Buildings inside the block are surrounded by a park, in interaction with the greenery due to their variable heights and floor plans. In terms of content, it will unite several typologies: housing, business premises and an urban park.<\/p>\n

The project is located in a down town block in Zagreb, near the railway, bounded by Branimirova, Bornina, Domagojeva and Erd\u00f6dyeva Streets. It is the area of the residential and industrial block of the former Nada Dimi\u0107 factory and Penkala factory. Since the factories closure in the 1990s, the buildings in the zone between the two streets have deteriorated and have been removed. This created a large empty space in the very center of the city, which enabled high-quality urban-architectural intervention.<\/p>\n

\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9\u8428\u683c\u52d2\u5e03\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u4e0b\u57ce\u8857\u533a\u3001\u4e00\u76f4\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e\u8857\u533a\u4e2d\u7684\u516c\u5171\u901a\u9053\u3001\u9ad8\u697c\u548c\u8857\u533a\u5185\u7684\u516c\u56ed\u8fdb\u884c\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u57ce\u5e02\u8857\u533a\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u4ece\u8428\u683c\u52d2\u5e03\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8857\u533a\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u7279\u5f81\u4e0a\u83b7\u5f97\u7075\u611f\uff0c\u5728\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4f18\u8d28\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u751f\u6d3b\u3001\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u548c\u6587\u5316\u673a\u4f1a\u3002\u6700\u7ec8\u6784\u5efa\u8d77\u4e00\u4e2a\u5305\u542b\u4f4f\u623f\u3001\u5546\u573a\u548c\u4f11\u95f2\u533a\u7b49\u5404\u79cd\u4e1a\u6001\u4e00\u5e94\u4ff1\u5168\u7684\u8857\u533a\u751f\u6001\u3002<\/p>\n

The analysis of Zagreb\u2019s tradition of lower town blocks, public passages that are always present in them, tall buildings and parks within the blocks has resulted in the concept of a new green urban block. The quality of Zagreb\u2019s downtown block structure, which inspired the project, enables quality urban life, unique lifestyle and cultural opportunities within a high urban density. It is an area where various typologies are present – housing, commercial premises and recreation areas.<\/p>\n

\u8857\u533a\u88ab Branimirova \u8857\u548c Bornina \u8857\u4ece\u5357\u5317\u65b9\u5411\u7a7f\u63d2\u73af\u7ed5\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7a7f\u63d2\u7684\u9053\u8def\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e24\u6761\u8857\u9053\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u4eba\u884c\u8fde\u63a5\u3002<\/p>\n

\u65b0\u8857\u533a\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u4fdd\u8bc1\u4e24\u6761\u8857\u9053\u7684\u4eba\u884c\u8fde\u63a5\uff0c\u4f7f\u57ce\u5e02\u548c\u8857\u533a\u4e4b\u95f4\u62e5\u6709\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u89c6\u91ce\u548c\u6d41\u7545\u7684\u901a\u9053\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5728\u8857\u533a\u5185\u6253\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u7684\u5927\u578b\u7eff\u5730\u2014\u2014\u57ce\u5e02\u516c\u56ed\u3002\u5c06\u516c\u56ed\u5f15\u5165\u8857\u533a\u5185\u90e8\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u8857\u533a\u5185\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u8d28\u91cf\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u5347\u5468\u8fb9\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u73af\u5883\u8d28\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n

The block is surrounded from the south and north by classic interpolations on Branimirova and Bornina streets, through which the pedestrian connection between the two streets is realized.<\/p>\n

The basic idea of the new block is the pedestrian connection of two streets, clear visibility and access to the city and the block, the creation of a new large green area – an urban park inside the block. The introduction of the park into the interior raises the quality of housing not only for the residents within the block, but also for the surrounding buildings.<\/p>\n

\u200b\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u4e86\u591a\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u7c7b\u578b\u3002\u5728\u5b89\u9759\u7684\u8857\u533a\u5185\uff0c\u6709\u4e00\u6392\u5e26\u524d\u82b1\u56ed\u7684\u4e24\u5c42\u623f\u5c4b\uff08\u5373\u8054\u6392\u522b\u5885\uff09\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8ba9\u4eba\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u4eb2\u5bc6\u63a5\u89e6\u7684\u9ad8\u54c1\u8d28\u751f\u6d3b\u73af\u5883\uff1b\u5e26\u5927\u9732\u53f0\u7684\u516c\u5bd3\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u5347\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u6237\u5916\u751f\u6d3b\u8d28\u91cf\uff1b\u8fd8\u6709\u5e26\u5927\u51c9\u5eca\u7684\u516c\u5bd3\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fef\u77b0\u57ce\u5e02\u666f\u8272\uff1b\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f4d\u4e8e\u9876\u5c42\u6709\u7740\u6700\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u7684\u516c\u5bd3\uff0c\u5176\u5c4b\u9876\u7684\u9732\u53f0\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fef\u77b0\u6574\u4e2a\u8428\u683c\u52d2\u5e03\u5e02\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u98ce\u5149\u3002<\/p>\n

The project includes several different housing typologies. Two-story houses in a row with a front garden (the so-called townhouse) in the quiet interior of the block allow a very high-quality life in contact with the terrain. There are also apartments with larger terraces that increase the quality of life outdoors, apartments with large loggias, overlooking the city, and the largest apartments on the top floor, with terraces and a view of the whole of Zagreb.<\/p>\n

\u5efa\u7b51\u5468\u8fb9\u548c\u7acb\u9762\u4e0a\u4ee5\u5782\u76f4\u516c\u56ed\u5f62\u5f0f\u5448\u73b0\u7684\u5927\u91cf\u7eff\u5316\u4e3a\u4f4f\u6237\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7279\u8272\u3002<\/p>\n

The exceptional quantity of greenery present in the surroundings and on the fa\u00e7ade in the form of a vertical park, provides a unique experience of living and is the main feature of this project.<\/p>\n

The many plants in the surroundings, on green roofs and numerous jardini\u00e8res on all levels of the building, with a watering and drainage system, offer a special sight and experience and create a unique green oasis for living in. All the jardini\u00e8res (over 500 pieces) were designed and made as unique products for this project.<\/p>\n

The sustainability of the greenery is ensured by a horticultural project and the application of innovative technical solutions. The plants, that are considered a part of the environment and the fa\u00e7ade, are cared for by the investor\u2019s facility management company, in order to keep them in their best condition throughout the lifetime of the building.<\/p>\n

There was a total of 57,000 seedlings of various plants planted within the project.<\/p>\n
