INTERSTICE Architects:<\/a> \u00a0<\/strong>87\u5e74\u5386\u53f2\u7684USF\u6821\u56ed\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5b66\u751f\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u79d1\u5b66\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9879\u76ee\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u7c7b\u578b\u5360\u636e\u201c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u821e\u53f0\u201d\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u7f16\u7ec7\u4e86\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u5730\u4e0b\u5efa\u7b51\u3002\u8be5\u8bbe\u8ba1\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u3001\u591a\u5c42\u6b21\u7684\u201c\u6237\u5916\u6559\u5ba4\u201d\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5904\u7406\u3001\u6e17\u900f\u548c\u6536\u96c6\u96e8\u6c34\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u591a\u6837\u5316\u7684\u539f\u751f\u690d\u7269\u7fa4\u843d\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u5b66\u751f\u3001\u6559\u5e08\u3001\u5458\u5de5\u548c\u6e38\u5ba2\u91cd\u5efa\u6821\u56ed\u7684\u793e\u4ea4\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n

INTERSTICE Architects:<\/a> \u00a0<\/strong>hub of the 87 year-old USF Campus. The Science Center project, sited at the very focus of student life, demanded a new landscape typology that occupies \u201ccenter stage\u201d as it weaves through the primarily underground building. The design creates high-performing, multi-level \u201coutdoor-classrooms\u201d that treat, infiltrate and collect storm-water, support diverse native plant communities, and re-establish the social heart of the campus for students, faculty, staff and visitors.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u4e00\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b9\u6848\u6253\u7834\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e16\u7eaa\u4ee5\u6765\u666f\u89c2\u670d\u4ece\u4e8e\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u4f20\u7edf\uff0c\u5c06\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e8c\u7684\u65b0\u5efa\u7b51\u7f6e\u4e8e\u5730\u4e0b\uff0c\u5168\u9762\u91cd\u65b0\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e86\u73b0\u6709\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8fde\u63a5\u5185\u90e8\u548c\u5916\u90e8\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e0e\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u591a\u5c42\u6b21\u666f\u89c2\u3002\u6709\u9650\u7684\u571f\u5730\u548c\u5730\u5f62\u8981\u6c42\u524d\u6240\u672a\u6709\u7684\u7efc\u5408\u9879\u76ee\u8bbe\u8ba1\u548c\u4ea4\u4ed8\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u5e76\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u5b8c\u5168\u878d\u5165\u5730\u5f62\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u548c\u666f\u89c2\u7c7b\u578b\u5b66\uff0c\u4f7f\u201c\u666f\u89c2\u201d\u548c\u201c\u5efa\u7b51\u201d\u5f88\u96be\u533a\u5206\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5728\u5185\u90e8\u548c\u5916\u90e8\u4e4b\u95f4\u5efa\u7acb\u591a\u91cd\u5faa\u73af\u3001\u5165\u53e3\u548c\u4fef\u77b0\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u5728\u6821\u56ed\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8fde\u63a5\u70b9\u7684\u4e09\u4e2a\u4e0d\u540c\u5c42\u9762\u4e0a\u65e0\u7f1d\u79fb\u52a8\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002<\/p>\n

Breaking from a century-old tradition of landscape being subservient to buildings, this radically integrated design solution placed over two-thirds of the new building below ground, comprehensively redefining the existing plaza, as a multi-level, landscape connecting interior and exterior space and program. Limited land and topography demanded an unprecedented level of integrated project design and delivery, and created a building and landscape typology that fully engages the topography, making it difficult to distinguish \u201clandscape\u201d from \u201carchitecture\u201d. By establishing multiple circulations, accesses and overlooks between interior and exterior, the design creates an experience of moving seamlessly between various expressions of \u201cground\u201d on three separate levels at this nexus of the campus.<\/p>\n
