The spring of 2018, we received a commission Email from the proprietor, hoping to demolish the old house and to build a new one for the two families, returning from the urban life to the countryside, spending weekends and their holidays with the grandparents. Although the site faces an orchard and has a ground in front of the building area, which could be used as a garden, we still hope that \u201cgreen\u201d could enter the house to eliminate the opposition and isolation between the interior and exterior spaces. 160px;\">\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5927\u5bb6\u5ead\u4f4f\u5b85\uff0c\u5185\u90e8\u7684\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u6210\u4e3a\u91cd\u8981\u8bae\u9898\uff0c\u5f00\u653e\u8212\u9002\u7684\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e3a\u5bb6\u4eba\u95f4\u7684\u4ea4\u6d41\u521b\u9020\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\uff0c\u83b7\u5f97\u878d\u6d3d\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u751f\u6d3b\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002\u7b2c\u4e09\uff0c\u73b0\u4ee3\u6027\u662f\u8fd9\u6b21\u4e61\u6751\u5efa\u9020\u5b9e\u8df5\u8d2f\u5f7b\u548c\u575a\u5b88\u7684\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u5468\u56f4\u6751\u9547\u73af\u5883\u5982\u4f55\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5728\u8fd9\u5757\u5c0f\u5c0f\u7684\u5b85\u57fa\u5730\u4e0a\u6811\u7acb\u4e00\u5ea7\u73b0\u4ee3\u5efa\u7b51\u767d\u623f\u5b50\uff0c\u662f\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u4e49\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 160px;\">Secondly, as a house for the large family, public space is an important issue for considering. Open and comfortable spaces can create more chances so that family members meet and mingle here enjoying harmony moments. Thirdly, we stuck to the principle of Modernity during the whole course of this project. No matter how the surroundings of this site are, we think that to build a modern white house in the countryside of Shanghai has an important significance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p The old parents still live a farming life planting vegetables and raising poultry. The proprietors bring their urban lifestyle to the countryside, they can drink coffee facing the courtyard. Different lives unify here. For the metropolitan as Shanghai, country house relives the stress caused by urban environment. Compared with most\u00a0commercial houses, local residents think that self-built villa is more organic and closed to living need, and according to Chinese land policy, it\u2019s more economic to build their own house than buying for them. We hope that this project can explore the typology of country house suiting contemporary China, in the aspects of aesthetics, practicality and construction technology.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p
