\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4ee5\u5357\u5317\u65b9\u5411\u4e3a\u4e3b\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u7559\u540e\u82b1\u56ed\u4e2d\u7684\u7eff\u5730\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b9\u6cd5\u65e8\u5728\u901a\u8fc7\u521b\u5efa\u4e00\u4e2a\u8fde\u63a5\u4e24\u68f5\u5927\u6811\u7684\u98ce\u9053\u6765\u6269\u5c55\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u5728\u4f18\u5316\u591a\u5c42\u5546\u4e1a\u7a7a\u95f4\u65f6\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4e0d\u80fd\u727a\u7272\u4efb\u4f55\u7eff\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n

The design incorporates elements such as roofs, facades, walls, diagonal cantilevered structures, and furniture elements, all in a contemporary design that blends with the tropical surroundings of the commercial area. Integration elements like natural light, greenery, views of nature, natural materials, and other sensory experiences are incorporated into the buildings and spaces.<\/p>\n

The design of the building was oriented north-south to preserve the existing greenery in the rear garden. This design approach aimed to expand the spatial experience by creating a wind tunnel that connects the two giant trees at both ends. However, this situation posed a challenge in optimizing the multi-level commercial spaces without sacrificing any greenery.<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u4e86\u5e94\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e00\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u7ed3\u6784\u8981\u7d20\u88ab\u6574\u5408\u5230\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u89c4\u5212\u4e2d\u3002\u8fd9\u6837\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u524d\u82b1\u56ed\u65e0\u7f1d\u8fc7\u6e21\uff0c\u5bf9\u89d2\u7ebf\u7684\u521b\u5efa\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u8fde\u63a5\u4e09\u4e2a\u79df\u6237\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u5faa\u73af\uff1a\u4e00\u697c\u7684\u9910\u5385\u3001\u5939\u5c42\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u9152\u5427\u548c\u5c4b\u9876\u4e0a\u5ef6\u4f38\u7684\u5564\u9152\u82b1\u56ed\u3002\u4e0d\u540c\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f53\u9a8c\u548c\u7279\u70b9\u7684\u6574\u5408\u786e\u4fdd\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u8fde\u8d2f\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002<\/p>\n

To address this challenge, the structural elements were integrated into the spatial planning of the design. This allowed for a seamless transition from the front garden, diagonally creating a loop connection for three tenants: restaurants on the ground floor, a bar in the mezzanine space, and a beer garden in between spaces extended to the rooftop. This integration of different spatial experiences and characters within the development ensured a cohesive design.<\/p>\n
