Jos\u00e9 Adri\u00e3o Arquitetos<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aTill mid of the 20th century, the site area was a farming territory in Benfica, northwest Lisbon.\u2028 A water stream (Ribeira de Alc\u00e2ntara) provided plenty water to assure fertile lands. Water streams and fountains were a landmark. Fonte Nova (in eng. New Fountain) became the popular name from witch the area was known. The site was crossed by an important road in Lisbon\u2019s urban fabric: Estrada de Benfica.\u2028 In the sixties, the radial city road (2a Circular) was built. A flyover of 2\u00aa Circular divided the site in half. This condition had a big impact in the area: the farms were destroyed and the continuity of local roads and pathways was broken. Over the years, the site became a parking lot, and end up using all the space available.<\/p>\n

\u8fd150\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u5927\u91cf\u8f66\u8f86\u505c\u9760\u5728\u9879\u76ee\u573a\u5730\u4e0a\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u51e0\u4e4e\u5b8c\u5168\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u505c\u8f66\u573a\uff0c\u800c\u79cd\u5728\u8f66\u8f86\u95f470\u4f59\u68f5tipuana-tipu\u6811\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u7247\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u6811\u51a0\u5c42\u30022015\u5e74\u91cc\u65af\u672c\u5e02\u653f\u5385\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u540d\u4e3a\u201cUma Pra\u00e7a em cada Bairro\uff08\u4e00\u8857\u4e00\u5e7f\u573a\uff09\u201d\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u53d1\u5c55\u603b\u4f53\u89c4\u5212\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63d0\u5347\u57ce\u5e02\u5468\u8fb9\u5e7f\u573a\u3002<\/p>\n

For 50 years, the massive presence of parked cars was the main site feature. Between parked cars, 70 tipuana-tipu trees were planted and grew up creating a special canopy.\u2028In 2015, Lisbon City Hall, released an urban development master plan to improve the city neighborhood\u2019s squares: \u201cUma Pra\u00e7a em cada Bairro\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u6539\u9020\u7684\u76ee\u7684 Aim of the Intervention<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u6539\u9020\u9762\u79ef\u4e3a3.5\u516c\u9877\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7b56\u7565\u662f\u6269\u5c55\u94fa\u88c5\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u6765\u91cd\u5efa\u5728\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u4e0e\u7acb\u4ea4\u6865\u5efa\u6210\u540e\u6240\u5931\u53bb\u7684\u8fde\u63a5\u6027\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u53ef\u4ee5\u51cf\u5c1150%\u7684\u505c\u8f66\u7528\u5730\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u4f4e\u901f\u4ea4\u901a\u548c\u521b\u9020\u4f11\u95f2\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u65e8\u5728\u521b\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e30\u5bcc\u591a\u6837\u3001\u5305\u5bb9\u4eb2\u548c\u7684\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u5438\u5f15\u4e0d\u540c\u5e74\u9f84\u5c42\u7684\u4eba\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u573a\u5730\u7684\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f7f\u7528\u7a7a\u95f4\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u6d3b\u8dc3\u7684\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u5b89\u9759\u7684\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u600e\u6837\u90fd\u5e94\u662f\u5927\u5bb6\u80fd\u591f\u8f7b\u677e\u53c2\u4e0e\u8fdb\u6765\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n

The project area was 3,5 hectares and the strategy was to define an extended paved area that aimed to re-establish the connections lost when the parking lot and flyover was built.\u2028 This operation was an opportunity to reduce in 50% the parking lot area in favor of soft mobility and leisure spaces. The project aimed to be attractive to people from all ages, to be inclusive, friendly and casual. The use of space can be active or contemplative. The public space should be easily understood by all.<\/p>\n

\u5e7f\u573a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5229\u7528\u4e86\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u6811\u6728- tipuana-tipu\u3002\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u8fd9\u7247\u6811\u6797\uff0c\u5e76\u7ed9\u4e88\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u751f\u957f\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u6811\u6295\u4e0b\u7684\u9634\u5f71\u548c\u7a7a\u5730\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u8fd9\u91cc\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u573a\u5730\u7279\u5f81\u3002<\/p>\n

The square design takes advantage of the existing trees \u2013 tipuana-tipu. The forest was conserved, keeping all the specimens, giving them room to grow. The tree\u2019s shadows and clearings became an important site feature.<\/p>\n

The pavement is in concrete, in specific locations it\u2019s punctuated by leisure spaces in the form of \u201cislands\u201d. Inside each of these \u201cislands\u201d different activities take place. There are kiosks and terraces, a fountain, a dog park, a playground and three garden areas.<\/p>\n

\u690d\u7269\u8bbe\u8ba1\u53c2\u7167\u573a\u5730\u539f\u59cb\u7684\u690d\u7269\u7fa4\u843d\uff0c\u7cbe\u5fc3\u9009\u62e9\u7684\u690d\u7269\u79cd\u7c7b\u5728\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6c61\u67d3\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u65ad\u5438\u5f15\u7740\u4eba\u4eec\u805a\u96c6\u8fc7\u6765\u3002\u55b7\u6cc9\u7684\u55b7\u6c34\u58f0\u63a9\u76d6\u4e86\u6c7d\u8f66\u7684\u4ea4\u901a\u566a\u97f3\uff0c\u5176\u6c34\u96fe\u4e5f\u4f7f\u5f97\u7a7a\u6c14\u66f4\u52a0\u6e05\u65b0\u3002<\/p>\n

A careful selection of riparian species was planted, referring to the of the original area flora, acting as a pollution filter and an attraction for people to gather around. \u2028The fountain water jets sound mask the car traffic noise and fresh up the air.<\/p>\n

\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u957f\u51f3\u56f4\u6210\u4e86\u5c9b\u5c7f\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\uff0c\u5171\u6709\u56db\u79cd\u957f\u51f3\u7c7b\u578b\uff1a\u957f\u76f4\u6905\u3001\u66f2\u5f62\u6905\u548c\u4e24\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u9760\u80cc\u89d2\u5ea6\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u5ea7\u6905\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e0d\u540c\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u957f\u51f3\u7ec4\u5408\u53ef\u4ee5\u521b\u9020\u591a\u6837\u6027\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u4e2a\u4eba\u8fd8\u662f\u56e2\u961f\u96c6\u4f53\uff0c\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ee5\u591a\u79cd\u65b9\u5f0f\u4f7f\u7528\u5b83\u3002<\/p>\n

The islands forms are limited by concrete bench boundaries. There are 4 bench types: straight, curve and 2 types of individual seats with different back angles. This modules are place to create diversity so that people, alone or in group, can use it in multiple ways.<\/p>\n
