We entered Greentown Spring Mansion and immersed ourselves in this world of tranquility and smoothness, feeling Ningbo’s unique gracefulness and astonishment. “When the sea is calm, the waves are peaceful”, just like the deep meaning of the naming of the Ningbo city, when the sea is calm, it is stable and prosperous. We hope that each resident in our community can deeply experience that peace and quiet here, and feel the comfort and beauty of autumn.<\/p>\n

\u4eff\u4f5b\u7f6e\u8eab\u4e8e\u83ab\u5948\u5927\u5e08\u753b\u7b14\u4e0b\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u98ce\u666f It’s like being in a natural landscape painted by Monet.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u8fdb\u5165\u8fd9\u6247\u95e8\uff0c\u4e00\u65b9\u5b9b\u5982\u79d8\u5883\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u5ead\u9662\u5448\u73b0\u4e8e\u773c\u524d\u3002\u7eff\u610f\u72b9\u5b58\uff0c\u6811\u53f6\u6e10\u9ec4\u3001\u6e10\u7ea2\uff0c\u4eff\u4f5b\u6253\u5f00\u4e86\u5927\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u8c03\u8272\u76d8\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cb\u9633\u7684\u6620\u5c04\u4e0b\uff0c\u663e\u5f97\u683c\u5916\u5149\u5f69\u593a\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n

Entering this door, a landscape courtyard like a secret place is presented in front of you. Green still exists, the leaves are yellowing and reddening, as if the palette of nature has been opened, and under the reflection of the sunshine in autumn, it looks particularly brilliant.<\/p>\n

The ground cover of the courtyard is fluffy and meandering with undulations, and the big arbor Sapium sebiferum has a unique shape, with a degree of relaxation, and the upper and lower layers complement each other, enclosing a beautiful landscape like a scroll in a mountainous landscape. Under the sunlight, the whole courtyard seems to be illuminated, appearing more vivid and bright, and at the same time adding a bit of mystery and romance.<\/p>\n

As the hour changed, the sunlight slowly poured into the corridor through the grille, creating cozy patches of light on the ground, and as the tree shadows moved with the wind, the light and shadows inside the corridor swayed with it. Here, time seems to stand still and space becomes infinite. The comfort and beauty of autumn are quietly blossoming in such details.<\/p>\n

PART 2 \u90a3\u6865 That Bridge<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u8f7b\u70df\u957f\u4e91 \u5c0f\u6865\u6d41\u6c34\u6620\u659c\u9633 Small Bridge and Flowing Water Reflects the Setting Sun<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201c\u6211\u5bb6\u5728\u6c5f\u5357\uff0c\u95e8\u524d\u7684\u5c0f\u6cb3\u7ed5\u7740\u9752\u5c71\u201d\uff0c\u6c5f\u5357\u8001\u4e00\u8f88\u4eba\u4f20\u5531\u7684\u8fd9\u9996\u300a\u6c5f\u5357\u4e4b\u604b\u300b\u6b4c\u9882\u7740\u4ed6\u4eec\u5bf9\u5bb6\u7684\u70ed\u60c5\u548c\u5bf9\u5927\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u70ed\u7231\u3002\u5728\u505a\u6625\u6708\u6c5f\u6f9c\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u591f\u5ef6\u7eed\u8fd9\u79cd\u5bb6\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u3002\u4e8e\u662f\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5f15\u4e00\u6c60\u6e05\u6c34\u5165\u56ed\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5c0f\u6865\u6765\u4e32\u8054\u5f52\u5bb6\u9053\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u5bfb\u5c71\u8fc7\u6865\u3001\u4f34\u6c34\u5f52\u5bb6\u7684\u60c5\u8da3\u3002<\/p>\n

“My home is in Jiangnan, the river in front of my door wraps around the green hills”, the song “Love in Jiangnan” sung by the old generation celebrates their passion for their home and love for nature. While designing the Spring Mansion, we wanted to keep this relationship between home and nature. Therefore, we introduced a pool of clear water into the garden, and connected the path to home through a small bridge, creating the interest of searching for the hills and crossing the bridge, and returning home with the water.<\/p>\n

The small bridge as a flatboat on both sides of the water lightly, its elegant, refreshing temperament in the fall is gentler. In the afterglow of a setting sun, it will also become a bright landscape when people step on the small bridge.<\/p>\n

On both sides of the homecoming path, we have implanted hills and forests stacked with water, the sound of gurgling water and the chirping of birds intertwine to create a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We hope that people can enjoy a quiet time here, whether they are playing in the water, watching the flowers, or sitting down for a rest.<\/p>\n

\u5eca\u4e4b\u4e8e\u6c5f\u5357\uff0c\u603b\u6709\u8bf4\u4e0d\u5c3d\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\uff0c\u66f2\u5f84\u901a\u5e7d\u3001\u6c34\u5929\u4e00\u8272\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u7740\u6d53\u539a\u7684\u6587\u5316\u5e95\u8574\u3002\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u8fd9\u4e2a\u73b0\u4ee3\u793e\u533a\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u892a\u53bb\u4e86\u4f20\u7edf\u5eca\u67b6\u7684\u539a\u91cd\uff0c\u7559\u4e0b\u4e86\u4e0e\u6c34\u7684\u5bf9\u8bdd\u3002<\/p>\n

The porch in Jiangnan has endless stories, winding paths, water and sky, and a strong cultural heritage. In this modern community, we shed the heaviness of the traditional porch and leave behind a dialog with the water.<\/p>\n

Leaning on the porch to listen to the wind and ripples, the porch and the water reflect each other, the water and the wood are intermingled, everything is so calm and quiet. A touch of red and orange on the leaves in the late fall and a beam of sunset in the sky bring us unlimited reverie. We believe when people walk here, or meet guests and rest under the porch, can experience the unique flavor and poetry of autumn in Jiangnan.<\/p>\n

The entire atrium area of the community is a long, narrow strip site, and at the opposite end, we have designed a porch that echoes the same design. We purposely reduced the scope of the water feature around the porch, and a lawn is instead used to simulate a static water surface, which creates a dynamic and static situation together with the water surface which is at the opposite end. It satisfies different needs for viewing as well as needs for activities.<\/p>\n

Ningbo Greentown Spring Mansion is the second step of our theme product. At the end of November, we went into the Spring Mansion to feel the peace, quiet and comfort in this community, and experience the late autumn rhythm in the Jiangnan region. We recorded this because we know that this beautiful season and quiet life is an autumn peace that everyone aspires to.<\/p>\n
