Studio Arthur Casas<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8fd9\u680b\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5df4\u897f\u5723\u4fdd\u7f57 Pacaembu \u793e\u533a\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u662f\u4e3a\u4e00\u5bf9\u592b\u5987\u800c\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u610f\u5728\u5c06\u5176\u6253\u9020\u6210\u4e3a\u4e0e\u5bb6\u4eba\u670b\u53cb\u805a\u4f1a\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5bb9\u7eb3\u4e0b\u4e00\u5957\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u4f11\u95f2\u5a31\u4e50\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n

The project is organized between two streets, whose slope is 7 meters apart. The\u00a0terrain slope is solved by connecting the levels by stairs and elevator. This\u00a0topographical situation made it possible to take advantage of the view of the\u00a0residential and wooded neighborhood as a starting point for the layout of the\u00a0program. Another advantage was the discretion of the house when seen from the\u00a0street: despite being large in area, it does not seem grandiose due to its location on\u00a0the land and its surrounding landscaping, which resembles a native forest.<\/p>\n

\u4e00\u5c42\u662f\u4e0e\u82b1\u56ed\u548c\u9c7c\u6c60\u76f8\u8fde\u7684\u7f8e\u98df\u533a\uff1b\u4e8c\u5c42\u662f\u5ba2\u5385\u3001\u9910\u5385\u3001\u58c1\u7089\u7a7a\u95f4\u548c\u96ea\u8304\u50a8\u85cf\u5ba4\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u793e\u4ea4\u533a\u57df\u4e0e\u5e26\u6709\u6cf3\u6c60\u7684\u6237\u5916\u9633\u53f0\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\uff1b\u4e09\u5c42\u662f\u5367\u5ba4\u548c\u79c1\u4eba\u5367\u623f\u3002<\/p>\n

On the ground floor are the living room, dining room, space for a fireplace and cigar\u00a0store – the social areas being integrated into the veranda with the swimming pool;\u00a0on a lower level, there is the gourmet area, which is connected to the garden and\u00a0the lake with fishes; and on the upper level, there are bedrooms and a intimate\u00a0bedroom.<\/p>\n

In the swimming pool area, illuminated planes covered by glass make up the floor,\u00a0announcing through transparency what happens underground. There, a corridor\u00a0surrounded by cyclopean concrete walls, molded in loco with stones, gains natural\u00a0light through strategically placed skylights. Access is possible by a staircase located\u00a0in the living and dining area, which gives access to the tunnel and has as its final\u00a0destination the gourmet space and garden with a lake. On the roof, solar panels are\u00a0placed next to a green roof, keeping in mind the sustainability of the project.<\/p>\n

The finishes and coatings have a neutral palette with shades of sand variation. The\u00a0combination of made in loco concrete and wood stands out as a design element.\u00a0The cyclopean concrete, seen on the fa\u00e7ade and on the internal coatings, was\u00a0molded in loco with stones, a challenge in the execution of the project, since\u00a0several prototypes were necessary until, finally, reaching the ideal pigmentation and\u00a0the allocation of the stones, placed one by one. , like rubber stamps on cement.\u00a0As for the wood used in the execution of the fa\u00e7ade’s overhead doors, due to the\u00a0large overhang, they demanded equal attention during execution, in order to\u00a0guarantee a broad look of the concrete front.<\/p>\n

The lighting is indirect, seeking to have as few points as possible on the ceiling, and\u00a0the entrance of natural light, quite abundant. The light and shadow game is noticed\u00a0right at the double-height entrance, where a huge angled cutout in the ceiling\u00a0creates a scenographic effect due to the penetration of the sun’s rays.<\/p>\n

The interior project had great support and participation from the clients. It is made\u00a0up of elements in tones similar to the rustic stone and wood finishes, but marked by\u00a0green and orange marble details. The composition of the materiality of the furniture\u00a0features natural linen, leather, suede, boucl\u00e9-type cotton fabrics and wool – all in\u00a0more sober tones, leaving the highlight for some points of natural stone in\u00a0terracotta tone, and some pieces in dark green tones.<\/p>\n

The choice of furniture blends vintage pieces, such as the pair of Tonico armchairs,\u00a0by Sergio Rodrigues, and contemporary pieces signed by Arthur Casas, such as the\u00a0Fusca sofas and the Copacabana sideboard. Are also integrated other pieces\u00a0designed by the architect, such as the Tiles coffee tables, the Pist\u00e3o side tables, the\u00a0Jet Set armchair, the Max dining chairs, the Pan Am sofa, the Ettore side table, the\u00a0Grampo lamps, the Jaky table with director chairs and Lurdes desk. Casas also\u00a0designed a pair of bedside tables especially for the project, as well as lamps and\u00a0other items.<\/p>\n
