\u53a6\u95e8\u81ea\u7136\u5b58\u5728\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u53a6\u95e8\uff0c\u66fe\u56e0\u5176\u5f97\u5929\u72ec\u539a\u7684\u5730\u7f18\u4f18\u52bf\u800c\u6210\u4e3a\u4f18\u826f\u6e2f\u53e3\uff0c\u662f\u5bf9\u5916\u8d38\u6613\u91cd\u8981\u7a97\u53e3\uff0c\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u5979\u4f18\u7f8e\u7684\u98ce\u5149\u3001\u591a\u5143\u7684\u6587\u5316\u5438\u5f15\u7740\u6e38\u4eba\u5546\u5ba2\u7ade\u76f8\u524d\u5f80\u3002\u5609\u665f\u96c6\u56e2\u603b\u90e8\u5927\u697c\u4f4d\u4e8e\u53a6\u95e8\u89c2\u97f3\u5c71CBD\u7684\u603b\u90e8\u529e\u516c\u96c6\u7fa4\u6838\u5fc3\u5730\u6bb5\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7ed3\u5408\u4e86\u5f53\u5730\u6d77\u6d0b\u5143\u7d20\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u4e3b\u4e49\u7f8e\u5b66\uff0c\u6a21\u7cca\u4e86\u57ce\u5e02\u73af\u5883\u4e0e\u529e\u516c\u7a7a\u95f4\u3001\u516c\u5171\u4e0e\u79c1\u5c5e\u9886\u57df\u7684\u754c\u9650\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u88c5\u7f6e\u827a\u672f\u3001\u94fa\u88c5\u6750\u8d28\u3001\u690d\u683d\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7b49\u666f\u89c2\u5143\u7d20\u5728\u9020\u578b\u548c\u7ec6\u8282\u4e0a\u7684\u6253\u78e8\u63a8\u6572\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u4f01\u4e1a\u6587\u5316\u4e0e\u8fd9\u5ea7\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u6d77\u6d0b\u6587\u5316\u3001\u4e9a\u70ed\u5e26\u81ea\u7136\u666f\u89c2\u4ea4\u878d\u5e76\u84c4\u3002<\/p>\n

The design combines local marine elements with a naturalistic aesthetic, blurring the boundaries between the urban environment and the office space, between the public and the private realm. Through the installation art, paving materials, planting design and other landscape elements in the shape and details of grinding, so that its corporate culture and the city’s marine culture, subtropical natural landscape blend.<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u5f3a\u8c03\u4f01\u4e1a\u56fd\u9645\u6d77\u8fd0\u7269\u6d41\u7684\u6587\u5316\u5c5e\u6027\u4e0e\u53a6\u95e8\u6d77\u4e0a\u82b1\u56ed\u57ce\u5e02\u6c14\u8d28\u76f8\u5339\u914d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u63d0\u51fa\u201c\u4ee5\u827a\u672f\u5f15\u9886\u98ce\u5c1a\u201d\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u624b\u6cd5\uff0c\u62bd\u53d6\u6d77\u6d0b\u5728\u5730\u81ea\u7136\u808c\u7406\uff0c\u6a21\u7cca\u3001\u4e32\u8054\u3001\u6fc0\u6d3b\u573a\u5730\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u573a\u5730\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4f01\u4e1a\u6587\u5316\u5728\u57ce\u5e02\u754c\u9762\u5c55\u793a\u7a97\u53e3\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u5730\u57df\u7b26\u53f7\u81ea\u7136\u6587\u8109\u7684\u8f7d\u4f53\uff0c\u8ba9\u53a6\u95e8\u6d77\u6d0b\u6587\u5316\u5c5e\u6027\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u6c14\u8d28\u66f4\u52a0\u5f70\u663e\u3002<\/p>\n

In order to emphasize the cultural attributes of international shipping logistics and the temperament of Xiamen Sea Garden City, we put forward the design concept of “Art Leads Fashion,” extracting the natural texture of the sea, blurring, connecting and activating the space. The site not only serves as a display window of corporate culture in the city interface, but also a carrier of regional symbols and natural contexts, which strengthens the urban temperament of Xiamen’s marine culture attributes.<\/p>\n

\u8fde\u63a5\u529e\u516c\u697c\u79c1\u5c5e\u7528\u5730\u548c\u57ce\u5e02\u516c\u5171\u7eff\u5730\u754c\u9762\u662f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u9996\u8981\u6311\u6218\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u4e3a\u5230\u8bbf\u8005\u521b\u9020\u4e00\u79cd\u6e05\u723d\u7b80\u6d01\u7684\u8fbe\u5230\u611f\u53d7\uff0c\u8fd8\u8981\u517c\u987e\u4f01\u4e1a\u548c\u57ce\u5e02\u5f62\u8c61\u5728\u54c1\u4f4d\u4e0a\u63d0\u4f9b\u6b63\u5411\u4ef7\u503c\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u8981\u63d0\u4f9b\u4eba\u6027\u5316\u5c3a\u5ea6\u7684\u6b65\u884c\u3001\u505c\u7559\u4f53\u9a8c\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The first challenge of the design was to connect the private land of the office building with the public green space. The goal of the design is not only to create a refreshing and concise feeling for visitors, but also to provide positive value for corporate and city image in taste, and also to provide a humanized scale of walking and staying experience space.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u6d77\u6d0b\u201d\u662f\u6574\u4e2a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u9898\u773c\uff0c\u6d41\u7ebf\u5f62\u6001\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e3a\u6574\u4e2a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5960\u5b9a\u8212\u5c55\u6d41\u7545\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u57fa\u8c03\uff0c\u5f02\u578b\u77f3\u6750\u5851\u9020\u800c\u6210\u7684\u79cd\u690d\u6c60\u548c\u5ea7\u6905\u8ba9\u4eba\u8054\u60f3\u5230\u6d77\u5c9b\u3001\u6e14\u8239\u6216\u67d0\u79cd\u6d77\u6d0b\u751f\u7269\uff0c\u6f02\u6d6e\u5728\u72b9\u5982\u6d6a\u6f6e\u7ffb\u6d8c\u7684\u94fa\u88c5\u4e4b\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n

\u201cOcean\u201d is the theme of the whole design. Ocean streamline form design for the whole design to lay a smooth atmosphere tone. Shaped stone planting pools and seats let people think of the island, fishing boats or some kind of marine life, make people feel like floating in the tide surges on the pavement.<\/p>\n

The form of the public art installation on the ventilation shaft continues this dynamic sense and transforms it from the ground to the three-dimensional space, increasing its rich sensory experience in the three-dimensional dimension. <\/span> Its modeling is intended to convey the historical origin of the enterprise in culture, the value orientation of the spiritual level,to be a link between the past and the future, and to describe the symbiotic relationship with the development of Xiamen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lying at the foot of mountains and beside the sea, Xiamen is composed of outlying islands and bays. The mountain is undulating and continuous, and the sea is flowing and surging. The design attempts to convey the image of the mountain and the sea through landscape elements such as micro-terrain creation, planting design, local volcanic stone, pavement, public art, creating a spiritual space field with coastal style.<\/p>\n

Under the joint efforts of the government, developers and architects, the private plots, urban public green space and municipal pedestrian walkways are eventually integrated. A public art installation with a marine theme set up at the corner of the street, combined with ventilation shafts, activates the urban interface. The multiple openings of the municipal pedestrian walkway and the trail system provide a social space that is both private and open. Highlight the characteristics of subtropical coastal cities, a steady stream of vitality for the city.<\/p>\n
