\u5927\u7586\u5929\u7a7a\u4e4b\u57ce\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u6df1\u5733\u5e02\u5357\u5c71\u533a\u7559\u4ed9\u6d1e\uff0c\u5360\u5730\u9762\u79ef1.76\u4e07\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u7531\u82f1\u56fd\u798f\u65af\u7279\u5efa\u7b51\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\uff08Foster + Partners)\u8d1f\u8d23\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u7531\u4e94\u8d1d\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff08W & B Design\uff09\u7ed3\u5408\u798f\u65af\u7279\u65e9\u671f\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u8fdb\u884c\u65b9\u6848\u6df1\u5316\u53ca\u65bd\u5de5\u56fe\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u5e76\u548c\u5927\u7586\u56e2\u961f\u5171\u540c\u76d1\u7763\u5b8c\u6210\u666f\u89c2\u5efa\u8bbe\u5168\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n

DJI Sky City project is located in Liuxiandong, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China, covering an area of 17,600 square meters. The building was designed by Foster + Partners, a British architectural, engineering and integrated design practice. The landscape was designed by W & B Design, \u00a0which, combined with Foster + Partners\u2019 early concepts, developed the landscape design concepts and construction drawings and supervised the landscape construction process\u00a0together with DJI team.<\/p>\n

DJI Sky Cityt consists of municipal greening, ground\u00a0level\u00a0landscape square and main entrance\u00a0garden, rooftop\u00a0landscape garden of the podium building, indoor lobby areas, and 13 outdoor “Sky Gardens”\u00a0in total\u00a0from the middle floor to the top floor. The \u201cSky Gardens”\u00a0comprise different landscape spaces with varying functions and characteristics.<\/p>\n

\u4e94\u8d1d\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u7684\u51fa\u53d1\u70b9\u662f\u7ed3\u5408\u5927\u7586\u7684\u521b\u65b0\u57fa\u56e0\u3001\u798f\u65af\u7279\u9ad8\u6280\u6d3e\u7684\u60ac\u6d6e\u53ca\u7ebf\u6027\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7279\u8272\uff0c\u53cd\u590d\u63a8\u6572\u4eba\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u5728\u9ad8\u7a7a\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u7a7a\u95f4\u4ea4\u6d41\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e8c\u7ef4\u5e73\u9762\u3001\u4e09\u7ef4\u7a7a\u95f4\u548c\u4eba\u7684\u53c2\u4e0e\u6784\u6210\u7684\u6709\u673a\u4f53\u666f\u89c2\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u63a2\u7d22\u5e76\u843d\u5730\u4e86\u5404\u79cd\u751f\u6001\u5316\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

The starting point for W\u00a0&\u00a0B Design was to combine the innovative gene of DJI\u00a0with the suspended pod style architectural characteristics of the Foster + Partners\u2019 high-tech buildings.\u00a0Enhancing \u00a0communication experiences of unique spaces at\u00a0high altitudes\u00a0between human and nature, and finally realiising an organic landscape system integrated by the two-dimensional plane, three-dimensional space and human participation. Possibilities of various ecological design solutions were\u00a0explored and implemented.<\/p>\n

\u6700\u7ec8\u4e00\u5ea7\u6311\u6218\u5730\u7403\u91cd\u529b\u7684\u5de8\u578b\u60ac\u6d6e\u73bb\u7483\u5757\u4f53\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u5728\u57ce\u5e02\u8109\u7edc\u5171\u751f\u4e00\u4f53\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u5927\u5730\u4e2d\u751f\u957f\u800c\u51fa\uff0c\u5f62\u62101.5\u500d\u4e8e\u9879\u76ee\u5360\u5730\u9762\u79ef\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u7eff\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u628a\u5927\u697c\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u3001\u81ea\u7136\u3001\u628a\u4eba\u4e0e\u5929\u7a7a\u3001\u628a\u56db\u5b63\u4e0e\u690d\u7269\u82b1\u5349\u878d\u5408\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\uff0c\u6784\u6210\u4e86\u7406\u60f3\u4e2d\u7684\u672a\u6765\u5929\u7a7a\u4e4b\u57ce\u3002<\/p>\n

The result: a breathtaking, elegant twin tower building, with glass pods apparently defying gravity, grows in the green earth\u00a0living with the city of Shenzhen. A\u00a0landscape greening system which is 1.5 times larger than the occupied\u00a0land area of the project.\u00a0 integrating it with the city, nature, people with the sky, the four seasons with plants and flowers. Then,\u00a0an\u00a0ideal future sky city\u00a0finally emerges.<\/p>\n

\u5927\u7586\u5929\u7a7a\u4e4b\u57ce\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u7a7a\u95f4\u6570\u91cf\u591a\u4e14\u7cbe\u81f4\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u5e02\u653f\u7eff\u5316\u5e26\u3001\u9996\u5c42\u5e7f\u573a\u3001\u88d9\u623f\u5c4b\u9876\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u5404\u533a\u57df13\u4e2a\u5ba4\u5916\u5929\u7a7a\u82b1\u56ed\u6709\u5e8f\u5206\u5e03\u5728\u4e1c\u897f\u4e24\u680b\u5854\u697c\u7684\u60ac\u6311\u73bb\u7483\u4f53\u5757\u4e4b\u4e0a\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u548c\u5927\u7586\u4e00\u8d77\u53cd\u590d\u6253\u78e8\u3001\u591a\u4e13\u4e1a\u7684\u65bd\u5de5\u7ec6\u8282\u89e3\u51b3\u4e86\u690d\u7269\u9009\u62e9\u3001\u56fa\u5b9a\u3001\u627f\u91cd\u7b49\u96be\u9898\u3002 \u4ece\u666f\u89c2\u6982\u5ff5\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u98a0\u8986\u3001\u91cd\u5851\u5230\u6df1\u5316\u843d\u5730\uff0c\u5728\u5927\u7586\u4e0e\u4e94\u8d1d\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\uff0c\u4ee5\u5320\u4eba\u4e4b\u5fc3\u548c\u4e0d\u65ad\u6253\u78e8\u4e4b\u4e0b\u6700\u7ec8\u5f97\u4ee5\u5b8c\u7f8e\u5448\u73b0\u3002<\/p>\n

The number of landscape spaces in DJI Sky City is prolific. In addition to the municipal greening\u00a0belt, the ground square and the roof garden of podium\u00a0building, the\u00a0thirteen outdoor sky gardens in various other areas are arranged in an orderly manner on top of the overhanging glass pods of the east and west towers. The difficult problems of high level\u00a0plant selection, water supply, drainage, fixing and load-bearing were\u00a0solved by repeatedly considering the multi-engineering\u00a0construction details together with the designers and DJI\u00a0team. From the reconsidering and reshaping of the landscape concept schemes to the developed\u00a0design\u00a0and implementation, DJI and W & B Design, with the heart of an artisan, brought the inspired vision to life.<\/p>\n

The landscape and the building are harmoniously blended, and the glass pods on the main steel structure are vibrant and wild because of the plants in the “sky gardens”. The functional landscape areas of DJI Sky City are divided into: reception space, exhibition space, fun space and other public spaces. The landscape design of different areas shows the beauty of modern, simple and natural space features.<\/p>\n

The podium building on the south side is integrated with the natural extension of urban greenbelt, which creates\u00a0the podium roof square as\u00a0a respect and gift\u00a0to the city.\u00a0It\u00a0not only meets the needs of office and urban passage, but also combines the landscape\u00a0with\u00a0the pod style architecture. The artistic aesthetic pursuit for simplicity, introversion, ecology and nature\u00a0is presented, with the vertical tree shapes, the most introverted and lightly-luxurious paving detail language, and the delicate night lighting.<\/p>\n
