\u95f4\u589e\u6dfb\u827a\u672f\u6c14\u606f\uff0c\u6d41\u6c34\u5219\u7ed9\u9662\u5b50\u589e\u52a0\u7075\u52a8\u4e0e\u7f8e\u597d\u3002<\/p>\n

The flowing device is made of a whole stone, inspired by the sculpture of Yuki Noguchi, and adjusted according to the spatial form. Sculpture stones add an artistic atmosphere to the space, while flowing water adds agility and beauty to the courtyard.<\/p>\n
