Pubang Design<\/strong><\/a>: This case is located within the business district of Panyu Wanbo Center, with commercial land surrounding the square as the main feature. <\/span> Situated within the half-hour living circle of Guangzhou’s urban area, it is poised to develop into the fourth largest commercial district in South China.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sihai City, belonging to Sihai Group, breathes new vitality into the ship-wood culture. Emphasizing the continuation and inheritance of culture is one of the biggest differences between Sihai City and traditional commercial squares. The design incorporates traditional elements such as ship-wood culture to narrate the memories of time.<\/span><\/p>\n

How can a commercial square break through tradition and achieve maximum openness? <\/span> The landscape is divided into East Square and West Square, both adopting sunken open-space design. <\/span> The semi-mountainous terrain of the East Square is more flexible, creating a tiered “sky garden” to maximize outdoor space on each level.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the initial design phase, we enriched the landscape space with diverse design, aiming to showcase colorful project features. <\/span> However, we realized at this point whether the project site lacks self-development space and whether it cannot provide sufficient space for commercial activities. <\/span> Ultimately, we decided to simplify things and start from the actual site, allowing commercial land to maximize its own value.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u56db\u6d77\u57ce\u5efa\u7b51\u4ee5\u67d4\u8f6f\u66f2\u7ebf\u4e3a\u4e3b\uff0c\u8ba9\u7a7a\u95f4\u67d4\u7f8e\u4e14\u5177\u6709\u97f5\u5f8b\u611f\u3002\u5728\u666f\u89c2\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u65f1\u55b7\u3001\u6811\u6c60\u7b49\u8bbe\u8ba1\u91c7\u7528\u66f2\u7ebf\u9020\u578b\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u666f\u89c2\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u548c\u8c10\u4e4b\u7f8e\u3002<\/p>\n

Here, the square is planted with many palm trees, kapok trees, phoenix trees, and other green plants. <\/span> The sunlight filters through the green leaves, turning into flickering halos on people’s bodies, forgetting the troubles of steel and cement, and enjoying the gifts of nature. <\/span><\/p>\n
