Leclercq Associ\u00e9s<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u5728\u62c9\u683c\u5170\u5fb7\u83ab\u7279\uff08La Grande Motte\uff09\u5efa\u6210 50 \u5468\u5e74\u5e86\u5178\u4e4b\u9645\uff0cLeclercq Associ\u00e9s \u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u91cd\u65b0\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u84ec\u76ae\u675c\u7801\u5934\u548c\u5854\u5df4\u5229\u7801\u5934\uff0c\u5176\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u7075\u611f\u6b63\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u8fd9\u7247\u4fee\u5efa\u4e8e 20 \u4e16\u7eaa 70 \u5e74\u4ee3\u7684\u6d77\u6ee8\u5ea6\u5047\u80dc\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n

Leclercq Associ\u00e9s<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aOn the occasion of La Grande Motte\u2019s 50th anniversary, the Leclercq Associ\u00e9s agency has redesigned the Pompidou and Tabarly docks, a project inspired by the codes of the 1970s seaside resort.<\/p>\n

This new promenade marks a promising first step for the continuation of the Ville Port (city-port) project.<\/p>\n

La Grande Motte has long epitomized the massive concrete development of the coastline and symbolized the clich\u00e9s of popular tourism.<\/p>\n

However, the futuristic city envisioned by Jean Balladur in 1963 is a model of environmental urbanism, promoting lifestyles that are both modern and nature-oriented, favoring pedestrian life and the slow rhythm of the sun\u2019s course. Inspired by the Mayan pyramids of Teotihuacan and the white concrete curves of Brasilia, Balladur managed to blend the geometry of modern architecture with its pyramidal shapes, with the coastal dunes and the C\u00e9vennes mountains.<\/p>\n

Landscape architect Pierre Pillet designed a forest network of over thirty thousand trees, and fifty years later, an equal number of umbrella pines, plane trees, and white poplars protect the Languedoc city from the assaults of salt and wind. La Grande Motte has undoubtedly become a green and blue city, in touch with the sky, earth, and sea.<\/p>\n

\u62c9\u683c\u5170\u5fb7\u83ab\u7279\u4ece\u4e00\u4e2a\u5ea6\u5047\u80dc\u5730\u53d1\u5c55\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u6210\u719f\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\uff0c\u5168\u5e74\u4e0e\u8499\u5f7c\u5229\u57c3\u57ce\u5e02\u7fa4\u4e2d\u7684\u90bb\u8fd1\u5730\u533a\u4e92\u52a8\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4ee5\u6e2f\u53e3\u4e3a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9700\u8981\u8fdb\u884c\u91cd\u5927\u6539\u9020\u3002\u8fd9\u5c31\u662f Leclercq Associ\u00e9s \u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u7684\u4f7f\u547d\uff0c\u8be5\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u5728\u6b64\u63a8\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u96c4\u5fc3\u52c3\u52c3\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u8bd5\u70b9\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u5b83\u5c06\u4e0e\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u7684\u8fdb\u6b65\u7cbe\u795e\u91cd\u65b0\u8054\u7cfb\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u5e94\u5bf9\u672a\u6765\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u9886\u571f\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u53d8\u9769\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6717\u683c\u591a\u514b\u822a\u6d77\u4e1a\u7684\u5c55\u793a\u7a97\u53e3\uff0cVille Port \u9879\u76ee\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u5e94\u5bf9 21 \u4e16\u7eaa\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u5177\u6709\u590d\u539f\u529b\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u5178\u8303\uff0c\u5728\u5ef6\u7eed Balladur \u672a\u6765\u6d3e\u57ce\u5e02\u59ff\u6001\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u52a0\u4ee5\u66f4\u65b0\u3002<\/p>\n

From a summer resort occupied by vacationers, La Grande Motte is also striving to become a fullfledged city, living year-round in interaction with the neighboring territories of the Pays de l\u2019Or in the Montpellier agglomeration. Nevertheless, the city center, centered around the port, required significant renovation. This is the mission undertaken by the Leclercq Associ\u00e9s agency, which here delivers the first stage of an ambitious project that reconnects with the progressive spirit of the place, anticipating the major territorial and social changes to come.<\/p>\n

Showcase of the Languedoc Nautical Industry, the Ville Port project rindeed addresses the major challenges of the 21st century and aims to be a model of a resilient and sustainable city, continuing the Balladurian gesture while updating it.<\/p>\n
