So Wood \u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u5f00\u53d1\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5305\u62ec 105 \u4e2a\u4f4f\u623f\u5355\u5143\u30015 \u4e2a SOHO\uff08\u5c0f\u578b\u529e\u516c\u5bb6\u5ead\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\uff09\u5355\u5143\u3001\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u548c\u5546\u5e97\u4ee5\u53ca 103 \u4e2a\u505c\u8f66\u4f4d\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u7edf\u4e00\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7fa4\uff0c\u4e24\u5bb6\u5efa\u7b51\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u5404\u81ea\u5de7\u5999\u5730\u5728\u5176\u4f5c\u54c1\u4e0a\u505a\u4e86\u6807\u8bb0\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u62e5\u6709\u5171\u540c\u7684\u4e1a\u4e3b\uff08Icade \/ REI Habitat \/ Kalelithos\uff09\uff0c\u7edf\u4e00\u7684\u6728\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0e\u7edf\u4e00\u7684\u7acb\u9762\u98ce\u683c\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u5916\u7acb\u9762\u7684\u91d1\u5c5e\u58c1\u677f\u6709\u7740\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u989c\u8272\uff0c\u767e\u53f6\u7a97\u4e5f\u6709\u7740\u767e\u53f6\u6216\u5377\u5e18\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u4f46\u6574\u4f53\u5374\u901a\u8fc7\u8fd9\u79cd\u591a\u6837\u6027\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u7edf\u4e00\u3002\u516c\u5171\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u4e0a\u65b9\u94fa\u8bbe\u4e86\u4e00\u5c42\u539a\u539a\u7684\u571f\u58e4\uff0c\u73b0\u5df2\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u5904\u91ce\u751f\u82b1\u56ed\u548c\u5171\u4eab\u82b1\u56ed\u3002<\/p>\n

So Wood is a mixed-use development comprising 105 housing units, 5 SOHO (Small Office Home Office) units, offices and shops, and 103 parking spaces, forming a unified architectural ensemble with each of the two architectural firms subtly marking their work.<\/p>\n

With a shared project owner (Icade \/ REI Habitat \/ Kalelithos), a common wood-frame construction principle, and a unified facade cladding \u2013 specifically, a metal siding in differentiated colors \u2013 along with shutters in either louvered or roller formats, the project achieves coherence through its diversity. The communal parking, topped with a substantial layer of soil, is now a wild garden and shared gardens.<\/p>\n

So Wood \u4e3a\u5c45\u6c11\u4eec\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u573a\u4ece\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u5230\u79c1\u4eba\u5ead\u9662\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5730\u5e26\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u4e4b\u65c5\uff0c\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u201c\u60ac\u6d6e\u516c\u56ed\u201d\uff1a\u200b\u5efa\u7b51\u6574\u4f53\u56f4\u7ed5\u7740\u5ead\u9662\u7f13\u7f13\u5411\u5357\u9636\u68af\u5f0f\u4e0b\u964d\u3001\u5ef6\u4f38\uff0c\u5411\u7740\u9633\u5149\u5f00\u653e\u3002\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u4f4f\u623f\u5355\u5143\u90fd\u914d\u5907\u4e86\u5bbd\u655e\u7684\u9732\u53f0\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u9762\u5411\u57ce\u5e02\u548c\u60ac\u6d6e\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u4fef\u77b0\u516c\u56ed\u7f8e\u666f\u3002<\/p>\n

So Wood offers an architectural journey from the public space to the heart of the private courtyard, treated as a true “suspended park,” around which the entire development gently descends southward to open up to the sun. Equipped with spacious terraces, the majority of the housing units enjoy a dual orientation towards the city and the suspended garden, with views over the park.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u79cd\u5e03\u5c40\u5728\u5ead\u9662\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u4e00\u79cd\u610f\u60f3\u4e0d\u5230\u7684\u4eb2\u5bc6\u6c1b\u56f4\uff0c\u690d\u88ab\u4e3a\u5730\u4e2d\u6d77\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u51c9\u723d\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5728\u8857\u9053\u4e0a\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u4e00\u79cd\u975e\u5e38\u57ce\u5e02\u5316\u7684\u754c\u9762\u611f\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u5ead\u9662\u4e2d\u5219\u62e5\u6709\u9002\u5ea6\u7684\u4eb2\u5bc6\u611f\uff0c\u5b83\u4ee5\u4eba\u6027\u5316\u7684\u5c3a\u5ea6\u5c06\u4f53\u91cf\u5206\u89e3\uff0c\u4f7f\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u80fd\u5206\u8fa8\u51fa\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5bb6\u56ed\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5c45\u4f4f\u5c4b\u9876\uff08\u9732\u53f0\u5c4b\u9876\u3001\u5761\u5c4b\u9876\u7b49\uff09\u548c\u4f4f\u623f\u7c7b\u578b\uff08\u96c6\u4f53\u4f4f\u623f\u3001\u8fc7\u6e21\u4f4f\u623f\u6216\u4e2a\u4eba\u4f4f\u623f\uff09\u7684\u591a\u6837\u6027\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u8fd9\u5ea7\u975e\u5178\u578b\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u516c\u5bd3\uff0c\u7ed9\u5c45\u4f4f\u8005\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u4e2a\u4eba\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u4e2a\u6027\u5316\u611f\u53d7\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u591a\u6570\u5355\u5143\u90fd\u5177\u6709\u4ea4\u53c9\u901a\u98ce\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u5355\u5143\u5747\u6709\u5bbd\u655e\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u5ba4\u5916\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u65b0\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e5f\u56e0\u6b64\u8bde\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n

This layout creates an unexpected intimate atmosphere in the heart of the courtyard, where vegetation provides essential coolness in a Mediterranean city center. The architectural design expresses a very urban verticality on the streets and a legitimate intimacy in the courtyard by breaking down volumes with well-identified buildings on a human scale, where everyone can recognize their home.<\/p>\n

The diversity of the types of inhabited roofs (terrace roofs, sloped roofs, etc.) and housing \u2013 collective, intermediate, or individual \u2013 creates atypical apartments, giving their inhabitants a sense of individualization conducive to personal appropriation. Many of these units are crossventilated, and all have large private outdoor spaces. Thus, new ways of living are born.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86 Occitanie \u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u5efa\u7b51\u94f6\u7ea7\u8ba4\u8bc1\u548c\u751f\u7269\u6e90\u5efa\u7b51\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u4f53\u73b0\u51fa\u8fd9\u4e00\u5feb\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\u5730\u533a\u6240\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u73af\u5883\u548c\u521b\u65b0\u6311\u6218\u3002\u9009\u62e9\u4e00\u79cd\u5168\u9762\u7684\u826f\u6027\u65b9\u6cd5\u3001\u582a\u79f0\u5178\u8303\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u6027\u80fd\u3001\u51cf\u5c11\u78b3\u8db3\u8ff9\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f7f\u7528\u8010\u7528\u6750\u6599\u548c\u5efa\u7b51\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u81ea\u7136\u800c\u7136\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u4e86\u4e0e\u65e0\u5904\u4e0d\u5728\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u76f8\u534f\u8c03\uff0c\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6bcf\u4e2a\u90e8\u5206\u90fd\u878d\u5165\u4e86\u6728\u6750\u3002\u5b83\u901a\u8fc7\u4e00\u79cd\u6df7\u5408\u7ed3\u6784\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u6765\uff0c\u5c06\u6728\u6846\u5899\u3001\u6728\u6881\u3001\u751f\u7269\u6765\u6e90\u7684\u9694\u70ed\u6750\u6599\u548c\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u5730\u677f\u5b8c\u7f8e\u5730\u7ed3\u5408\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u9002\u5408 R+9 \u6807 \u9ad8\uff0c\u6ee1\u8db3\u58f0\u5b66\u4e0e\u70ed\u60ef\u6027\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n

Certified as Silver Level Occitanie Sustainable Building and bio-sourced building, the project had to embody the environmental and innovative challenges of this rapidly growing district. The choice of a comprehensive virtuous approach, exemplary energy performance, reduction of the carbon footprint, and the use of durable materials and construction systems naturally imposed themselves.<\/p>\n

In harmony with the omnipresence of greenery, wood is incorporated into every part of the project. It is expressed through a mixed structure, perfectly combining wood-framed walls, wooden beams, bio-sourced insulation, and concrete floors, suitable for a R+9 elevation and meeting acoustic and thermal inertia requirements.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u8fd9\u79cd\u666f\u89c2\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u73af\u5883\u7684\u4ea4\u6c47\u3001\u81ea\u7136\u5728\u6574\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u5efa\u7b51\u4e2d\u7684\u8513\u5ef6\u548c\u5171\u9e23\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u5ef6\u4f38\u5230\u5c4b\u9876\uff0c\u5176\u659c\u5761\u4e0e\u6811\u5c4b\u9065\u76f8\u547c\u5e94\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5ead\u9662\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u90e8\u5206\u4e3a\u4fdd\u62a4\u548c\u63d0\u9ad8\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6837\u6027\u505a\u51fa\u4e86\u79ef\u6781\u8d21\u732e\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u79c1\u4eba\u533a\u57df\u4e0e\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u76f8\u8fde\uff0c\u4e3a\u57ce\u5e02\u81ea\u7136\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u4e3a\u7528\u6237\u548c\u5c45\u6c11\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

This intersection of landscape and built environment, this nature that spreads and resonates throughout the project’s architecture, extends to the roofs, whose slopes echo treehouses.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The heart of the courtyard actively contributes to the protection and enhancement of biodiversity. In continuity with public spaces, this private area offers significant space for urban nature while providing a high-quality living environment for users and residents.<\/p>\n

The 105 housing units, many of which are accessed via walkways, are distributed across six buildings and six stairwells. Each lobby is directly accessible from both the public space and the central courtyard. Residents have the freedom to choose their paths. The sloping roofs are also inhabited (attics or loft spaces). The ground-floor apartments all have private gardens enclosed by planted beds and\/or embankments that shield them from the communal area.<\/p>\n

The ground floors and first floors (G+1) house commercial spaces with mezzanines, totaling 7 meters in height. The offices on the first and second floors (G+1 and G+2) create an intermediate level between the commercial spaces and the residential units, ensuring a seamless transition between these distinct volumes. A covered passage serves as the pedestrian entrance to the heart of the complex, accessible to the public during the day.<\/p>\n
