ZSD<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe Yunlan Valley is a project that has been under construction for nearly a year. In the post-epidemic era, the relationship between man and nature is rapidly shifting from “domestication of nature” to “collaboration with nature” and then “return to nature”, and people’s understanding and preference for landscape environment is gradually shifting from delicate and artificial to ecological, white and sustainable.<\/p>\n

In the past four seasons, we have been observing the changes and growth of the Yunlan Valley, and now it has become a community park. Every time we visit, those who linger by the water in the forest are rich rewards for us. The visit comes at a time when everything is full and full, full of vitality, loquat golden, endless summer splendor, and lotus blossom. We will give a brief summary of the Lancan Valley in this article and in the following chapters on plants and interiors.<\/p>\n

\u5982\u540c\u6211\u4eec\u6240\u6709\u7684\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8d77\u59cb\u4e8e\u4ece\u5bf9\u57fa\u5730\u7684\u89e3\u8bfb\u3002\u4e91\u6f9c\u8c37\u4f4d\u4e8e\u676d\u5dde\u897f\u6eaa\u79d1\u521b\u677f\u5757\uff0c\u5317\u63a5\u7d2b\u91d1\u6e2f\u79d1\u6280\u57ce\uff0c19\u53f7\u4e2d\u8f74\u8f68\u4ea4\u4e0e\u89c4\u5212\u4e2d\u768414\u53f7\u5730\u94c1\u5728\u6b64\u4ea4\u6c47\u3002\u8fd9\u91cc\u5411\u897f\u5411\u5317\uff0c\u4e91\u96c6\u4e86\u4f17\u591a\u56fd\u9645\u7ea7\u79d1\u6280\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e0e\u521b\u4e1a\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8bf4\u662f\u676d\u5dde\u7684\u201c\u80fd\u91cf\u4e4b\u6e90\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n

As with all our projects, the design begins with an interpretation of the site. Yunlan Valley is located in Hangzhou Xixi Science and Technology sector, the north of Zijingang Science and Technology City, the 19 axis rail and the planned 14 subway intersection here. From west to north, many international technology enterprises and startups gather here, which can be said to be the “source of energy” of Hangzhou.<\/p>\n

\u4e91\u6f9c\u8c37\u5357\u4fa7200\u7c73\u7d27\u90bb\u897f\u6eaa\u6e7f\u5730\uff0c\u897f\u6eaa\u6e7f\u5730\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u96c6\u57ce\u5e02\u6e7f\u5730\u3001\u519c\u8015\u6e7f\u5730\u3001\u6587\u5316\u6e7f\u5730\u4e8e\u4e00\u4f53\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u7ea7\u6e7f\u5730\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u6c34\u5cb8\u8f7b\u821f\u3001\u7eff\u6797\u8349\u6728\u3001\u4eba\u6587\u8bd7\u8d4b\uff0c\u662f\u6574\u4e2a\u676d\u5dde\u57ce\u5e02\u897f\u90e8\u7684\u201c\u751f\u606f\u4e4b\u6e90\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n

200 meters to the south of the Yunlan Valley is adjacent to Xixi Wetland, which is the first national wetland park in China integrating urban wetland, agricultural wetland and cultural wetland. It is the “source of life” of the whole western part of Hangzhou with waterboats, green forests and vegetation and humanistic poems.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5145\u5206\u7406\u89e3\u4e86\u573a\u5730\u7684\u8fd9\u4e24\u5c42\u7279\u8d28\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u4e91\u6f9c\u8c37\u7528\u73b0\u4ee3\u7684\u8bed\u8a00\u6784\u5efa\u4e00\u4e2a\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u573a\u6240\u6545\u4e8b\uff0c\u65e2\u80fd\u4f53\u73b0\u672a\u6765\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u7279\u5f81\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u8f6c\u8bd1\u897f\u6eaa\u6e7f\u5730\u7684\u8bd7\u610f\u4e0e\u4eba\u6587\u5e95\u8272\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u8fde\u63a5\u57ce\u5e02\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u201c\u516c\u5171\u78c1\u6781\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n

After fully understanding these two characteristics of the site, we hope to construct a new site story in the Yunlan Valley with modern language, which can not only reflect the characteristics of the future city, but also translate the poetic and humanistic background of Xixi Wetland, and become a “public magnetic pole” connecting the city and nature.<\/p>\n

\u7531\u4e8e\u897f\u6eaa\u6574\u4f53\u89c4\u5212\u7684\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u4e91\u6f9c\u8c37\u7684\u5bb9\u79ef\u7387\u4ec51.8\uff0c\u6574\u4f53\u5efa\u7b51\u9ad8\u5ea6\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc728\u7c73\uff0c\u4e0d\u53ef\u591a\u5f97\u5730\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u4f4e\u5bc6\u5ea6\u7684\u5546\u529e\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u89c4\u5212\u5448U\u5b57\u578b\u56f4\u5408\u5e03\u5c40\uff0c\u4e1c\u4fa7\u5411\u57ce\u5e02\u5f00\u653e\uff0c\u4e2d\u95f4\u56f4\u5408\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e1c\u897f\u5411173\u7c73\uff0c\u5357\u5317\u541146\u7c73\uff0c\u9762\u79ef\u8fbe\u52302.1\u4e07\u65b9\uff0c\u5357\u5317\u5bbd\u5ea6\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u4e3a2\uff1a1\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u7acb\u9762\u671d\u5411\u57ce\u5e02\u4e00\u4fa7\u5149\u6d01\u800c\u7eaf\u51c0\uff0c\u9ad8\u53cd\u5c04\u7684\u73bb\u7483\u5e55\u5899\u6620\u5c04\u5929\u5149\u4e91\u5f71\uff0c\u671d\u5411\u5185\u4fa7\u5219\u901a\u8fc7\u5c42\u53e0\u7684\u9732\u53f0\u5f62\u6210\u82b1\u56ed\u529e\u516c\u7684\u8f7b\u677e\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002<\/p>\n

Due to the control of the overall planning of Xixi, the plot ratio of Yunlan Valley is only 1.8, and the overall building height is not more than 28 meters, which is rare to form a low-density commercial complex. The building plan is a U-shaped enclosing layout, the east side is open to the city, and the enclosed landscape space in the middle is 173 meters east-west and 46 meters north-south, with an area of 21,000 square meters, and the ratio of the north-south width to the building height is 2:1. The facade is light and pure towards the city side, with a highly reflective glass curtain wall reflecting the sky clouds, and towards the inside, through a cascading terrace to create a relaxed atmosphere of garden office.<\/p>\n

\u666f\u89c2\u603b\u56fe\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u7ebf\u6027\u7684\u6a21\u6570\u5316\u4ece\u5317\u5230\u5357\u8d2f\u7a7f\u94fa\u88c5\u53ca\u4e54\u6728\u4f53\u7cfb\uff0c\u5916\u90e8\u8fde\u63a5\u57ce\u5e02\u4e0e\u8857\u9053\uff0c\u5185\u90e8\u5f62\u6210\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u57fa\u5e95\uff0c\u5728\u6b64\u4e4b\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e00\u6761\u201c\u6eaa\u8c37\u201d\u6a2a\u7a7a\u51fa\u4e16\uff0c\u501f\u52bf\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e66\u6cd5\u7684\u201c\u4e4b\u201d\u5b57\u7b14\u753b\uff0c\u5728\u4e1c\u897f\u65b9\u5411\u6253\u7834\u4e86\u77e9\u9635\u5f0f\u7684\u6784\u56fe\uff0c\u5c42\u4e91\u3001\u53e0\u6f9c\u3001\u7fe0\u8c37\uff0c\u5c42\u5c42\u9012\u8fdb\uff0c\u4ee5\u6c34\u7684\u4e3b\u9898\u6f14\u53d8\u6210\u591a\u4e2a\u666f\u89c2\u8282\u70b9\uff0c\u5c06\u6574\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u4e32\u8054\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u4e4b\u5b57\u5f62\u7684\u8f6c\u6298\u5ef6\u957f\u4e86\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u4e3b\u52a8\u7ebf\u957f\u5ea6\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5e26\u6765\u66f4\u4e3a\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002<\/p>\n

During the conceptual conception stage, we discussed with the architects and the Party A team for many times, and determined the image of “natural living room urban Valley” with the ecological characteristics of Xixi habitat, hoping to form an integrated overall atmosphere — the rationality representing urban science and technology and the sensibility representing nature and humanity coexist, and inject the beauty of nature, the beauty of four times and the beauty of wilderness into the future office environment.<\/p>\n

The general landscape map establishes a clear structure, linear modeling runs through the pavement and arbor system from north to south, the exterior connects the city and the street, and the interior forms the base of the building. Above this, a “valley” is born, taking advantage of the Chinese calligraphy “Zhi” stroke, breaking the matrix composition in the east and west direction, layers of clouds, overlapping waves, green valleys, layer by layer. The theme of water evolves into multiple landscape nodes that connect the entire project, and the zigzag turn extends the active line length of the landscape while bringing about a richer experience.<\/p>\n

From east to west, the Yunlan Valley transitions from “outer space” to “inner space”, forming a triple landscape sequence planning. The main entrance and plaza create a “vibrant and outward-looking” open urban landscape; Through the garden path and swinging space, the central part creates a flexible landscape of “interaction and communication”; The west end presents an “inward and shared” leisure landscape.<\/p>\n

\u67d4\u548c\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u8fb9\u754c Soft and natural borders<\/strong><\/p>\n

The east and south sides of the Yunlan Valley have urban green belts of 16 meters and 13.5 meters respectively, which are the main pedestrian interface and the entrance and exit of the subway. We wanted it to be open and friendly to the city, while creating a garden atmosphere and enhancing the quality of the businesses along the street. The green belt is divided into a flexible linear space, the pure building facade reflects the array of tall zelkova trees, and the approachable scale is interspersed with lawns and flowers and trees, bringing a beautiful and natural landscape to the city.<\/p>\n

The main pedestrian enters the site through an 8-meter-wide opening on the east side, and 11 Chinese tallow tree clouds are lifted by the water platform and ground cover plants with a 1.5-meter drop. The “green clouds floating in the sky” create a powerful landscape impression that is both visible and hidden, and has a vivid urban image but does not reveal the full picture of the site.<\/p>\n

\u5375\u77f3\u5f62\u7684\u79cd\u690d\u6c60\u4e0e\u6c34\u9762\u5c06\u4e09\u4e2a\u5730\u94c1\u901a\u98ce\u53e3\u5305\u88f9\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u884c\u4eba\u8def\u8fc7\u6216\u8fdb\u5165\u65f6\uff0c\u4f1a\u88ab\u8fd9\u8bd7\u610f\u68a6\u5e7b\u7684\u7ec4\u5408\u666f\u89c2\u5438\u5f15\uff0c\u800c\u96be\u4ee5\u5bdf\u89c9\u85cf\u533f\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u5de8\u6784\u3002\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u5149\u6d01\u7684\u7acb\u9762\u6620\u886c\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e4c\u6855\u6797\u5448\u73b0\u51fa\u7eaf\u51c0\u800c\u6563\u9038\u7684\u6c14\u606f\uff0c\u547c\u5e94\u7740\u4e0d\u8fdc\u5904\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u6e7f\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n

The pebble-shaped planting pool and water surface wrap the three subway vents, and pedestrians passing by or entering will be attracted by this poetic and dreamy combination of landscapes, but it is difficult to detect the hidden structure. Against the smooth facade of the building, the Tallow forest presents a pure and relaxed atmosphere, echoing the nearby national wetland.<\/p>\n

\u25bd\u9690\u533f\u4e8e\u5375\u77f3\u5f62\u79cd\u690d\u6c60\u4e0e\u6c34\u9762\u7684\u5730\u94c1\u901a\u98ce\u53e3 Subway vents concealed in pebble-shaped planting ponds and water surface<\/span><\/p>\n
