The office project in Cam Lam – Khanh Hoa, located in Central Vietnam, is approximately 10 km north of Cam Ranh International Airport. According to the investor’s requirements, the project is planned into two main areas: one is a flexible workspace for employees and reception area, and the other is a Model House space, providing customers with a deeper experience of living space, complete with amenities from bedrooms, kitchens, dining areas to bathrooms, aiming to provide the best experience in space and interior for the company’s customers.<\/p>\n

\u4f4d\u4e8e\u73b0\u6709\u5730\u5757\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u4e00\u68f5\u5927\u8292\u679c\u6811\u88ab\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u4e0b\u6765\uff0c\u5728\u9879\u76ee\u5185\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u5c06\u529e\u516c\u533a\u548c\u6837\u677f\u623f\u533a\u4e24\u4e2a\u4e3b\u8981\u7a7a\u95f4\u5212\u5206\u5f00\u6765\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4f4d\u7f6e\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u5bb9\u91cf\u8fbe 30 \u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u5730\u4e0b\u84c4\u6c34\u6c60\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u6536\u96c6\u5c4b\u9876\u7684\u96e8\u6c34\u3002\u96e8\u6c34\u6c60\u8fd8\u4e0e\u524d\u9662\u7684\u9c7c\u6c60\u76f8\u8fde\uff0c\u9c7c\u6c60\u4e2d\u7684\u9c7c\u7c7b\u548c\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u7684\u6392\u6cc4\u7269\u7ecf\u8fc7\u8fc7\u6ee4\u540e\uff0c\u4e0e\u81ea\u52a8\u704c\u6e89\u6c34\u6cf5\u7cfb\u7edf\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u4e3a\u5c4b\u9876\u548c\u9879\u76ee\u5468\u8fb9\u82b1\u56ed\u7684\u7eff\u5316\u6c34\u7bb1\u4f9b\u6c34\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5f62\u6210\u8d44\u6e90\u518d\u751f\u548c\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u5faa\u73af\u3002<\/p>\n

A large mango tree at the central position of the current land plot was preserved instead of being cut down, with the mango tree retained to create a garden within the project, dividing the two main spaces: the office block and the Model House block. Also, at this location, there is an underground water reservoir with a capacity of up to 30 cubic meters, used to collect rainwater from the roof during rainy days. Moreover, rainwater is connected to a fish pond in the front yard where waste from fish and microorganisms is filtered, combined with an automatic irrigation pump system to supply water to greenery tanks on the roof and throughout the project’s surrounding garden, creating a cycle of regeneration and water resource conservation.<\/p>\n

Greenery is arranged throughout the spaces, with greenery tanks placed on the roof, not only creating a cool atmosphere for the space below but also combined with a system of ventilation slots and large glass doors to eliminate the need for air conditioning, even on hot days.<\/p>\n
