NOMO STUDIO<\/span><\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8fd9\u5ea7\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u5ea6\u5047\u522b\u5885\u7531\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u77e9\u5f62\u4f53\u91cf\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5730\u5757\u7a7a\u95f4\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u4f46\u5e73\u9762\u4e0a\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u5374\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u4e00\u79cd\u52a8\u6001\u7f8e\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

NOMO STUDIO<\/span><\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThis Spanish vacation home is composed by simple rectangle volumes shifted in plan to create a dynamic aesthetic despite the limited space of the plot.<\/p>\n

\u8fde\u7eed\u7684\u7a97\u6237\u5f00\u53e3\u5207\u5272\u4e86\u51f9\u69fd\u5f0f\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u5899\u9762\uff0c\u5c06\u8fd9\u5ea7\u522b\u5885\u5851\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u5b9e\u4f53\u4e0e\u73bb\u7483\u5206\u5c42\u4ea4\u66ff\u7684\u6761\u7eb9\u7ec4\u5408\u3002\u7acb\u9762\u4e0a\u7684\u51f9\u69fd\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u780c\u5757\u7684\u539a\u91cd\u611f\u4e0e\u5468\u56f4 360\u00ba \u7684\u73bb\u7483\u5e26\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u91cd\u529b\u77db\u76fe\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Fluted\u00a0concrete\u00a0walls sliced by\u00a0continuous window openings define this villa as a combination of horizontal stripes alternating solid and glass. The heaviness of the grooved concrete block used in the fa\u00e7ade generates a gravity tension with the 360\u00ba surrounding glazed bands.<\/p>\n

\u65e5\u95f4\u533a\u57df\u901a\u5411\u4e00\u4e2a\u9ad8\u67b6\u9732\u53f0\uff0c\u9732\u53f0\u5ef6\u4f38\u81f3\u4e00\u4e2a\u6ea2\u51fa\u5f0f\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u90fd\u4f4d\u4e8e\u9876\u5c42\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u8bc1\u62e5\u6709\u6700\u4f73\u7684\u6d77\u666f\u3002\u8fde\u7eed\u7684\u7a97\u6237\u786e\u4fdd\u4e86\u56db\u9762\u516b\u65b9\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u548c\u5145\u8db3\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u5149\u7ebf\u3002\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0b\u6c89\u5f0f\u5929\u4e95\u88ab\u5f15\u5165\u5730\u4e0b\u5ba4\uff0c\u4e3a\u8fd9\u5ea7\u4e09\u5c42\u5efa\u7b51\u5185\u7684\u6240\u6709\u7a7a\u95f4\u90fd\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u5145\u8db3\u7684\u5149\u7ebf\u548c\u901a\u98ce\u3002\u4e00\u90e8\u5916\u697c\u68af\u901a\u5411\u5c4b\u9876\u7684\u65e5\u5149\u6d74\u5ba4\uff0c\u5c06\u5730\u4e2d\u6d77\u7684\u7f8e\u666f\u5c3d\u6536\u773c\u5e95\u3002<\/p>\n

The day area opens up to an elevated terrace that extends into a spill-over pool, all located on the top floor in order to guarantee the best sea views. Continuous windows ensure views in all directions and plenty of natural light. A sunken patio was introduced in the basement to bring abundant light and ventilation to all three storeys. Finally, an outer stair leads to a roof top solarium that unveils panoramic views on the Mediterranean.<\/p>\n

\u6d74\u5ba4\u548c\u53a8\u623f\u94fa\u8bbe\u4e86\u7c97\u78e8\u7684\u767d\u8272\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u5730\u677f\u548c\u77f3\u7070\u77f3\u53f0\u9636\uff0c\u642d\u914d\u7b80\u6d01\u7684\u767d\u8272\u5899\u58c1\u548c\u5361\u5176\u7c73\u8272\u5fae\u6c34\u6ce5\u3002\u8863\u67dc\u548c\u6d74\u5ba4\u5bb6\u5177\u7b49\u5d4c\u5165\u5f0f\u50a8\u7269\u67dc\u7531 NOMO STUDIO \u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u5e76\u7531\u624b\u5de5\u5236\u4f5c\u7684\u9f20\u5c3e\u8349\u548c\u6d45\u677e\u6728\u5236\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n

Roughly-polished white concrete flooring and travertine steps combine with simple white walls and khaki-beige micro-cement in bathrooms and kitchen.Built-in storage such as wardrobes and bathroom furniture were designed by NOMO STUDIO featuring artisanal ratan and light pine wood carpentry.<\/p>\n

\u660e\u4eae\u7684\u6728\u8d28\u7ec6\u8282\uff0c\u5982\u5de8\u578b\u6276\u624b\u548c\u6df1\u5ea6\u96c6\u6210\u7684\u95e8\u9636\uff0c\u4e3a\u6d77\u6ee9\u822c\u901a\u98ce\u7684\u5ba4\u5185\u7a7a\u95f4\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u6e29\u6696\u3002\u4e0e\u4e4b\u5f62\u6210\u9c9c\u660e\u5bf9\u6bd4\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u522b\u5885\u5916\u90e8\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u6df1\u8272\u7684\u8346\u6761\u5929\u82b1\u677f\u548c\u67da\u6728\u5236\u54c1\uff0c\u7ed9\u4eba\u4e00\u79cd\u7d20\u96c5\u7684\u54c1\u8d28\u3002<\/p>\n

Bright wooden details such as massive handrails and deep integrated doorsteps bring warmth to the beach-like airy interiors. In contrast, the exteriors feature darker wattle ceilings and teak carpentry providing the villa with a sense of sober elegance and quality in its materials.<\/p>\n
