LJ-Group<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe Crest \u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u7efc\u5408\u4f4f\u5b85\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5750\u843d\u5728\u80e1\u5fd7\u660e\u5e02\u98de\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u6cb3\u6ee8\u4e2d\u5fc3\u533aThu Thiem\u6838\u5fc3\u5730\u5e26\u3002\u5730\u9762\u5c42\u662f\u516c\u5171\u666f\u89c2\u533a\uff0c\u88d9\u623f\u5c42\u662f\u5c45\u6c11\u548c\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u7528\u6237\u7684\u4e13\u5c5e\u516c\u533a\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e2d\u5ead\u7279\u8272\u5143\u7d20\u201cThe Crack\uff08\u88c2\u75d5\uff09\u201d\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7075\u611f\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u8d8a\u5357\u672c\u571f\u7684\u539f\u751f\u6e7f\u5730\uff0c\u5728\u90a3\u91cc\uff0c\u5b63\u8282\u6027\u7684\u6c34\u6d41\u6da8\u843d\u5f71\u54cd\u7740\u5468\u56f4\u73af\u5883\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u5f62\u6210\uff0c\u5982\u62bd\u8c61\u7684\u571f\u58e4\u7eb9\u7406\u3001\u6ce2\u5149\u7cbc\u7cbc\u7684\u6c34\u9762\u548c\u8471\u90c1\u7684\u7eff\u690d\u7fa4\u843d\u3002<\/p>\n

LJ-Group\u5728\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\u5efa\u7acb\u8d77\u5730\u9762\u666f\u89c2\u4e0e\u5468\u56f4\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u5bf9\u8bdd\uff0c\u5c06\u5730\u9762\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u5ef6\u4f38\u81f3\u9879\u76ee\u8fb9\u754c\u4e4b\u5916\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u5ba4\u5916\u7a7a\u95f4\u5177\u6709\u53cc\u91cd\u529f\u80fd\uff1a\u5b83\u65e2\u662f\u57ce\u5e02\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e0e\u5404\u680b\u5efa\u7b51\u524d\u5385\u7684\u8fc7\u6e21\uff0c\u53c8\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u516c\u5171\u5e7f\u573a\u3002\u57ce\u5e02\u808c\u7406\u6e17\u900f\u8fdb\u6765\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u4e86\u56ed\u533a\u7684\u516c\u5171\u6b65\u884c\u7f51\u7edc\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4e86\u793e\u533a\u6d3b\u529b\u548c\u793e\u7fa4\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u8054\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n

LJ-Group’s ground floor design dialogues with the surrounding public realm, extending its influence beyond the project\u2019s boundaries. This outdoor space serves a dual function: it transitions from the city to each building lobby and acts as a public plaza. The city is invited to permeate through, enhancing the public pedestrian network, fostering a more vibrant and interconnected community.<\/p>\n

360\u5ea6\u4f38\u5c55\u7684\u65e0\u8fb9\u9645\u6cf3\u6c60\u662f\u4f4f\u5b85\u88d9\u697c\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u7279\u8272\uff0c\u53ef\u5c06\u5468\u56f4\u7f8e\u666f\u5c3d\u6536\u773c\u5e95\u3002\u8be5\u533a\u57df\u5305\u542b\u4e00\u4e2a\u5965\u8fd0\u4f1a\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u957f\u5ea6\u7684\u76f4\u6e38\u6c60\u3001\u914d\u6709\u6309\u6469\u6d74\u7f38\u7684\u6c34\u7597\u6c60\u3001\u6d45\u6c34\u4f11\u95f2\u533a\u548c\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e26\u6709\u7cbe\u5de7\u620f\u6c34\u5143\u7d20\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u6cf3\u6c60\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7075\u611f\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u6c34\u7684\u7115\u6d3b\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u8ba9\u4eba\u8054\u60f3\u5230\u5e72\u88c2\u7684\u571f\u58e4\u5728\u5b63\u98ce\u96e8\u7684\u6ecb\u6da6\u4e0b\u91cd\u65b0\u7115\u53d1\u751f\u673a\u3002<\/p>\n

The residential podium’s highlight is a 360-degree full-length infinity edge swimming pool, granting a continuous view of the surroundings. It includes an Olympic-length lap pool, a spa pool with Jacuzzi jet pods, shallow lounge areas, and a family pool with subtle water play elements. The design, inspired by the rejuvenating properties of water, evokes the dynamics of dry, cracked soil revived by monsoon rains.<\/p>\n

\u6cf3\u6c60\u6c34\u9762\u7684\u5149\u5f71\u53cd\u5c04\u4e0e\u89c6\u89c9\u666f\u89c2\u76f8\u878d\uff0c\u82b1\u56ed\u73af\u7ed5\u7740\u56f4\u62a4\u7ed3\u6784\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u4e00\u79cd\u67d4\u548c\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002\u6700\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u6237\u5916\u8bbe\u65bd\u5e03\u7f6e\u5176\u95f4\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u4e2a\u4f9b\u4f4f\u6237\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u5c0f\u578b\u5496\u5561\u5427\u3001\u4e00\u4e2a\u513f\u7ae5\u6e38\u4e50\u5ba4\u3001\u4e00\u4e2a\u6237\u5916\u7528\u9910\u53f0\u3001\u4e24\u4e2a\u9633\u5149\u9732\u53f0\u548c\u7cfb\u5217\u5f0f\u5b9a\u5236\u5ba4\u5916\u4f11\u61a9\u4ead\u3002<\/p>\n

While the pool reflective water acts as an outer ring, integrating the visual landscape, the garden wraps around the building enclosure, providing a gentle natural experience. The main outdoor amenities happen between these two layers: a small caf\u00e9 for residents, a kid\u2019s playroom, an outdoor dining station, two sun decks, and a sequence of customized outdoor lounge pavilions.<\/p>\n

\u529e\u516c\u88d9\u697c\u666f\u89c2\u63d0\u5021\u8f7b\u677e\u7684\u73af\u5883\u8c03\u6027\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u5728\u7eff\u8272\u690d\u7269\u73af\u7ed5\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e2d\u91ca\u653e\u538b\u529b\u548c\u805a\u4f1a\u3002\u51e0\u4f55\u7ebf\u6761\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u52a8\u6001\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u873f\u8712\u66f2\u6298\u7684\u5c0f\u5f84\u6253\u7834\u4e86\u8fde\u7eed\u5355\u8c03\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7acb\u9762\uff0c\u5728\u82b1\u56ed\u548c\u5f00\u9614\u7684\u89c6\u91ce\u4e2d\u5f62\u6210\u4eba\u6027\u5316\u7684\u805a\u4f1a\u4f11\u61a9\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

Office landscape podiums are envisioned as spaces to decompress and gather among greenery in a relaxed environment. The geometrical design lines create a dynamic experience, with meandering paths that break down the building fa\u00e7ade into human-scale seating and gathering spaces, set between the garden and the expansive views.<\/p>\n
