CO-LAB Design Office<\/span><\/strong><\/a>\uff1aCasa Tepui was designed as a vacation home for a Venezuelan\/Mexican couple who love traveling, cooking, and working from home. Nestled in the existing tree canopy, the living area is elevated one level above the ground, providing the qualities of a tree house while delivering the comforts of a modern home.<\/p>\n

Sliding wooden windows pocket into the walls on three sides, allowing gentle breezes to pass through the space. Wraparound planters with aromatic herbs supply the kitchen with fresh ingredients and perfume the space with scented breezes throughout the day. Banana and papaya trees planted below the elevated living area windows allow fruits to be watched over and picked from the crowns of the trees directly where they grow.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u5ea6\u5047\u5c4b\u7684\u7075\u611f\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e Tepuis\uff08\u7279\u666e\u4f0a\u5c71\uff0c\u662f\u5728\u5357\u7f8e\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u59d4\u5185\u745e\u62c9\u548c\u572d\u4e9a\u90a3\u897f\u90e8\u53d1\u73b0\u7684\u53f0\u5f0f\u5c71\u8109\u6216\u53f0\u5730\uff09\uff0c\u5728\u59d4\u5185\u745e\u62c9\u4e1c\u5357\u90e8\u7684\u571f\u8457\u8bed\u8a00\u4e2d\uff0c\u5b83\u610f\u4e3a \u201c\u4f17\u795e\u4e4b\u5bb6\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u672c\u6848\u4e2d\uff0c\u67b6\u7a7a\u7684\u8d77\u5c45\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e3a\u4e1a\u4e3b\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u90c1\u90c1\u8471\u8471\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u80cc\u666f\uff0c\u4f9b\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u6b64\u6d88\u78e8\u6f2b\u957f\u65f6\u5149\u3002\u5728\u4e00\u697c\uff0c\u53a8\u623f\u3001\u9910\u5385\u548c\u5ba2\u5385\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\uff0c\u4e0e\u9ad8\u67b6\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u548c\u9732\u53f0\u8fde\u901a\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u540c\u5c42\u8fd8\u8bbe\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0d\u5927\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u529e\u516c\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u592b\u59bb\u4e8c\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u95f4\u9699\u5230\u6cf3\u6c60\u4e2d\u7545\u6e38\uff0c\u653e\u677e\u8eab\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n

The inspiration for this villa comes from tepuis – flat table top mountains – meaning \u201chouse of the gods\u201d in the indigenous language of southeastern Venezuela.<\/p>\n

In this case the elevated living space provides the owners with a lush green backdrop to the space they spend most of their time in. On the 1st floor, the kitchen, dining and living room merge in one elongated space that opens to an elevated swimming pool and terrace. A modest home office space on this level allows the couple to refresh themselves with a dip in the pool on work breaks.<\/p>\n

\u4e00\u697c\u6709 3 \u95f4\u5957\u623f\u5367\u5ba4\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u901a\u5411\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u82b1\u56ed\u548c\u9732\u53f0\u3002\u9876\u5c42\u8bbe\u6709\u70e7\u70e4\u67b6\u3001\u9910\u684c\u3001\u6309\u6469\u6d74\u7f38\u548c\u5145\u5bbd\u655e\u7684\u4f11\u606f\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u662f\u4e0e\u670b\u53cb\u4e00\u8d77\u5c0f\u805a\u3001\u70e7\u70e4\uff0c\u6b23\u8d4f\u56fe\u5362\u59c6\u7684\u65e5\u843d\u4e0e\u661f\u7a7a\uff0c\u6216\u5728\u52a0\u52d2\u6bd4\u6d77\u5cb8\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u7f8e\u666f\u4e2d\u4eab\u53d7\u7f8e\u98df\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u4e4b\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n

On the ground floor, 3 en-suite bedrooms open to their own private gardens and terraces. The roof top features a barbecue and dining table, a jacuzzi, and ample lounging options for enjoying Tulum\u2019s sunsets and starry nights while barbecuing with friends or enjoying your favorite drink surrounded by the Caribbean\u2019s natural beauty.<\/p>\n

The use of neutral tones and organic color palettes blends with the natural environment, boosting the beauty of the individual elements as they integrate as a whole. The walls are finished with white polished cement, softened by light grey polished cement floors.<\/p>\n

\u5ba4\u5185\u88c5\u9970\u7b80\u6d01\u6e29\u99a8\uff0c\u5bb6\u5177\u5747\u7531\u5efa\u7b51\u5e08\u91cf\u8eab\u5b9a\u5236\u3002\u623f\u95f4\u5185\u5149\u7ebf\u5145\u8db3\uff0c\u5fae\u98ce\u4e60\u4e60\uff0c\u56db\u5468\u7eff\u6811\u6210\u836b\uff0c\u968f\u98ce\u6447\u66f3\u7684\u6811\u5f71\u70b9\u7f00\u5728\u767d\u5899\u4e0a\uff0c\u66f4\u70d8\u6258\u51fa\u4e00\u79cd\u5b81\u9759\u4e4b\u611f\uff0c\u6700\u9002\u5408\u4eba\u4eec\u5728\u6d77\u6ee9\u5ea6\u5047\u4e4b\u4f59\u653e\u677e\u8eab\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n

The decorations are simple and warm, with bespoke furnishings designed by the architects. Light, breezy rooms frame the surrounding greenery while moving shadows decorate the walls, creating a peaceful atmosphere optimal for unwinding after a beach day.<\/p>\n

\u623f\u5c4b\u5efa\u9020\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6ca1\u6709\u780d\u4f10\u6811\u6728\u3002\u5728\u65bd\u5de5\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c11 \u68f5\u539f\u6709\u7684\u6811\u6728\u88ab\u79fb\u81f3\u5730\u5757\u5468\u8fb9\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u4e86\u7eff\u8272\u6811\u51a0\u7684\u4f53\u91cf\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u90bb\u8fd1\u5730\u5757\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u79c1\u5bc6\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

No trees were cut during the construction of the house. Eleven existent trees were relocated to the perimeter of the lot during construction, reinforcing the green canopy and providing more privacy from neighboring lots.<\/p>\n

\u623f\u5c4b\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5229\u7528\u4ea4\u53c9\u901a\u98ce\u548c\u70df\u56f1\u6548\u5e94\uff08\u5229\u7528\u5efa\u7b51\u5185\u90e8\u7a7a\u6c14\u7684\u70ed\u538b\u5dee\u6765\u5b9e\u73b0\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u901a\u98ce\uff09\u5728\u70ed\u5e26\u6c14\u5019\u4e2d\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u547c\u5438\u3002\u96e8\u6c34\u6536\u96c6\u7cfb\u7edf\u548c\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u677f\u7684\u8fd0\u7528\u4ea6\u53ef\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u623f\u5c4b\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u80fd\u6e90\u8d1f\u8377\u3002\u603b\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u8be5\u5efa\u7b51\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6750\u6599\u7b26\u5408\u70ed\u5e26\u6c14\u5019\u5bf9\u8010\u7528\u6027\u548c\u4f4e\u7ef4\u62a4\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n

The house is designed to breathe naturally in this tropical climate using cross ventilation and the stack effect. A rain water collection system and solar panels allow the house to reduce its energy load. In general, the materials used respond to the need for durability and low maintenance required by the tropical climate.<\/p>\n
